[Citadel: Coffee Shop]

“Someone had to help her, and you certainly aren't. Sending her to break into and steal from an Alliance base was incredibly stupid! She's lucky she didn't end up in prison – or the morgue!”

"We have our reasons for doing this. And anyways Sarai knows what she's doing" Kalyan shot back "She's not stupid."

"But i'm also not invincible" Sarai shot back desperately. "I don't want to be arrested, and I really don't want to die!"

Kalyan watched Sarai for a minute before giving a small sigh. "You know I can't-"

"But you can talk to him, he'll listen to you" Sarai implored

"I can't leave you here-"

"I'll be fine! I promise. Please try."

Once again Kalyan groaned, this time looking to Connor. He raised a brow. "And you're not going to turn her in? What do want from her?"

[Citadel: Hawkins' Ship]

Melanie smiled into the kiss. "You say that now but fair warning, one's pretty much an assain- The other's a teacher I think...Can throw a guy across a room though with one hand- luckily for you mine's dead I think-"

This Melanie is pretty lasiez-faire about her mother's MULTIPLE suitors.

[Citadel: Lower Wards]

Chloe raised a brow but matched Musashi's excitement, rushing to his side. She clapped her hand on his shoulder- hopefully not too forcefully.

“Oi! Come on, we don't have time to stand around. We have a Jedi Temple to find, remember? So come on!”

"That's what I like to hear! Though i'm still pissed about the free thing"

She then looked to the side, calming down a bit. "So what did she have to tell you? Oh! You don't have some illegitimate love-child do you!?! Because that would seriously put a wrench in the bounty-hunting gig. Also chicks don't dig tall dark and handsome dudes with a drooling baby strapped to them"

[Flashback]

A small girl, having turned nine last week, walked down the street on her own, dragging a small bag of her belongings with her. She looked determined, but also a bit downtrodden, having walked on her own for almost an hour. Of course that was the point as she had boldly declared to her mother and stepafather that she was running away. Though they didn't really take her seriously, but surely they would when they found her gone.

Her goal was simple, find her dad and declare she was living with him. She spoke to him every few days so she knew when he was in town, but he wasn't allowed at her house thanks to her mom. They never really got along- not that Chloe could blame her dad. Her mom was terrible and the guy she married was worse.

So that meant she would need to check all the hotels until she found him- simple enough. She ran a hand through her messy hair and continued on.

-The Citadel-

T.A.R.D.I.S.

Jenny leaned against a railing as The Doctor took C and herself off to the specified time and place.

She did hope that it would actually take them to that time. The T.A.R.D.I.S. could be a little... unpredictable at times.

As they were traveling, she looked back over to C.

“I suppose what this does is a bit like spatial folding, except not,” Jenny said, “To be honest I've never been too sure how it works myself, Dad's tried to tell me but it sounds a lot like 'words words words' to me.”

While she was a Time Lord, she didn't have a Time Lord upbringing or education.

Civilian Docks

Edda smirked, watching Alita make her way to to her ship, making a mental note to maybe do some research later. Someone like her had to be pretty rare, and running into them after his run in with those mercs seemed... unusual.

But for now he checked that he still had a small capsule device, then turned back to Rosetta.

“I do need to be off, I have a couple sources to check, but if you have any questions feel free to direct them to my second-in-command,” Edda said, motioning towards Paul.

Paul nodded towards Kagura, then over towards Solei.

Thorough Fare

Jimi sighed, heading towards the Shadow Broker's office now.

“I suppose, but if he tries to make us do another job I'm going to punch him,” Jimi said.

He'll be disappointed when he finds the guy dead.

Lower Wards

“Okay... how do we find one?” Hammah said, as Musashi and Shiori returned, glancing back to them. “I can't just... meditate and find one... Do you know anyone who would know some planets that would be possible?”

Chloe may know a certain blond haired individual who would...

Mordin's Clinic

The krogan and the human both tensed, ready to fight the draiken when a glowing blade went through the human's chest, and one of the mechs grabbed the krogan, pulling it back with barely an effort and slamming it into the ground.

The human dropped, and a salarian stood there, holding the glowing blade, which died down into a small cylinder.

“Mmm. Useful weapon. Clumsy in wrong hands,” the salarian said, clipping the blade unto his belt. “Thank you for assistance distracting them. Blue Suns don't learn. You are... draiken? Unusual, have not met many draiken outside Empire space. Pre space flight species. Wing is hurt. Come in, come in, I can look at it.”

And with that the salarian turned into the clinic, ignoring the dying human and krogan like they were mere pieces of trash.

Docks

“I hear this place is a lot of fun, Vegeta. Lots of gangs, mercs, and some alien named Aria running the show,” Nappa said, cracking his knuckles. “I also hear there's a Cybertronian on here, a former Seeker. I heard those guys would be fun to fight with!”

-Damion's Ship-

“The Alliance wastes things anyways...” Lily muttered lowly, though only Haruka might know what she was getting at.

-Flashback-

Ethan walked down the street, a bag with a burger from a local place in one hand, mentally going over a few things. He would have to return back to his school soon... classes would be starting again, and he had a few final things he needed to prep in order to teach.

He didn't notice a small girl walking down the street behind him though...

Kay let out a chuckle that trailed off into a subtle frown. As she, Jimi, and Eddie made it closer to the shop they were in just hours before, Kay had a gnawing feeling.

“Something doesn't...feel right,” she said. “Call it a hunch or whatever, but...” She ended her sentence there, unsure how to finish it.

-Mordin's Clinic-

The siblings stood in that spot in awe for a silent 3 seconds before they looked at each other.

Lavo leaned toward his younger sister. “He...wants to help? Even with our armor and Imperial reputation?” he questioned.

Windsong holstered her plasma gun and began walking into the clinic. “If he knows how wings work, that's good enough for me. Let's just get this over with.”

As Lavo put his own gun away, he looked at the Blue Suns mercs on the ground. He shook his head at them before following his sister inside.

While Lavo was stepping in, Windsong decided to actually say something to the salarian doctor. “So, um...how many draiken have you seen?” she asked. While she really was curious, she also wanted to know if there were others that were not bound to the Empire.

“Okay... how do we find one? I can't just... meditate and find one... Do you know anyone who would know some planets that would be possible?”

Chloe gave a small groan, pulling out her phone and fiddling around with it a bit. She wasn't one to mix her private life with her job but she did have one...Liaison? Contact? Friend with benefits? WHATEVER he was- who would probably know.

"I know someone probably" she answered, pulling up his number. "The guy's been to every planet I can think of, and about ten more I probably don't even know. He's kind of a pain, but if he's around he may be willing to help."

Chloe dialed Edda's number.....

[Melanie's Apartment]

"So....You're not going after her?" Jason asked, handing his mother a drink from the kitchen. Despite this being Melanie's apartment Kanna always had booze nearby.

"I'd rather drink"

"And brood?"

"Sure, why the hell not?" Kanna decided, taking the entire drink in a massive gulp. "You were suposed to watch her"

Jason groaned "She's an adult. And you're not much a role model. I blame you for her bad decisions regarding men"

Kanna couldn't help but cut her eyes at her eldest child. "Hey, if I didn't make those bad decisions you wouldn't be born. Remember that smart-ass."

[Flashback]

Chloe was so focused on dragging along her bag that she didn't notice that she was literally about to run into him. With a soft thud the girl stumbled back, frantically pushing her messy curls out of her eyes. Her mother always complained that she needed to keep it out of her face just for this reason.

"S-Sorry!" she exclaimed, before her dark eyes widened, once again she pressed her hair back "Ah! D-Dad!"

Citadel - Civilian Docks

"You flatter me, dear," Rosetta answered Edda talking about 'his Valkyrie is the most wonderful woman he's ever met', before slapping him on the back and laughing.

Though as he prepared to set off, she stopped laughing, to speak once more.

"Do be careful who you try to take things from in the future; I wouldn't want to have to meet you again under unfortunate circumstances," she then snapped her fingers, causing a small burst of flame to flicker above her hand as she snapped, which just as soon dissipated.

-------------

Meanwhile, Solei nodded to the others.

"...Yes, I do still wish to find a stand with some fresh fruit to eat," she then calmly started to speak, "especially after using my... abilities as I did, earlier..."

Citadel: Marco's Office

"...I think you've just been left behind," Marco commented with some very useful information.

"So now what?"

Citadel: Lower Wards

Shiori quietly followed Musashi back to the others, listening to the discussions the others got into, rather than join in herself.

...though when Chloe started talking about a possible 'illegitimate love child' and all that... Her having a kid with Musashi... The blue haired girl turned away, blushing heavily.

That continued at least until the discussions of the others turned to this temple thing, which allowed her to pipe up.

"I was under the impression that Kanan was someone who could tell us of one of those places."

Damion's Ship

"That way isn't that stealthy, though," Damion responded to Maize, before sighing after Haruka's ranting.

"I'm sure we may be able to form an alliance of sorts, but I doubt we'd be able to be full-on partners here..."

Haruka's fingers sounded a bit too sticky.

“If I was going to turn her in, don't you think I'd have done that back at the base?” Connor raised an eyebrow. Kalyan didn't trust him. It was no surprise. He was starting to get the feeling that no one in Sarai's family would trust a stranger... except Sarai, it seemed.

“I just want to help her.” Connor explained, glancing at Sarai. “... I know what it's like to be in a bad situation. The whole reason I joined up was so I could help people...”

Moira frowned, watching but not commenting on anything that was said.

[Citadel: Lower Wards]

Musashi nearly burst out in laughter at Chloe's commentary – although one glance at Shiori told him that he should keep his amusement to himself. He just shook his head, knowing that now wasn't the time to discuss what he had actually talked to Shiori about.

“Nothing like that. For now let's just focus on the matter at hand, okay?”

He paused when Chloe spoke up, and one of his eyebrows raised. He could only guess as to who Chloe might be alluding to. He might have said something, but it was then that Kanan finally spoke up.

Kanan had been keeping mostly to himself, watching this group to an extent but also deep in thought. He had tried to reach out and make sense of this... it could not be a coincidence that he had suddenly found himself surrounded by people who knew what he was – and some who seemed that they too had an affinity for the Force.

“... Finding the temple isn't the problem. I know exactly where one is.” Kanan admitted, as he watched them. “There was a Jedi Tower on the planet Lothal. It should still be standing, and I know for a fact that tower has a special chamber inside used to locate people with a strong, natural affinity for the force. If your father is as skilled as you say, we'll be able to locate him.”

Musashi shifted, and frowned. “Wait, Lothal? I know that planet... it's in Imperial Space.”

A grim smile appeared on Kanan's lips. “Unfortunately; and the Empire will surely have control of that Tower. Just getting to the planet will be dangerous, getting to the tower even more so... and getting in and using the tower may be impossible.”

“There has to be a way!” Musashi protested.

“Maybe there is... first thing's first, we need a ship.” Kanan shook his head. “Hopefully your friend's friend can come through...”

[Citadel: Civilian Docks]

“Well then let's go find some!” Kagura called to Solei, happily – before pausing and turning her head towards Edda. “Don't you dare leave without us, or I really will track you down and collect that bounty!”

She then grabbed Solei by the arm and pulled her off, heading down one of the winding roads from the docks, now determined to find the fruit Solei had been looking for.

[Citadel: Marco's Office]

Nanami stared at the spot where the TARDIS had once been, her eyes now narrowing. She clenched one of her fists and for a moment she looked angry beyond belief – but then she paused, closing her eyes and taking in a deep breath. She relaxed, and simply crossed her arms.

“... This entire day has been... difficult.” Nanami grumbled, as she walked over and took a seat in Marco's chair. “He'll be back. I have a feeling. In the meantime, my ship is still parked at the docks and I'd rather not just leave it there...”

[Citadel: Melanie's Apartment]

With a low beep, the door suddenly opened and in stepped Rica, playing with some high-tech device attached to his arm. He pressed a button and the door shut behind him, and then he simply strolled towards the kitchen with that terribly smug smirk.

“Let me guess... Melanie ran off with some boy and now neither of you know exactly what to do?”

Rica could only grin as he leaned against the wall. “If only you knew someone with access to one of the greatest spy networks in the galaxy? Oh wait... you do.”

Show of hands, is his using the Shadow Broker's network to spy on Kanna (and her kids) creepy or super creepy?

[Omega: Docks]

Vegeta rolled his eyes. “Hmph. I wouldn't waste my time fighting a Cybertroanian. Maybe if he's strong enough to kill you...”

He shrugged. “Besides, we have a job to do Nappa. So don't just run around.”

[Damion's Ship]

“Aww, that's cute. I wouldn't be partners anyway. I was more suggesting you pledge your eternal devotion as a member of my crew.” Haruka gave a little flourish as she grinned, and it was hard to tell if she was joking or completely serious -

But she paused, at Lily's statement, and turned towards her. “... That's why we're not livin' in Alliance Space! We don't need those losers. All you ever need in this world is to make sure you can survive...”

Kalyan was silent as he listened, looking back from Connor to Sarai.

"Please trust him...Just this once" Sarai pleaded. Her brother sighed.

"Fine. I'll say you were already gone by the time I got here. I think that is a little smarter than just saying you don't want to come back. At least then he won't want you dead...But he'll probably be back..."

Sarai gave a very pent up sigh of relief "Thank you"

"I'll try to talk to Ahan, Issac and Jace too...Dunno if they'll back me up but it's worth trying."

[Citadel: Lower Wards]

Chloe couldn't help but to grin. "Oh he's got a ship alright, one that kicks ass...As long as he hasn't sold the damn thing for a treasure map or some dusty old books. The guys a freakin' gypsy sometimes"

[Citadel: Melanie's Apartment]

“Let me guess... Melanie ran off with some boy and now neither of you know exactly what to do? If only you knew someone with access to one of the greatest spy networks in the galaxy? Oh wait... you do.”

Both Kanna and Jason jumped at the sudden intrusion but relaxed (kinda) when they saw who it was.

"Holy smurf old man don't you know how to knock?!" Jason exclaimed, still clutching his chest. He then turned to Kanna "Did you give him a key to Mel's apartment?"

"First off, this apartment belongs to be. Secondly, he doesn't need a key, the criminal just breaks into anywhere he wants to go."

"Doesn't make me feel any better about the situation." Jason said, deadpan "How did you know we were here-Oh. Spy. WAIT. Stop using your criminal spying on my sister's apartment you creep!"

Shadow Broker's Office

Jimi glanced towards Kay, then nodded, having learned to trust her hunches.

“Okay... Eddie, scout ahead, please?” Jimi asked the small floating robot. Even if something happened to Eddie, his actual self would still be on the ship, so he'd just lose one of the robot bodies he had.

“Of course!” Eddie said, floating forward and heading into the office. There was a pause, and Eddie came back.

“The poor fellow is dead!” Eddie said, “I couldn't detect any life signs!”

“What?” Jimi said, rushing forward now, heading into the office, pausing as he saw the dead information broker. “Who did this?”

He wanted to punch the guy, not have him dead...

Civilian Docks

Edda smirked at Rosetta, shaking his head. “Perhaps in a different life, but I have eyes on other woman! And don't worry, I wouldn't think of stealing from your company, unless you were dealing with the Empire on the side, but doesn't seem your kind of game... And oh, I have a call!”

Edda smiled, seeing who it was from, answering it and hearing a discussion...

Paul shook his head slightly towards Kagura, smirking. He knew Edda wouldn't leave without them, even if it was to chase after Chloe. He might try and physically throw them into the ship to get them to leave faster though...

He followed after Solei and Kagura now.

Lower Wards

“Right...” Hammah said, having forgotten that Kanan already knew where a Temple was, being worried about his brother. “I mean... we have a ship, but it can't hold that many people... Maybe one, two more...”

“Well lucky for you I have one!” a voice said, coming over Chloe's comlink, having answered and heard some of the conversation.

Edda grinned from the other end, “Well hello their my Valkyrie, I was just thinking about you! I have some gifts for you! As for that ship, I had to give it up.”

He paused for a moment, still grinning. “But I just got my hands on an even better one, and if you're looking to get into Empire space, I may just so happen to have some recent clearance codes that could help out.”

Hawkins' Ship

Galv paused for a brief moment, not sure if Melanie was kidding or not. “Uhhh... Well, my dad's not really in the picture anymore, so you don't have to worry about anything on my end.”

-Omega-

Mordin's Clinic

“I help everyone. Empire... not good, but not all in Empire are bad. Stupid to turn away everyone. As long as you don't try to take advantage, all is well,” Mordin said, having overheard them as they stepped inside, a few other people moving through the clinic and helping others.

Mordin gave a few pieces of advices to other doctors as he lead the two draiken into his own lab, then motioned for Windsong to sit on a table.

“Not many,” he then answered her question. “At least, not personally. Was on your planet once, saw many, did not meet many.”

He looked at the wing critically. “Hmm... easy fix. Some medi-gel will work. No flying for a couple days, week at most though. Could pause rupture.”

Docks

“Don't know what you're missing. I fought a couple Cybertronians in my day, heck of a fight,” Nappa said, then nodded. “Alright, let's get this done, then we can have some fun!”

-Damion's Ship-

“It counts as stealthy if you knock out the guy on the other side of the wall,” Maize insisted.

“If you joined, I'd make sure you actually got paid anyways,” Lily said, who usually handled the fiances and sometimes had to make sure Haruka wasn't trying to make a Scrooge McDuck pool of credits.

-Flashback-

Ethan paused, turning around as a young girl stumbled into him, eyes widening when he realized who it was.

“Chloe! What are you doing here, is your mother around?” Ethan asked, worried. He bent down so he was closer to her level, resting a hand on her shoulder. “You look tired, are you okay?”

Moira frowned deeply and thought about it. If Genius was coming back, that probably meant he'd be keeping an eye on this place... and if a criminal element was going to become interested in her business, it raised the very distinct possibility that he'd eventually learn about her past, and her parents.

She sighed, running her hand through her hair. “Sh*t...”

Connor, meanwhile, could only sighed but nod to Kalyan. “Thank you. I'll make sure Sarai gets somewhere safe in the meantime.”

He just had to figure out how, and where...

[Citadel: Lower Wards]

Musashi was relieved when Edda answered, and delighted when he mentioned he might be able to help them get through Imperial Space without issues. “Nice going! I don't even know if I want to know how you got Imperial clearance codes, but we could definitely use the help.”

[Citadel: Civilian Docks]

Kagura noticed Paul following, but made no move to stop him. She glanced around, but quickly noticed several stares coming in her direction – and then realized why. She was still dressed in her Mandalorian armor – something that definitely stood out, and made her something to worry about.

She ignored the stares, until finally she spotted a small shop near the edge near the edge of the docks. An imported goods business.

“Perfect!” Kagura chimed up. “I bet you anything they've got some kind of fruit in there!”

[Citadel: Melanie's Apartment]

“I know the theory behind knocking, but I've always found it's easier to just come and go as I please.” Rica replied with his usual smirk. He gave a bit of a bow to Kanna – until Jason started freaking out again.

“Relax, kid. I'm not spying on you. I just hacked into the Citadel camera network. When I come to town I like to check up on you and your mother, make sure everyone's safe... and it's a good thing I did, isn't it? Considering Melanie's run off.”

[Omega: Docks]

“Hmph. Perhaps for you, Nappa, but I'm the Prince of all Saiyans! It takes more than some overgrown robot to serve as a good fight.”

Vegeta's words were dripping with arrogance. “Still... if we find any, we can fight them.”

[Damion's Ship]

“Lily's good at all that managerial stuff.” Haruka grinned, throwing an arm around Lily's shoulder and pulling her close. “Me, I'm more the... improvisational type.”

“Well hello their my Valkyrie, I was just thinking about you! I have some gifts for you! As for that ship, I had to give it up.”

Chloe felt her cheeks go pink as Edda addressed her, the girl shaking it off to respond. "Wait you sold your ship?" she assumed "You dumbass! What did you sell it for? It better at least have been good money!"

“But I just got my hands on an even better one, and if you're looking to get into Empire space, I may just so happen to have some recent clearance codes that could help out.”

"And where exactly did you get those? Not that I care, i'm just glad you have them!"
[Citadel: Coffee Shop]
"I'll hold you to that..." Kalyan said softly before looking to Sarai clearing her throat. "You're probably going to hate me for what i'm going to say next."

"You literally just said you were going to go"

"I am, but hold out your arm first"

Sarai frowned but did as she as told. In one swift motion her brother gripped her arm, pulled out a small pocket knife and proceeded to dig it into her forearm. Instantly Sarai gave a yelp of pain, pulling her arm back but being stuck in place until she noticed a little piece of metal hit the floor. Now her arm was bleeding profusely, but Sarai was more concerned about the strange object that came from her arm.

"Dad wasn't tracking you from your phone" he told her.

[Citadel: Melanie's Apartment]

"Just how much of this city do you have cameras on?" Jason asked, brow raised.

"You don't want to know the answer to that" Kanna answered, taking a sip from her glass before standing up and handing it to Rica. She then crossed her arms over her chest, looking up at him. "So you can figure out where she is?"

"It's really not that serious Kanna, she's probably just running around the city- at worst maybe making out with the boy"

"How fast can you do it?" Kanna added "And what are you doing in town?"

[Citadel: Hawkins' Ship]

Melanie frowned, looking to the side. She wasn't sure if she should press (after all they had just been making out not too long ago- it was probably weird for her to ask about his life story).

"Is he with your sister?" she asked, remembering what he had said about the girl traveling.

[Flashback]

“You look tired, are you okay?”

Chloe was in fact tired, but she nodded none-the-less, always in pretty good spirits around the man. "I'm okay, I was looking for you!" she then turned to her pocket in her coat, digging out several business cards. They were all from hotels and inns. "I've been to six. I assumed you were probably staying at one around here...."

When Eddie gave the news, Kay followed Jimi toward the building.

“Oh geez,” she breathed. In order to keep her cool, she avoided actually looking at the salarian's body. She didn't have a weak stomach, but she did have trouble with a steady composure.

She shook her head to get her thoughts straight. “I bet this is the Shadow Broker's doing,” she said. “With Kanan, you know, still alive and all.”

[Omega]
-Mordin's Clinic-

A week without flying. Windsong sighed. It wasn't great, but it wasn't so bad either. Could be worse, she thought. The orange draiken remembered a fellow soldier about as old as she was breaking his wing during training. The doctors did not know how to properly mend it, due to how complicated wings were in the first place. It healed, but it healed badly. The poor kid flew so crooked that it lead to his death on a battlefield only two weeks later. A rumor spread through the draiken troops that the doctors made a decision that anyone else who would get a broken wing would get put down.

Windsong closed her eyes and took a breath. That thought wasn't as helpful as she assumed it would be.

“...Was on your planet once, saw many, did not meet many.”

The siblings perked up in unison.

Lavo's tail swished back and forth. His eyes were wide and his irises glittered. “You've been to our planet?” he asked

Connor and Moira both gasped in unison. Connor moved to jump at Kalyan, but Moira grabbed him and held him back. Her eyes narrowed and she realized what was going on. Once Kalyan removed the tracking device, she shook her head.

“... You're dad's involved in bigger stuff than I thought.”

Connor looked repulsed by the sight. He pulled away from Moira and rushed to Sarai's side, letting his palm's glow with the golden light as he placed one hand down over her arm.

[Citadel: Melanie's Apartment]

I don't have cameras anywhere. It's the Alliance who set up cameras on the Citadel – but a few well-placed bribes, a little hacking... and I have access to the Alliance's camera network.” Rica smirked, smugly boasting about his capabilities.

He turned to Kanna, still grinning as he moved closer to her. “Shouldn't be too hard to find her.”

Rica then paused. “I'm in town on business.”

All the color had left Sarai's face as she stared down at the small tracking device that was in her arm just a moment before. It was only when Connor rushed over to her side, placing his hand on the wound that she looked back up.

"We've all got them in the same spot as far as I know, though pretty sure dad only told me about them. He's probably going to think they chopped your arm off now though...."

"A-Are there more?" She asked, terrified of the answer

Kaylan shrugged. "As far as I know, no. Wherever you decide to go you should be okay...But I should go, he's probably going to notice soon so I need to be there....And not here..."

Sarai gave a little nod, feeling like she needed to sit down.

[Citadel: Melanie's Apartment]

Kanna raised a brow, purposely moving closer (thus making her son VERY uncomfortable). "Business eh? Is it the kind of business you need help with? I wouldn't mind some freelancing-"

Jason groaned "Don't egg him on...you don't need to be wrapping youself up in crap like this...It's dangerous"

“Same place I got the new ship. I'll tell you in person though, where are you at, I can come meet you. Perhaps over dinner?” Edda asked.

Probably a Legitimate Business

Paul looked at the shop, looking over what they had idly.

Hawkins' Ship

Galv frowned a little, glancing to the side. “...I'm not sure where he is right now. And I don't really care.”

Samuel grew very distant when Levina died, when he and Lily were very young.

Shadow Broker's Office

“Maybe...” Jimi said, frowning. “Eddie, get the data you can off the guy's computer here. Then send an anonymous call to C-Sec, and make sure our presence is erased off the cameras here.”

He didn't want to get caught up dealing with C-Sec.

-Omega-

Docks

Nappa grinned, then tapped his scouter, bringing up some data on their target. The Empire had sent them after a rogue scientist, and they had information that he was currently on Omega.

A scientist named Celest Guillory...

“I suppose we should talk to a few people, find out who this guy might go to...” Nappa suggested.

Mordin's Clinic

Mordin nodded. “Yes. Like I said, once.” He prepared the medi-gel, treating Windsong's wound.

He stepped back once the treatment ended, nodding to himself. “What are you two doing on Omega? Nothing good comes to Omega.”

-Flashback-

Ethan sighed slightly, then smiled at Chloe.

“Okay, we'll go back to my hotel room for now. Here...” Ethan said. He bent down and picked up Chloe in one arm easily, holding her in one arm and picking up with luggage in another. “We'll call your mother when we get there.”

GRAPPLING HOOK!

[The Citadel: Lower Wards]

"Sending the coordinates now" Chloe said, typing them quickly and sending it his way. "And dinner sounds great- of course only if you're treating! I need something as a reward for all the trouble im sure you're going to cause"

[The Citadel: Hawkins' Ship]

Melanie frowned, noticing Galv's expression change. He seemed to not want to linger on the topic on his father- something she could relate to- so she decided not to press it.

"I'm sorry, It sounds like things are complicated. Hopefully they get better"

Melanie awkwardly shifted in her seat. Welp. She had pretty much murdered the mood bringing up dads.

[Flashback]

Chloe puffed up her cheeks as her father picked her up with ease, looking a tiny bit annoyed at his suggestion. "Do we have to call her? I'm suposed to be running away you know" she told him matter-of-factly, leaning against his shoulder. She had to admit it was nicer not to have to walk.
