I am just curious is all. and I wonder out of me and my sisters who is going to die first. Unless I die in some type of accident, I think I am outliving all 3 of them :rocks . My sisters will probably die from cancer or some other degenerative illness. Not me!

my 3 sisters as kids always had ailments. I never did. As adults they have all had at least 1 semi serious thing. Jenn has thyroidism, she had a tumor on her thyroid and had half of it taken out. She also has depression, she had her cervix scraped. Donna has anxiety, she has asthma now, she has had heart palpitations. Karen had cervical cancer, though it was caught VERY early so they got rid of it very easily.

I have had nothing, except for herpes but that isnt life threatening in any way.

I try to tell them about going organic and eliminating chemicals and toxins, but they dont listen. Jenn does to an extent, she has started buying some organic things but not really.

Donna thinks it is all bogus. Yet her two kids are sick all the time! Her son just got over pnemonia. He is 7 and it is not the first time he has had it! Both of her kids have had it at least 2 times each. That is insane! They have had all kinds of allergies and asthma and other things. My niece had whooping cough last fall.

I am reading this book called The Probiotics Revolution and the author, who is a doctor, said he has been inflicted his whole life with severe asthma and allergies and once he got on a probiotics regimen, that all cleared up. He says research that he is doing and others is finding that not only do probiotics ward off yeast and bad bacteria in the gut, they also help the immune system to function properly.

Allergies and asthma is actually the result of the immune system not functioning properly by attacking harmless molecules.

yea stress wrecks havoc on your immune system. It cant do its job effectively when you have a lot of stress.
