lol. Well half the people they hired at the start you figure are no longer going to be working there after the first few weeks. Many people cant handle it or realize they dont like it or give a customer an attitude or something to get fired, etc.

well him being illegal really doesnt have any affect. He isnt even trying to become legal, he doesnt care about it I guess or I am sure after being here for 12 years he would have done something about it by now.

I'm afraid of him getting caught! They'd throw him out and then he probably would'nt be allowed back into the country. Isn't there a rule that, if you can prove that you have lived and worked in the US for say, 7 years, you are eligible for citizenship?

they use fake social security numbers, their social security cards look real too. I dont know how they generate these ss numbers though. Are they numbers that have never been used? or numbers of people who are dead? dont know

lol alot of topics today!

If I wanted to live in, lets say....in Spain without being a citizen I would probably be sent the fuck home after a few months.

Its kinda crappy but you have to follow the rules I reckon.

:alondria no. They should do that though. Actually some senators are proposing such legislation but I think it is going to be if you have been here illegally but working and paying taxes for 5 years you get issued a green card, or maybe it is 10 years, I forget.

They arent going to come after his ass. The INS have way too many bigger fish to fry. They cant keep up. They never came after my ex husband. We started the green card process but only got as far as the very beginning stages. They have all his info now. That was over 4 years ago and they have not shown up at his job looking for him (he still works at the same place).

only if Miguel commited a crime would they possibly send him back.

yea but spain and other euro countries are so much smaller, their population pales in comparision to ours. So they would find you out easier, also they dont have millions of illegals so they could more easily go after an illegal and deport them.

I know over here the courts take it really seriously if people have fake documents, they normally end up in prison if they get caught.

This one guy I feel sorry for though, his asylum application was rejected and he was appealing the decision (some family members got killed in Africa). Meantime he wasn't allowed to work in this country, but because he wanted to get off his arse and do a job (probably for crappy amount of money anyway!!) to support his family, he's in court now and could go to prison for it because he had to fake his id to get employed. I hope he gets community service. Most of the people we see in probation can't be bothered to work, and this guy gets punished for wanting to!
