I had blocked it out till I was 13 and had bought this book Borderlands, which documents peoples strange and supernatural experiences. I was reading this story about things called 'bed invaders' and it all came back to me! -------------------------------------------------------- I was layin in my bed, facing the wall. My door was opposite my bed and we always had the hall light on cause I was afraid of the dark. The light from the doorway was cast directly in front of me. Even as a small child I had trouble sleeping, especially since I knew my house was haunted. I heard footsteps coming down the hallway, very very quiet ones. I could hear both my grandmother and mother snoring, and those were the only two people in the house. Then, I saw my door open. I knew this because I saw this in the shadows on my wall. Except there was no shadow of a person! The footsteps came nearer and I shut my eyes tight and said nothing. I was too scared. I felt a pressure on my back and a heavy breathing down my neck. It continued to breath on me and press againt me for I dont know how long because I forced myself to close my eyes, block it out, and sleep. ----------------------------------------------------------- I read in my book that some people had much worse experiences! Invisible beings completely pushing them into the bed, laying on top of them, laughing or breathing heavily, and completely paralyzing their bodies! Always happens in the bedroom as well. No one ever gets hurt, the book said that these are spirits that like to intimidate people but can't do anything more than that.

Once i was playing piano in my basement (most haunted place in the house cause someone once fell down the basement stairs and broke his neck) and the key cover SLAMMED down on my fingers out of nowhere! I pulled them out in time though

Posts: 1,433 Group: Members Member #7 Joined: May 18, 2006	there we different ghosts in different parts of the house. one or maybe two ruled the basement stairs (and basement) and hallway, one ruled the kitchen, and one ruled another hallway. it was never investigation, but my father and i were always very sensitive to the house. one day i was walking down the hall and one of our black cats was sittin here, suddenly i felt this HUGE chill, the cat screamed for no reason and dashed out of the hall way. i followed suit lol. there was a perminent cold spot in the exact same spot in the kitchen, and in the bedroom hallway id always here quiet music and people laughing like a party in the distance
