-Lothal- Temple Tunnels “Right... let's see...” Hammah said, stepping forward. He focused, closing his eyes and placing his hand against the door. “Everything is connected... tied to the Force. To the Light... and the Dark...” Hammah focused on his father's words, his Force powers flaring slightly... Restaurant Starkiller paused, looking over the restaurant. His gaze lingered on Sarai and Connor for a moment. Then something made him look up, frowning, sensing... something, from the direction of the Temple... City Outskirts “I almost got one on an online bid once, but someone beat me to it at the last second,” Garrus said with a smirk. “Not saying I'd use it but it would look nice on my mantle. Say, if the Citadel gives you that one we got off that guy earlier, mind if I take it?” He paused though as they got further into the city, checking something. “Mmmm... Might be able to tap into the internal security here and use it to find our criminal...” -The Citadel- Rica's Bar “Alright. Where's Kanna at?” Samuel asked. “I can go get her.” Samuel figured if he went to get Kanna they would actually do the mission and not get caught waiting... -Omega- Shadow nodded, turning and heading out. Soon the three would be outside of the Afterlife... Which seemed oddly quiet... There were some krogan and humans in armor outside giving the three a side eye, but the usual line of patrons trying to get in had disappeared... |

-The Citadel- Kanna's Apartment Kanna shot Ethan a look, rolling her eyes as she came over to him and Solanna. "The last thing I need is to be messing around with potentially dangerous situations while six months pregnant" Kanna started, eying the man. "Of course that's probably your goal. Keep me out of trouble by giving me something else to handle." I'm sure Chloe will eventually have one with that Edda guy when they stop beating around the bush.” At this she couldn't help but to soften her look, moving to take Solanna for a moment. "You know being a grandparent isn't all it's cracked up to be. That first time you realize your kid isn't a kid anymore, but rather a parent, is pretty traumatizing. I'm just planning on never letting Melanie find a boy, keep her a child for at least a little longer." Meanwhile..... Galv's Workshop Melanie noticed Galv's embarrassment as he pointed over to the small cot in the corner, the girl trying not to look too concerned that the boy was sleeping in such a lackluster manner. Really it was none of her business after all. "That looks...Uncomfortable" she noted, quickly backtracking with a blush of her own. "I mean if that's what you like than it's totally okay! I mean it's just you sleeping there so it doesn't matter what I think-I mean unless it's not just you and then I guess I should probably take that into account too- or- and - augggh-" Try as she might the warmth in her face wasn't dying down, in fact it felt like it was getting warmer. She decided to stop and try again, this time taking a deep breath. "Sorry, sometimes I say things before I actually think" she apologized with a sheepish grin. "The place is nice. R-Really nice" -Lothal- Resturant “Believe it or not, this is the first time.” Sarai smiled and gave a little laugh (she suddenly realized it was the first time in the last 48 hours she had laughed), looking back down at her food. "Well you're a natural, I mean keeping your cool with all this going on AND managing to have a semi-normal dinner? I'm impressed." Suddenly the girl froze, noticing Connor's expression change. At first she thought it may have been something she said, but then she realized that they were still in a very new, very dangerous place. "W-What's the matter?" she asked, voice lowered. Transport “Besides, that ability only works on someone with a weak will or a penchant for following orders without question. And that's pretty much the opposite of you.” Chloe grinned, feeling a bit of warmth in her cheeks. "Flatter gets you everywhere you know that?" She then did as instructed, pulling over carefully before climbing out and looking around. She looked back at the boys. "Okay, so what kind of distraction are we talking about? Something small or something I can have a bit more fun with?" |

-The Citadel- Kanna's Apartment “Well, I do have vacation time built up from over the years. We could go on some vacation, see a few worlds, a few stunning sites,” Ethan suggested, grinning towards Kanna now as he played peekaboo with Solanna. He glanced back towards Kanna at the mention of kids not being kids anymore. “I went through that when Chloe joined the military...” Ethan sighed softly. Galv's Workshop “It's more comfortable then it looks!” Galv said, looking red in the face too. “I mean I've never tried sleeping in it with two people before... Ummm...” He coughed, glancing around at his cluttered workshop. “It's okay! Oh, here's this!” Galv grabbed a small cylinder from the counter top, turning it around in his hands. “It's still a prototype but it might be cool... I based it off what I've managed to learn about light sabers, but it channels abilities...” -Lothal- Temple Edda grinned, tapping his nose as he got out of the car as well, pulling open the back door, where Paul sat with a few crates. Plastered on them was the universal symbol of explosives... “Sound fun to you?” Edda grinned. |

[Lothal] [Temple Tunnels] There was a loud snapping sound, and suddenly the door began to open! The ancient stone began to shake and slowly recede into the walls, revealing an old and unused path. Cobwebs clung to it, but beyond the door the walls were metal, not stone, and thin lights were built into them offering the barest of illumination. “Whoa...” Musashi whistled, as he stepped forward. “That's crazy...” Suddenly Musashi felt strange. It was as if something from beyond that door was calling out to him. His entire body shook for a moment, as he felt the pull of... something. [Restaurant] Connor was delighted to hear Sarai laugh. It was the first time things felt... normal. He wished the moment could have lasted, but something was running down his spine like cold fingers. A warning screaming into his brain that they were in danger – and as his eyes fell on Starkiller, he felt like he was looking at a great predator. “... Sarai, don't look, but there's a man over by the door...” Connor spoke very quietly, leaning in towards Sarai. “I don't understand why, but... the moment I saw him my entire body went cold... I think... I think something is going on...” Starkiller would sense something else. Two something's, in fact. One from the direction of the Temple – a powerful pull, calling out to him. The other was a sense of overwhelming coldness. An almost insufferable pressure, like icy fingers gripping his heart. It was a familiar sensation, one he knew well. The hallmark of a single person; the terrifying entity Starkiller knew as 'Master'. And he was close. [City Outskirts] Shepard just rolled her eyes. Garrus' desire for a lightsaber was... understandable, but she wasn't sure they'd get one that easily. Although the apparent 'sith' from before had been beaten rather easily... maybe the rumors about them were just rumor. Still, she didn't like to dismiss rumors as being nothing. She knew how war stories could be exaggerated – her stand at Akuze was the subject of many rumors, and most of them untrue – but she also knew that at the core of any legend was a nugget of truth... She paused. “Hacking the city grid? Bold. Just don't get caught. I don't want every Imperial on Lothal to know we're here.” Suddenly a shadow was cast overhead, and Shepard looked up in time to see a disturbing sight. The enormous triangular hull of a Star Destroyer slowly gliding through the clouds. This one was far larger than the average Star Destroyer, and entirely black rather than the normal drab gray. Several TIE's flew in formation around the ship, providing an escort. The ship itself was larger than the actual city. “... Well, that can't be good. This hive is already swarming with activity.” Shepard decided it was worth the risk to pull out her binoculars and take a closer look, allowing them to scan at the ship and try to match it with anything in the Alliance Database. The result came back quickly, and she froze. “... Garrus, we've got a problem.” Shepard frowned. “That's... the Imperial Flagship. Executor.” [The Citadel] [Rica's Bar] “Probably at her place,” Rica shrugged. “Go ahead. Go get her, I'll set up the meeting.” |

[Omega] -Afterlife- Lavo shivered. He felt something was amiss. He had mixed feelings about the lack of people around the club. “What...happened?” Windsong frowned. “Something's not right. Stick together, stay alert,” she ordered quietly. The draiken siblings entered carefully. Lavo had a gut feeling that Gallic had something to do with this if he was still here. Just what did he do? Lothal Temple Tunnels Kay's eyes widened at the sight. “Wooooaah,” she whispered. She felt her spine tingle and she stifled a shiver. Was something beckoning her? She squinted at the thought. That couldn't be right. But, here she was, feeling the call. She didn't understand it entirely and she wanted to travel further and get some answers. |

[TARDIS] It was quiet now. Well, quiet if not for The Doctor's muttering as C watched the man spin about the controls of the machine. He still couldn't quite grasp it all. TIME CONTROL? What in the blue blazes? An alien who has a machine that freely jumped through time, his daughter (who also happened to be a quirky little bombshell of energy and shining goodness that attracted him so much) and Solid Snake. Solid Snake! C was told to ALWAYS AVOID anything to deal with any of the Snakes, since they were and still are pretty much the pinnacle of superhuman engineering. Agents that made actual secret agents look bad. The nightmares of any intelligence agency worth its salt. C still didn't know how it happened that he was not allied with these strange individuals. Not even a day passed. Hell, not even twelve hours passed since he was pretty much a mercenary group's smurf, and now he was rescued and working on an undercover mission with figures straight out of myth books. It still all boggled his mind. He was still high-strung, even now with such allies on his side, and it wasn't surprising; he never really got any rest since this all began. He had been running for weeks on adrenaline, caffeine and sheer nervous energy. His original escape from being captured by government agency and 'disappeared' like a lot of his compatriots. the hunts by several mercenary groups. The sell-out by FatRat. All for the stupid file he still had hidden away on his flash drive. Not even the voice in the back of his head could settle him easily. And he couldn't sit down and rest, not yet. They were going into Imperial Territory. No wonder it was quiet. Hell, C himself, usually such a wise-cracking mouth with too much levity, was quiet and restrained. Gods, he was tired. He watched the man continue muttering and spinning around his controls, the girl watching her father carefully as though trying to memorize every motion he made, and kept glancing at Solid Snake. And glancing away the moment he did, because he could FEEL the man's boring gaze on the side of his head. It felt like someone was trying to glare a hole straight through him. And it was getting to him. "... Could you stop that?" ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [The Citadel] [Rica's Bar] It was business as usual at The Shades. Patrons were quietly (and in some cases not so quietly) talking among themselves, drinks were liberally being consumed, and the air hung heavy with smoke and the scent of booze. Several games were being played for good money. It was business as usual. What wasn't usual was seeing a patron like THIS one walk through the doors of the bar with an annoyed sigh. Alita wasn't very happy. She had been on the Citadel for HOURS now, and ever since she saw the mess at the Shadow Broker's Office, she couldn't find anyone who could point her the right way. In fact, it took her some very creative fast talking to keep suspicion off of herself when she questioned some C-Sec agents about where she could find anyone who could deal with the Shadow Broker. All these dead ends were enough to put down a girl's spirits. And she didn't really like feeling like she was just chasing shadows and running into dead ends. So that was how she ended up here at The Shades after an offhanded comment from a drunk man in Flux, and now she was visiting this seedy-looking place. Well, at least it wasn't full of biker gangs. Those places always smelled so stale... The clientele quieted for just a moment as Alita opened the doors of the bar and stood there for a moment, blinking a few times as she got her eyes used to the smoke before wading into the bar itself. Under the hushed atmosphere she walked up to the bar and sat down on one of the bar stools, her tail lazily sweeping back and forth as she placed a credit stick on the table. "... Get me a shot of something that won't melt steel and won't tickle milk-drinkers. Just make sure it tastes nice, I don't like straight spirits." |

[Time and Relative Dimension(s) in Space] Snake stood near the side of the railing, standing silently. He looked on edge – possibly because of the mission, or more likely because The Doctor refused to let him smoke in the TARDIS. He was not unaware that C was glancing at him with relative frequency, and whenever he did, Snake would just glare at him. The Doctor was the trusting sort. The kind of man who looked for the good in everyone he met, and would keep looking for it even when he was staring into an abyss of depravity and danger. Snake was the opposite. Snake never assumed good in people – he looked for lies and deception. That was in part because lies and deception were Snake's bread and butter. He was among the most dangerous intelligence operatives of all time. His life was a complicated web of lies and betrayal, and when the smoke had cleared, the number of people he trusted were three – and even then, Otacon had still proven less than absolutely reliable. Jenny and the Doctor were different, but Snake could see the darkness in the Doctor's eyes. Truthfully, only Jenny had his absolute trust. “... Could you stop that?” “No.” Snake replied flatly, his eyes narrowing. “We're about to infiltrate one of the most secure places in the Empire. I don't like it.” He stepped closer to C, dropping his voice – although he doubted that even he could hide anything from the Doctor, at least here. “... and make no mistake. The Doctor may trust you, but I don't. You give me any reason to think you're anything less than completely honest with us, and I will not hesitate to put you in the ground.” “Snake. That's enough. Be nice, will you?” The Doctor didn't even bother looking up from what he was doing, but he was frowning. “C is in our trouble. He needs our help.” Snake's demeanor didn't change. [The Citadel] [Rica's Bar] The bartender raised an eyebrow, but said nothing. He reached behind the bar and grabbed a couple bottles of something and mixed up a drink. It didn't smell great, but it didn't taste awful. He slid it across to her and charged the cred stick, all without a word. “You're not one of the usual dregs.” The woman who did speak up was at the corner of the bar and drinking alone, wearing an unusual blue hat and a dress that looked far too fancy for this place. She was sipping on a cup of something, and raised an eyebrow towards Alita. “So what's your story? Some guy stand you up and you decided to come and wash away your sorrows? Or are you here for... another reason?” |

-Lothal- Temple Tunnels Hammah shook slightly as well, feeling the pull of the Force. He hesitated a moment, then stepped forward into the temple itself. Jimi glanced around, wondering why everyone seemed so off by the opening of a door. Temple Grounds Paul paused, looking towards the Temple as the same pull tugged at him, Edda still talking with Chloe and not having felt anything. Restaurant Starkiller's attention was moved from Connor and Sarai, looking towards the Temple... then towards the the Star Destroyer that had appeared above the city. Vader... his Master... What was he doing here? Did Vader not trust him? City Outskirts Garrus looked up from his work, staring upwards for a long moment as he stared at the flagship. “Mmm... don't ask me to hack that, Shepard. Might be a problem... But I am into the city grid. And...” Garrus paused, then smiled. “Got a match. Let's get in and out, she's at a restaurant down this way...” Garrus pointed down a street and headed down it. -The Citadel- Rica's Bar Samuel sighed, nodding and heading out, leaving Rica alone as he headed out. He passed by the bar, glancing around, his gaze briefly resting on Alita and the girl in blue before she continued onwards... -Omega- Afterlife As the draiken headed to the door, Shadow disappearing to the background for now, a few of the guards stepped forward. “What do you two want?” a krogan growled at them, hand drifting to a shotgun at his side. -T.A.R.D.I.S.- “Snake... please...” Jenny said, giving Snake an imploring look. “I'm sure it'll be fine.” Lilith the cyborg stood in the corner, simply watching everyone quietly. |

The Citadel [Rica's Bar] Alita snorted in honest amusement as the barman poured her a drink and set the glass to slide across the bar where she picked it up and took a sip. It was both a surprise and relief that she didn't taste some swill, and she took a much longer drag as she looked around curiously. That's when the woman in blue asked her a question and Alita zeroed in, answering after only a moment of hesitation. "Nothing like that. I just followed up on some cryptic third-words about this place. I was originally looking for someone here on the Citadel to deliver a message, but that got shot down pretty quick, what with all the mess at the docks. Now, I'm stuck here until this message gets delivered or I pick up scents on another trail to follow." She shrugged, taking another drag from the glass, the metal-layered tail swishing back and forth lazily behind her. "It sucks though. I'm supposed to be on my way out of here right now already, and heading back to rendezvous with the Professor and be there for activation of his super-secret 'project' that he's been going on about for months, but here I am, stuck on the Citadel chasing ghosts." ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- TARDIS Snake's thinly veiled threats and demeanor really didn't do much to endear C to the man or calm the young hacker's nerves. He almost retaliated with a very snarky, biting remark but barely managed to hold his tongue, figuring that it probably wasn't the best idea to trigger the man that could just put a bullet in his head. Honestly, he wondered why he bothered holding his word right now. Maybe getting a bullet between the eyes would be a lot easier an end than any of the ones currently presented to him. It was with sheer disbelief that he turned to stare with at Jenny for her comment. Everything fine? The girl was awfully naive and sheltered if she truly believed that would be the outcome. They were heading into the heart of the Empire and its security, they were about to face things that were specifically made, built and trained to defend the great secrets of the Empire and its many dark deals and dirty layers. C honestly didn't know if he could do anything there. He was used to hacking through corporate secrets, and those were guarded by some of the best security protocols, but the Empire had something entirely different, something radically new. His only chance to really do anything was the little voice in the back of his head that still talked to him and tried to calm him. Even now, that whisper helped settle him down just a little, reminding him that he wasn't completely alone. It was the only thing keeping him from going off the deep end and he knew it. Having calmed down just a tad, he shot another dirty look at Snake. "If you're looking forward to splattering my brains all over some unnamed wall so much, I don't think you'll have to wait long. In fact, if we're near capture, I'll ask you to do just that, so you can put me out of my misery before someone can get their hands on me to try and weedle further information. You know where we're going as much as I do, so keep a bullet saved up. I think you'll need it." |

[Omega] -Afterlife- Windsong stepped forward, facing the krogan. “We are here on important business. We are looking for a man named Gallic, and we were told he was here.” Lavo looked back and forth between all the different guards, weighing the odds of a fight. Noticing that Shadow had vanished, their numbers were at a disadvantage. He hoped that Windsong was clever enough to keep any violence from escalating. -Streets- Among the small and cramped stores of Omega, a small shop called Voltage Tech Repairs rested wedged between a couple others. Behind the desk, a creature about four feet tall standing on a stool was working on a side project. It looked like a box with a knife attached to it. The guy behind the desk was a Mobian in a lab coat. While he looked like a lupine or a canine, he had strange horns and a long tail. This was Voltage, computer genius and horrible robot builder. His shop focused on repairing hardware, but he could build any kind of computer with the right parts. Of course, his hobby scared potential customers away if he decided to work on a robot during work hours. He had gotten into trouble a couple times. Near murder, fingers missing, children scarred. Wasn't his fault that the kid thought spinning blades would be safe to stick their hands into. He had missed a good portion of any action that the streets saw, with how into his work he was. Lothal Temple Tunnels Kay eventually followed Hammah, gazing upon the temple's innards. “There must be something incredible in here,” she commented quietly. As she walked, she barely paid attention to where she was going. She had this feeling that where her feet took her was important, though her eyes scanned the room randomly. |

[Lothal] [Restaurant] “... Sarai, don't look, but there's a man over by the door...” Sarai had to physically stop herself from whipping around, convinced that somehow Genius had found them despite being an entire galaxy away. But when Connor clarified she calmed herself (a bit), giving him a timid nod. "Should we try to slip out? There's probably a back door to this place...." [Temple] Edda motioned to the explosives Paul was sitting with and instantly Chloe's grin grew to the size of a cheshire cat's. While she was an engineer during her time in the military weapons always caught her attention- especially explosives. Granted exploding things was above her paygrade back then....But now. "Have I mentioned I love you?" Chloe asked, eyes on the explosives rather than the blonde. [The Citadel] [Kanna's Apartment] Once again Kanna rolled her eyes at Ethan, knowing he was just trying to keep her out of trouble. The man cared about her well-being, and while it was rather sweet it was also pretty annoying since she knew that danger (and a decent amount of crime) was already a major part of her life. No going back now. Then Ethan mentioned his own daughter and Kanna frowned. She knew the man had children, and that one had once been in the military- but that was about the extent of her knowledge. "When was the last time you saw her?" she asked. Galv's Workshop “It's more comfortable then it looks! I mean I've never tried sleeping in it with two people before... Ummm...” Melanie's head whipped back up, looking to the redhead with flushed cheeks. She then...Laughed. "If my mother ever heard this conversation i'd be dead!" she said through the giggles. She then joined Galv as he showed off....Something. "How does it work?" she asked, cocking her head. |

-Omega- Afterlife The guards all glowered at the two draikens, one of them sending a message back. After a couple minutes Gallic himself appeared, smiling as he looked at the two draikens. “Ah, you two! Have you given my offer more thought? Come in, come in. I just had to clean up a few loose ends the previous owner of this place left behind,” Gallic said, motioning the two into the club, the guards moving aside to let them. “Leave your weap-” one of the guards began to say, Gallic cutting him off. “It's fine, I'd prefer them to feel comfortable,” Gallic said. Once inside, the would see it well lit up, no customers, but a few more guards. “Renovations,” Gallic said, leading them to a private room, where he stood alone with them. “So... what can I do for you two?” Gallic asked. -Lothal- Tunnels “Never been anywhere like this...” Hammah said, looking around carefully. “...It's just a hallway?” Jimi said, glancing around, wondering if either he was going crazy or everyone else was. Temple Grounds Edda grinned brightly as Chloe looked over the explosives. “Well I do hope you enjoy the present,” Edda said, motioning to begin pulling out one of the crates. “May not be the best time...” another voice said. Paul looked backwards, pulling out his light saber, the green blade glowing on. Edda spun around, seeing another blond haired figure, wearing nice looking powered armor, similar green eyes staring back at him. “...Jens...” Edda frowned. He reached for his gun, Jens shaking his finger. “I have a sniper trained on you, and...” Jens paused, a loud thumping noise as the vehicle shook, someone landing on top of it, “Someone else to help cover me...” Edda and Jens glared at their cousin, eying to other... -The Citadel- Kanna's Apartment “A few months ago,” Ethan said, “She stopped at the Citadel between her jobs and we caught up. I talked to her about a week ago though, but that was over the phone.” He smiled at Solanna, quite enjoying playing with the baby. Galv's Workshop “Like this... you hold the handle, and you channel any energy based power,” Galv said. He focused, sparking slightly. From the cylinder an arc of electricity came out, forming into a sparking blade. He swung it a couple times, then let the blade disappear. He handed it to Melanie now. “Here, why don't you try?” |

[Lothal] [Jedi Temple] The secret passageway opened into a dark and disused room. A large granite status stood in the middle of the room, depicting some Jedi of old. The room was mostly barren, although there were several shelves along the walls – they were empty. As Musashi looked around, he had a sinking feeling that whatever knowledge had once lined these shelves was long-since pillaged by the Empire. The Temple had been converted into an office for Lothal's governor. Musashi sidled over to the far end of the room, where a far more modern gray door had been fitted over whatever had once been there. He slipped it open and peered out – and then quickly pulled his head back in. “It's some kind of fancy office. Nobody's in it though.” He opened the door and moved in – and his description was right. The office had a large gray desk beside a large window that overlooked the temple courtyard. There was a leather swivel chair behind the desk, and a communicator attached to it, with a computer beside it. Next to the desk was a filing cabinet, and a large decorative painting on the wall – one that depicted a fleet of Star Destroyers flying in front of a star. There was also a photo on the desk. It depicted a woman with short black hair in the standard Imperial gray uniform, with several commendations pinned to her chest. Beside her stood an older man with a pointed nose, whose uniform held even more accolades. Musashi frowned. “... I think... we might be in the governor's office.” [Restaurant] Connor saw that the strange man's attention moved away from them and he took Sarai's hand and stood up quickly, but trying to be quiet. “Let's head to the kitchen, there's usually a rear entrance back there.” He was basing that on his sister's coffee shop, but surely most restaurants would need an exit for employees to take out trash instead of taking it by the customers? He moved towards the door to the kitchen, trying to keep from seeming suspicious... [City Streets] “Good work, Garrus!” Shepard clapped the Turian on the shoulder and then motioned for them to get moving. “We find this girl, maybe we find out what happened.” Her eyes went back to the enormous ship above the city. She couldn't shake the grim feeling she had about it... [The Citadel] [Rica's Bar] The woman in blue raised an eyebrow as she listened to Alita. She was a bit surprised someone would openly talk about 'super-secret projects' in a place like this... which immediately told her she was either dealing with someone who liked to sound more important than they were, someone very foolish – or someone strong enough that they didn't mind finding trouble. “Deliver a message? Sounds like a boring job, being someone's errand girl. Then again I've found myself having to do that before.” She sighed, shaking her head. “... Of course, if you're looking for a trail, you're in the right place. You can find just about anything or anyone... provided you have the cash.” The woman stood up, and then walked behind the bar without a word, grabbing one of the bottles from the wall. The bartender shot her a dirty look, but she ignored him completely as she returned to her seat, and then turned to face Alita. [Citadel Streets] After leaving Jacob's, Haruka had insisted on wandering for a bit, although she was a lot more quiet than usual – which for her, was worrisome. It either meant she was plotting something, or she was hung up on some thought that would not leave her alone. After a while, she stopped at one of the balconies, and leaned against it, staring out at the skyline of the city. “... Lils, you ever stop and worry that... maybe... your talents are being wasted, following around some half-crazy space pirate wannabe?” [TARDIS] The Doctor stopped, and pulled a lever, as he turned to the others and walked over. “Listen to me. No one is going to die. Not if I have anything to say about it. We're going to be fine.” He walked over, and put his hand on C's shoulder, leading him away from Snake and towards one of the doors that led deeper into the TARDIS. The ship was far larger than it appeared. “When was the last time you've slept? I'm going to guess it's been far longer than it should. I'm not that kind of doctor, but I know the signs of sleep deprivation when I see them.” He led C down one of the hallways, past the pool, and into a small room containing an old wardrobe, a few boxes and a bed. “Get some sleep. You're in the most secure place in the universe, and I won't let Snake anywhere near the room. We'll need you rested and at your best if this is going to work.” |

[The Citadel] [Rica's Bar] Alita perked right up when she heard the woman confirm that this was actually a good place to visit. "Ow, that's great! I thought the old man would have made me run more circles again until the Professor called and then I would be in trouble. Thank you!" With a beaming smile, the girl waited until the woman in blue came back to the table and leaned forward, hands clasped together and paying far too much attention in contrast to how ditzy and loose-lipped she appeared at first. "Well, I really am looking for someone to deliver a message to. Specifically, I need to deliver something to the Shadow Broker, and I need to find an agent of his so I can pass along something The Professor has been holding onto for a while. Can you tell me where I can go to get in touch with an agent? Though one of them was killed here on the Citadel, sooooo... Is there still one I can find?" -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [TARDIS] C followed the Doctor rather absent-mindedly, his own thoughts still spinning in circles and still quite unsettled and adrenaline-fueled from the heated exchange with Solid Snake, so he almost missed it when The Doctor actually spoke to him again. And when he did, and discovered that he was now in a place with a bed, he started as though burnt and looked at The Doctor wild-eyed. "Do we really have the time for this? I don't think we do, we need to get into the data vaults as quickly as we can! The more time we waste, the more likely we are to be discovered and the more likely someone will sniff us out!" Then he suddenly stopped in place, blinked... and blushed in embarrassment. "... Oh. Right. Time travel. Oops... Sorry, I just... Yeah. Thanks. I... Think I need some rest after all. You're... Sure it's alright though?" |

[Omega] -Afterlife- Following Gallic, the two draiken couldn't help but let their eyes wander about the club. Lavo shuddered at the emptiness. It was weird, he hated when this place was packed. Now seeing it so desolate, only occupied by guards, he felt a chill. Something really, really bad happened here. Once they were in a private room, Windsong glared up at Gallic. “We decided to take up your offer,” she said. She kept it short and simple, without any pause or lingering. Lavo kept himself quiet. His sister was better at communication than he was, so he left it to her. Lothal Jedi Temple Kay lifted an eyebrow at Jimi. Did he not feel the pull? If that was so... When Musashi found the office she discreetly tip-toed inside, careful not to touch anything. “Do you think there's still any useful information here?” she asked the group. |
