i'm interested to see diary of the dead now. Same way cloverfield was filmed but they should show plenty of zombies and gore :rocks

There is also a trailer out for the day of the dead remake, I can't wait for that one!

Feb 1st - that's soon, given the lack of hype. Sweeny Todd is the film on everyone's lips at the moment

I saw a huge trailer for Cloverfield before I am Legend and it's been hyped up in teaster trailers for months! I shall re-name Nicky bubble boy!

This thread title is apt - it looks like there will be floods near me yet again! Some people haven't even got back in their homes since the July floods and now it's looking like the river will burst again. Scary stuff! :faint

They're not a common occurance normally, I blame global warming! People my Dad's age who have lived here all their lives can't remember the river flooding, and so badly before last year. The floods in Sheffield where I work were the first time it had happened in 50 years, and that river looked dangerously high as I passed it tonight too.

Where my house is and my Dad's is we're fine because we're up the hill from where the river is, but it is really close by.

thank god I got my internet back up. Comcast was supposed to shut off my service last tuesday but those bastards didnt and have already billed me for february. But now I am glad that they didnt since I am having major difficulties getting my verizon installed. A verizon technician wont be coming out till NEXT friday, the 1st of February! :faint

I will call Comcast tomm and have them turn my service off on the 31st and tell them to make sure they shut it off this time and send me the bill for the appropriate dates, not for a month that I wont have their service!

I went and saw one of my former social work clients today. She had a baby in July and I promised her that I would come by and see the baby. So today I FINALLY did. She was so happy to see me she hugged me a million times. Her baby is SO STINKING CUTE! She is so good and so happy and she loves people! She loved me!

Chillin here until I go into the salon in about 45 minutes. I have a bikini waxing today :huh and a full face waxing.
