Late in the hour, in the shadow of hopelessness, I shall rise to lay waste to the enemies of mankind, those who have long impeded its spiritual destiny.

"Rise up! Oh powers of the sea! In the name of the Absu I call!
Come! And carry my curse! To those who cause me disgust!
May they burn in my cauldron! For they are as molten wax!
Burn! Consume their powers, so mote it be!"

I don't think the information would be accessed unless we were suspected of crime though! The information has always existed somewhere, the issue is who can view it and in what circumstances.

Father of four taken to court and fined ... because he overfilled his wheelie-bin by just four inches

PAUL SIMS and STEVE DOUGHTY
UK Daily Mail
Tuesday, April 22, 2008

With his rubbish collected only once a fortnight, Gareth Corkhill's wheelie bin was so full the lid wouldn't shut.

And for that, the father of four finds himself with a criminal record.

Magistrates convicted the 26-year-old bus driver after hearing evidence that the lid was four inches ajar, which is against rules to stop bins overflowing.

He was ordered to pay £210 - a week's wages - after he declined to pay an on-the-spot fine imposed by the local council's bin police, who visited him wearing stab-proof vests and carrying photographic evidence of his crime.

To add insult to injury he was told to pay a £15 victim surcharge to help victims of violence - despite there being no victim - and threatened with prison if he failed to pay.

Rapists, murderers and other violent criminals who have earned a jail sentence rather than a fine are immune from the penalty.

Yesterday the council, Copeland in Cumbria, said that Mr Corkhill's family had caused problems for "the battle to reduce waste".

His penalty compares with the typical on-the-spot fine of £80 given to shoplifters - even repeat offenders.

That was very popular news. Its not far from me that it happened.
I think its the most ridiculous thing I have every heard in my life!!
Someone complained about health and saftey? Well why dont they empty the bin every week instead of fortnight is thats the case!!!

Also, my opinion on the everyone giving dna or something along the lines of that, I dont think its a good idea.
It can help crime, but just think of how bad it can get when its falls into the wrong hands!!!
It can do more wrong then good I reckon.
I talk to much.

Absolutely insane. As is drug using criminals who are sent to prison, unable to get their fix & suffer cold turkey they receive thousands in compensation for their suffering. Theres me thinking prison was a punishment. I agree with human rights but....

Drugs are available in prison if people want them. I never heard of them getting compensation for that! That's mad if it's true! I work in Probation and in my experience people don't want to go to prison and are happy when they get out. The papers love to say that it's like a holiday camp but I really don't think it is. The other week they were talking about them getting breakfast in bed....but in reality they are served food in their cell (I doubt they have it in bed!) because the prisons are so overcrowded there isn't enough room in the dining rooms!

Help is available also in prison if they need it but they or some just don't want it. Seriously its true & pissed me off. My son has sadly served time in a young offenders as did some of his friends but at different times, they say "it was ok" they can work to earn money, have a catalogue they can order from, watch TV/SKY, play pool & use the gym & 3 meals aday. They even have their own account where you can send money in for them. The only thing taken away from them ... they weren't allowed into society. I've a friend whose husband is a prison guard & some he says love the prison because they get more in there than they do in society & purposely commit crimes to go back!! How crazy is that.
