jesse and michele came up with the idea for an actress and actor survivor game actually there will be two games we need 15 of each i think and then it will go down to the top three of each going against each other in a final game. i think its best with the a-listers so Actors 1. Brad Pitt actresses 1. Angelina Jolie |

Foo on A listers, I barely like A listers! An actor/actress is an actor/actress, no matter the format. |

excuse me Don Cheadle has been in a lot of movies and has been nominated for Oscars. In fact, I think he won the oscar for Hotel Rwanda, didnt he? If not he was at least nominated for it |

What about if a tv show is really popular, wouldn't they be in the same class as A listers? Also when we play the game are we voting them off based on looks or acting ability or both? If it's looks maybe we should have celebrity survivor instead? |

I think it should just be celebrities. Cause shows like HEROES is really popular but I dont think that Milo Ventmiglia guy is A List or Hayden Pantyhose or whatever. |

ok scrap the a-list thing any well known celebrity can be picked (at least forum known), they have to be an actor and the person can be vetoed but you have to have a good reason which i'm going to say can be appealed by the original poster and the first two people to post after can decide if they stay in or not (not including the suggestor and the one wanting to strike) and no fighting!

somehow I predict that still wont stop me and jesse from fighting endlessly. Don Cheadle is still my first male pic. Still thinking of a female one |

I was thinking of broadening it to celebrity myself and was going to suggest that it even opens up the possibility of musician and sports figures. That way we can have people like David Beckham or even Amy Crackhead if someone wanted. Si? No? |

From Wikipedia... The A-list is a term that alludes to major movie stars, and/or the most bankable in the Hollywood movie industry. The A-list is part of a larger guide called The Hot List that has become an industry-standard guide in Hollywood. Lesser-known actors inhabit the B+, B, and C lists, and there is even a dreaded "Bottom of the Heap." James Ulmer has also developed a Hot List of directors. Ulmer Scale The list was created by veteran entertainment journalist James Ulmer, who developed a 100-point method to quantify a star's value to a film production, in terms of getting a movie financed and the cameras rolling. The Ulmer Scale also takes into account an actor's history (box office successes vs. failures), versatility, professional demeanor, and ability and willingness to travel and promote movies. Tom Hanks and Tom Cruise topped the latest ranking in 2006. Ulmer's latest Top Ten List, from 2006, also includes: * Jim Carrey * George Clooney * Russell Crowe * Johnny Depp * Nicole Kidman * Jude Law * Brad Pitt * Julia Roberts Popular usage In popular usage outside the movie industry, an "A-list celebrity" simply refers to any person with an admired or desirable social status.[3] Similarly, less popular persons are referred to as "B-list." [4] The term "D-List," popularized by comedienne Kathy Griffin, has been used to describe the level of celebrity that would appear on reality shows such as The Surreal Life, Celebrity Mole or I'm A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here. Comedian Artie Lange has referred to the members of Howard Stern's Wack Pack, specifically Eric the Midget, as "G-List Celebrities." In the UK, the term "Z-list" is used for people with very limited fame, such as reality TV contestants, or former celebrities who are no longer in the limelight. |

I really dont care. We can just do actors or we can also add musicians and other kinds of celebrities. I will go with whatever the majority wants. |

Lord, this getting confusing. How about we let everyone in. The entertainment industry is fairly huge. As Alondria said we can always veto someone. Like if Michele wanted someone but Jesse said no, then that person would not be allowed in... but we should do it with two people having to veto it not just one. I have Hayden because he is just so damn cute and Channing Tatum. Must think about the females. |
