I'm boooooooooored....Got a an interview tomorrow. Crap job. Sooooooo beneath me. My agent said the same thing but, since there is nothing else available at short notice, I should just go for this one and leave as soon as something better becomes available. Pfffffffft.

It's for T-mobile(mobile phone provider) as a supervisor for a group of Callcentre-agents. Blegh. Don't want to work in a bloody callcentre again

I worked at a call center and it SUCKED! But the pay was awesome.
I did it for the money.
Plus my friend who worked with me was really mega pretty and the supervisors were all old horn dogs and let us take long lunches and come in late together and stuff. So it was cool.

I'm the supervisor from hell, in that case. As much as I hate callcentres, i want my team to perform to a certain standard. It's not like the job is extremely difficult. Plus as a supervisor; you have your own boss to answer to. I demanded my minions...erm..agents to be on the floor, at least 5 minutes early(gives them time to grab some water, log on to the system etc.) and just stick to the rules. Somehow, some people did'nt like that...pffffffffft. They just did'nt know about discipline and I cracked that whip to get them into shape. The result? I was leading the most productive team (this was at Easyjet), we won all the incentives(trips to France, cheape flights, cash prices etc.) and I did'nt have to tell them jack-shit about their jobs, anymore. They liked not being told what to do as if I was some schoolteacher they just went and did it. Which is great, I did'nt mind then, if someone wanted to leave 15 minutes earlier or come in a bit later. Just don't FUCK me over! lol

Hey..if they just do their menial tasks correctly...I'm the coolest boss in the world.
By doing your job as a CSR, you're helping me. When you help me,that takes a load of my shoulders, which in turn, enables me to help you.

oooooooh...that so doesn't fly with me. blatant disrespect, man! You can take long lunches when you have nothing else to do...which , in a callcentre is NEVERRRRRRRRRRR!

darelle-maybe you should take a job in a callcentre. It's easier than working at McDonalds and pays a lot more!
