Cottage Melanie smiled at Sage's, placing a hand on his shoulder "I have a feeling these shocks will be a bit stronger than usual" "While I appreciate all the support i'm getting, it's kinda crowded in he-eeeere" Joyce groaned Melanie smiled and nodded, turning to Musashi, Kyran, Elysia, and even Galv. "Maybe you guys should stay outside, it's going to get a bit- interesting in a few minutes. "I think Joyce will be more relaxed " Elysia frowned "Well that's hardly fair" she mumbled. Melanie laughed "Trust me, it'll be better that way. Not to mention I don't think your little friend wants to see-" "MUSASHI'S NOT MY FRIEND" she growled |

[Cottage] Musashi didn’t want to be in here right now, since there wasn’t much he could do to deliver a baby. Still… he walked over towards Elysia and suddenly threw an arm around her shoulder, pulling her close to him. “Aww, come on! We’re friends, Elysia! I mean, I am dating your sister, so we should get along!” Musashi grinned to her. |

Cottage Elysia stiffened as Musashi threw his arm over her shoulder, the girl glaring with a look that could kill a bear. "Drop your arm before I rip it out the socket and beat you with it-" "Elysia!" Melanie exclaimed, obviously hearing the very Kanna-Like threat. "Moooooommma! He's a creeper!" |

[Cottage] Musashi sighed and let go of Elysia with a sigh. Then he crossed his arms and raised an eyebrow to her. “I’m not a creeper, I just want us to get along! I like your sister, I really do… and it would be really sad if her sister and her boyfriend didn’t get along, you know?” Rubbing his neck, Musashi gave a sheepish grin. |

-Cottage- Kyran nodded, following the elderly lady, focusing on helping her sister. She was good with kids, but she didn't have very much medical experience...But she was also smarter then most people thought with her usual bubbly personality. Galv frowned a little, stepping towards Musashi and Elysia, “Musashi has helped us so far, so I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt...” Sage looked nervous, not wanting to lead Joyce's side, “I'd rather stay here with Joyce and help if I can...” -Dark Brotherhood Base- “Sure it did,” Hammah said, “Now we know where it is!” He stepped forward, sparking and sending a blast of lightning at the creature! |

Avalon border Didymus was clearly constantly keeping his eyes on the woods around them, watching for movement, attempting to see if he could be tipped off, somehow, to the presence of anything hostile in their path...or following them. "There should be a village not too far from here, as well as some ruins..." he paused at the last part, though the entire sentance seemed to remind him of unpleasant things. "...neither, sadly, I should think, are what they used to be..." he added. |

Cottage "Don't worry, you don't have to go" Joyce said to Sage, yelping as a contraction hit. "But the rest of them I-love-you-but-GO" Melanie gave a good natured smiled, ushering Kyran, Elysia and Musashi out for the room and back into the livingroom. "Why don't you guys settle this outside? I'm sure this won't take long" she said, shutting the door behind her and leaving the group alone for a bit. Elysia instantly went to a chair, plopping down and propping her feet on the coffee table. "I still don't like you. At all" she said "Am I the only one who finds it creepy that you want to have babies with my TWIN" Elysia was starting to feel like the only Hawkins with any sense at all! |

-Avalon Border- “Do we have a need to stop at the village?” Blake wondered, “Or do we need to head straight for the capitol? I do not mind a detour, but this is largely your two's journey.” There was always the possibility the person he was looking for could be at that village, but he doubted it. Blake was fairly certain the one he was after would be at the capitol too... -Cottage- Sage stayed by Joyce, putting up with the hand squeezing and occasional shocks from his wife. He did he could do more for her, but now just provided moral support. Galv frowned, about to speak up to Musashi after hearing Elysia, and say “I don't plan on being a grandfather quite yet” but managed to stop himself as he was, in fact, going to be a grandfather in the near future. Kyran giggled a little, thinking Elysia was joking, “I'm sure Musashi doesn't want a kid so soon! He was joking earlier, sis! Besides, I have to married before I have a kid! That's what Mom and Dad said.” |

[Dark Brotherhood Base: Sealed Tomb] Deep under the base of the Dark Brotherhood there lay the countless dead that the Brotherhood had buried. In their religious fervor, all the "great brothers" of the brotherhood, all the servants and all those associated with the brotherhood were buried there, under the watchful eye of their god, whose statue watched over the dead and kept them there if they ever needed to "rise to serve again". It was all quite a bit of religious malarkey, but try telling that to one of the zealots of the Dark Brotherhood, and you can earn yourself an early trip to the grave. And it was in this tomb, in the deepest part of it, that something had begun to awaken. It was a part of the tomb sealed off from the eye of their god, but still within the presence. It was a place forbidden to all the members of the Dark Brotherhood, a place they were told never to avoid, never to open. It was a place where a heretic was buried, and their remains were entombed. But this heretic was powerful. Even past all the safeguards, somehow, he still lived... And he had begun to awaken. First, it was the sound of the dragon's voice that awoke him. For ages, there have been no dragon-speakers within the Dark Brotherhood, and suddenly to hear the voice of a dragon shouting within the unhallowed halls of the fanatical brotherhood was enough to gain the attention of the entity asleep within the tomb. Then, came the explosions. The fighting. And the presence of someone other than those tainted by the evil entity that lorded itself above the brotherhood. And while the being that slept was not coherent, it still lived and its curiosity still piqued at the sense that someone else was there. Then after the tremor of the most recent explosions, there was a pulse. It echoed through the halls of the Dark Brotherhood like a thrum of some distant explosion, followed by another just a millisecond after, like a heart beating. Again, it beat, and again, and then again. But then, the waves disappeared as the built-up power waned again, the instincts of the being muted once again by whatever held it within its prison. But the job was done. Someone else now knew that something wasn't quite correct within the halls of the Dark Brotherhood. Something ELSE was there... Too bad it was too vague a message to understand... Edited by HellAvatar, Mar 1 2013, 12:18 AM.

Cottage Elysia groaned, annoyed by her twin's naivety but still willing to protect the girl. After all it was her job to keep Kyran away from creepers...Even if she didn't want to. "Joking...Right...." Elysia muttered, suddenly looking to Musashi "That was all just a joke....Right?" [...] Joyce screamed, clutching her husband's hand as sparks danced around her fingers. Melanie was quick to react, pressing a wet cloth to her forehead. "Don't worry, it's not much longer sweetie" Melanie said, smiling as another contraction hit her daughter. The baby would be here soon. "Push" Joyce did as she was told, not like she had much choice in the matter... |

-Dark Brotherhood Base- As Hammah unleashed his bending on the monster, Jimi frowned, feeling the pulses of power through the ground. He looked around, trying to focus. The pulse had been quick...but potent. There something beneath them. Something strong enough to shake the earth and send some kind of message. But what was it? Friend? Or most likely, considering where they were...foe... -Cottage- Kyran smiled happily as Musashi was being grilled by Elysia. Galv was frowning as well, also staring intently at Musashi. Sage's hair was standing up on end now, from the shocks he was receiving, letting his wife shock him and crush his hand, trying to comfort her as best he could... |

[Avalon Border] “What happened at this village?” Garnet asked. It was clear from the look on Didymus’ village, as well as the tone of his voice, that things were not how they should be. It worried her. [Cottage] Musashi decided that it was best to just play the whole thing off as a joke for now… Elysia was pretty scary, and Galv was glaring at him too. “Of course it was! Come on… you’re just not used to Wutainese humor.” Musashi said, shaking his head. “I think the only baby to be concerned about right now is the one whose about to be born.” He added, trying to change the subject. [Dark Brotherhood Base] Nanami froze as the pulse went through the ground. That was worrisome… they were in one of the Dark Brotherhood’s secret bases, and she was certain that nothing here could end well. As Hammah blasted the creature, it fell over and began to roar in pain. Nanami decided it was time to end this as quickly as possible, so she pulled a small knife from her belt and rushed over. The knife seemed to be glowing faintly with a red light. She slashed at the monster repeatedly, but the knife seemed to pass right through it… … and then the monster fell apart and burnt on the floor in front of them. “Come on. We need to hurry. Whatever’s happening it’s bad news.” [Ankh-Morpork] Raven looked around the streets of Ankh-Morpork as they finally arrived. The journey had been long and difficult … and found that things were a bit more chaotic than usual. Dragon attacks tend to do that. “What do you suppose happened here?” Raven wondered as they arrived. |

[Ankh-Morpork] The last time we have left our intrepid adventurers was on the beginning of their journey towards Ankh-Morpork, BB trying to get Raven to talk and Umbra making his best attempts to join in and amuse the party. Umbra had an immense amount of supplies with him, so travel wasn't a stretch. Heck, he even went so far as to set up camp every night they traveled, always picking out the best spot to stay in, always a place that was sheltered from weather. And with a tent for them, it was easy enough to set up a nice spot for rest. The tent he carried with him was absolutely enormous, ready to fit eight people comfortably, so housing three was no big stretch. Nonetheless, their supplies dwindled as they came closer to Ankh-Morpork, and it was about time that they restocked on some basic amenities such as food. BB was very picky in the things he ate, Raven nibbled on things because of her recent stint with returning to proper living conditions, but Umbra... The huge half-orc consumed enough to feed 6 full-grown men, and even that was just enough to sate his hunger. So it was with high spirits that he entered the cit, full of curiosity to see one of the biggest cities on the known continent, and was met with the bustle of crowds and chaos of post-dragon attack. "... Uhhh. I ain't no expert on dis stuff, but I'ma guessin' day dey had some sorta hubbub in 'ere. De air smells like fire 'round 'ere... Could dere have been a big fire or sum'tin? Ya gander we can, uhhh... 'elp em out a bit wid dat?" Umbra only knew of dragons by legend, and thought them a myth to scare children. His ma had regaled him with tales of the dragons, great beasts of power whose vice shook the land and could tear apart a common man with but a roar. While Umbra had seen many things, and fought a drake to gather the scales for his armor, he was quite sure that the Dragons were gone by now, if they ever existed in the first place. Nonetheless, Umbra tried to take as many details in as he could of the city. It wads BIG! BIG! Big beyond anything he had ever seen before, so many tall buildings and busy streets and the PEOPLE! People of all shapes, sizes colors, ideas, ideals... It was obvious from the very first look upon it that this place would entertain him endlessly. Now, if only he could find a nice, rowdy tavern and share stories with other adventurers of his kind, with a mug of mead in hand... Edited by HellAvatar, Mar 4 2013, 01:34 PM.

Cottage "Oh...Nice segway...Too bad I know it's full of lies....." Elysia mumbled, narrowing her eyes at Musashi. "I'm still onto you- There was another loud shout and then silence coming from the other room...Then...A cry. Instantly Elysia was up from her seat, scrambling back towards the room. "The baby!" she exclaimed, opening it to reveal a much calmer scene than before. "Elysia, Kyran ay hello to you nephew" Melanie said with a proud smile, motioning over to Joyce who was now curled up with a small pale child with a tuft of blonde hair. |

-Cottage- Currently any accusations of Musashi being a creeper were forgotten, as the room with Joyce and the others became crowded, everyone coming to see the new baby. “Ahhh, he's adorable!” Kyran smiled. “He is,” Galv said, “Huh...I'm a granddad...” He smiled brightly and pushed forward a bit, looking down at his grandson, “Do you know if he has the spark too?” The young baby looked up at his grandfather, blinking softly...then let out a small spark at the red head. Galv paused, then laughed, “I guess he does! What are you going to name him?” “Well...Joyce and I had been talking,” Sage said, “For a boy...we were thinking Alexander.” “Alexander? Good name,” Galv said, mostly glad the kid wasn't being named after his patriarchal grandfather. -Ankh-Morpork- “Oh, there was a dragon attack, or something,” a man with a tray said, the tray full of sausage-inna-bun. The tray proudly declared them to be “Dibbler's Sausage-Inna-Bun.” “The City Watch cut off traffic to one of the streets, while they try to move the bones. Got all the troll officers there to haul them,” the man, presumably Dibbler said to Umbra, Raven, and Beast Boy, “Interest you in a sausage-inna-bun?” “Ewww, is that meat?” Beast Boy asked, making a face at them. “What? Of course it is! Only the finest,” Dibbler said haughtily, “Two for a copper piece, and that's cutting my own throat. How about you big guy?” Dibbler turned to Umbra, grinning brightly. -Dark Brotherhood Base- “Maybe the pulse is the center?” Jimi wondered, thinking out loud, “It could be where they're sending these monsters and things from. We could check it out...” |
