home from work. Today is my heavy flow day/menstral cramps day. So I feel tired and lethargic.

I have to go food shopping tonight though as I have no food in the house whatsoevah!

I ended up having to eat McDonalds today :shock

I havent eaten McDonalds in like 2 years. I got their new "premium" chicken ranch blt sandwich. Actually I am going to go to their website right now and look up the nutrition information on it.

I come home from the gym and the first thing I grab is a beer! :cheers

I will keep it at one beer, though I may have wine later.

I went and bought a few items at Trader Joe's today. I wanted to spend no more than $40, but after looking over the items in my car I figured I was close to $50 but it was all actually $39 so I was happy!

Gonna have a wasabi mayo tuna wrap for dinner! :yay

My friend who works out told me a couple beers after a workout isn't so bad cause it replenishes you or something like that, there is protein in beer.

Just because it's McDonald's doesn't mean we have bad food... or bad tasting food.
