a butchers in hoyland called guests, i recomend the salmon cut, also their honey roast ham is to die for. i wil happily say they are the best butchers in barnsley. been shopping there for twenty years and we have never had a piece of meat that hasn't been excellent

I might check it out sometime when we go visit Rick's parents. I was thinking local butchers will be better than a supermarket for meat.

A nice juicy rare steak with a side (kinda a large side actually) of penne pasta with shrimp, asparagus and roasted red pepper in a tomato sauce.
