WRONG!

Flemmish is old fashioned Dutch with a french accent. And it makes the Belgians sound funny.Spoken in the north half of Belgium. I speak can speak Flemmish as well but, only as a joke. It's not a REAL language.

The French/German thing is only spoken as a dialect in the north east tip of Belgium and there are some people in Luxembourg who speak it as well.
