Warehouse at the Docks "Tell that to her, and then get back to me with that thought," Marco quickly responded to Musashi's comment on rank. "And that guy is your ticket out of being shot in the face by your girlfriend's and your other girlfriend's mom. If you really want me to, I'll come back for him when YOU ARE OUT OF HERE AND SAFE! But first, let's try not to have you killed before you can save countries from starting wars." He also wanted to add "what are you going to do anyways, stab him back into good health?", but he didn't actually know if Musashi knew anything relating to treating wounds or not, so he wasn't going to add something that'd make him sound like a fool, here. |

[Warehouse at the Docks] Musashi frowned, and opened his mouth to protest, but before he could he caught something out of the corner of his eye. Nanami, on the edge of the warehouse by the dock, arguing with Laila – and covered in blood. Musashi’s eyes widened at the sight, since he had rarely ever seen Nanami bleed before. Musashi bit his lip, and he knew he had to leave. Nanami would die for him, it was her duty, and he just couldn’t accept that. “… Fine, we’ll go, but…” He frowned, looking to Galv, and hoping that he would somehow survive. |

Warehouse at the Docks "None of you are going anywhere" Kanna said, walking up to Musashi before he could escape. All the while she still had Blake on her leg."I have questions for you" Actually she wanted to shoot him in the head. But she wasn't going to mention that right away. She then turned back to where Adrianna and Aaron stood "You two, get out of here and go to your father's" "No way! We're getting to the bottom of this!" Adrianna said. "Why are you here?!" "Work" Kanna said simply. "Work that involves me shooting this boy in the head before he can bring down my boss. I've heard you've been going against your country young Prince, trying to stick your nose into American affairs. It's not appreciated." Laila was still distracted by the fact that Nanami wouldn't let her save her dad. She struggled against the water for a bit longer. ......................And all the while poor Galv was still just lying there. Melanie should probably come in and save him soon. Streets Joyce couldn't help but give a little giggle, keeping an iron grip on the boy in case he was bluffing. "Okay then, but please don't drop me" Downtown Crystal couldn't help but to roll her eyes as their cab pulled up back at Crystal's apartment. If even for a moment the young woman needed to go in to properly wrap her hand and inspect Sama in case he had any injuries... "Come on, you look like you need some healing" |

Warehouse at the Docks If it wasn't for the fact that the whole point of this venture was to keep Prince Musashi living and breathing, Marco would have killed him right then and there. Marco did push Musashi back, getting in between him and Kanna, though, when she got too close. "...one could say the same about you..." he then said, narrowing his eyes, but remaining attentive just in case something actually happened. |

[Warehouse at the Docks] Musashi sweat dropped as he blew their chance to escape. Now, in truth, he wanted to confront Kanna and have this out here and now… Nanami was trying to keep him away from danger, but Musashi was a soldier. He was a Vice-Captain in the Imperial Navy! He couldn’t just run from danger. However, when Marco got between Kanna and him, Musashi frowned. What if Marco got hurt on his account? Sure, the boy was annoying, but he seemed friendly enough, and Musashi is the type to worry about a total stranger, much less a friend! “Good,” Musashi spat at Kanna. “If the Nazis want me dead, it’s because they’re scared. They know I can throw a wrench into their ‘alliance’ with my father.” Oddly enough, Musashi was suddenly inspired. He had been depressing since learning that Kojiro was sent to kill him, but if the Germans were this paranoid… then Musashi was still a threat to them. Marco, that annoyed feeling you’re experiencing because Musashi won’t leave and won’t shut up… that is what Nanami feels every day. (No wonder she’s so mean!) [Crystal’s Apartment] Sama rubbed the back of his neck – or at least, tried too – his shoulder was pretty cut up and lifting his arm all the way up proved too painful. “Yeah… I’d say I do.” Sama mumbled. He gave the driver some extra cash to keep his mouth shut and then followed Crystal up to her apartment. |

Warehouse at the Docks Musashi... he probably shouldn't have revealed that "Kanna is a Nazi" idea that pretty much everyone that wasn't his harem thought already, aloud like he did in front of everyone. But if Musashi was going to say it in passing, Marco could run with it and bring the impact of those words off of Musashi onto himself... "Oh-hohohoho!?" he faked a surprised laugh, "So this old bat is actually a German Nazi spy? Aaaaaaamazing!" As he spoke, he pushed Musashi farther back towards the exit from the warehouse they were trying to get to. Using someone who was a stranger was an easier and less dangerous distraction for escape, but Marco was fine with using himself as the distraction, instead. |

[Warehouse at the Docks] Musashi had said the wrong thing… which was no surprise to ANYONE who has been paying attention to this character for the last few years. He felt himself pushed closer to the exit by Marco, but this time he did not resist. He didn’t want to get shot in the face by Kanna, but at the same time he had no intention of letting someone else get shot. Adrianna and Laila were probably safe (though Kanna had shot Laila once already). “Look crazy lady, trying to kill me won’t change anything.” Musashi shouted at Kanna. |

I can't see what you're imagining
|
-Warehouse at the Docks- Aaron was feeling a little panicked. Things were going to hell in a hand basket, and he couldn't keep on top of things. His half sister was arguing with a girl who was bleeding to death, his twin seemed to be trying to help Marco get Musashi away, his nephew Blake had randomly shown up, and he himself wasn't sure what to do. Plus, apparently his mother was a Nazi. That's something he'd have to deal with later. But right now there were more pressing matters. He closed his eyes, taking a deep breath, trying to focus. Nanami. That was the biggest issue right now. She was bleeding badly, and needed to get bandaged up. He frowned, then hurried over to her and Lalia. “Nanami, don't worry about Lalia. You need to clean and bandage those wounds. You can't help Musashi if you're dead,” Aaron said, first to Nanami, then turned to Lalia, “Lalia, you know your father. You can try and help him, but you know him...” He didn't want to flat out tell Nanami what Rica's regenerative ability, even if she had been able to figure out when fighting him. Rica may not have been related to Aaron, but he was Lalia's father, and Aaron considered Lalia as much as a sister as his own twin. Galv, meanwhile, gasped for air suddenly, his eyes opening, breathing heavily on the ground. “Uuuugh...” Galv muttered. Blake froze, growing even more desperate. He couldn't be around his father. He was still scared, terrified even. Samara might hurt him. He tugged on Kanna's leg now, looking scared, “We have to go now...please...” -Streets- “Don't worry, I won't drop you,” Sage smiled, then leaned forward and gave her a quick kiss, unable to resist. They were probably getting some stares from people, but Sage didn't care. “Let's go then,” he added, heading off, walking carefully as he carried Joyce. Having her this close to him made him acutely aware of her abilities, her electricity and shadow powers making her feel warm one minute, then cold the next... -Waterfront Warehouse- Jenny dove for cover as well as Snake shoved the grenade down the creatures throat. Personally, Jenny had hoped to take the creature in one piece, so they could study it, but survival was more important then science. |

[Warehouse at the Docks] Nanami didn’t even look over to Aaron. She was having to focus all of her powers on stopping her blood from leaking out, and on keeping Laila in her grasp. “What I need to do is disarm this situation,” Nanami snapped. “So help us both out, Aaron, calm your mother down before I have to do it.” Nanami’s idea of calming Kanna down is to stab her with ice. In the lungs. Of course, Nanami can actually barely move at this moment, so she’s probably not up to the task of killing Kanna right now. |

I can't see what you're imagining

-Warehouse at the Docks- “Adrianna and Marco can handle my mom and Musashi right now...” Aaron frowned, staring at Nanami's wounds. He could conceivably close the wounds by burning them shut with his light powers, but he doubted Nanami would like that, and that was more of a last ditch scenario. “...Here...hold still...” Aaron said, then ripped off the sleeves of his sweater, tearing both sleeves into strips, taking a tentative step towards Nanami. “Do you mind?” he asked, “I can tie them tighter then you can...Don't worry, I know how to dress a wound, and it'll just be temporary, to stop you from bleeding to death.” |

[Warehouse at the Docks] Nanami frowned. She WAS very close to passing out, and despite her best attempts, she was bleeding a lot more than she had been before. She was losing her grasp to keep her blood inside her body. “… Go ahead.” She muttered. Normally, Nanami was not fond of people touching her, but she could use the temporary help. “What’s going on inside?” Aaron, don’t say your mom is pointing a gun at Musashi. Nanami will stab her. |

Waterfront safehouse Didymus took cover himself, and when the grenade went off, it seemed, finally, the sequence of events was enough to overcome the beast, and what was left of it simply slumped over. Didymus, perhaps strangely, seemed somewhat unphased by the gore... Some other men in suits had appeared in the warehouse... "We have a prisoner!" Didymus called to them. As they began to take the prisoner off, Didymus looked about. "We need to find some kind of clue...something to make sure this isn't just a dead end..." A quick search of the safehouse, among other things, discovered some maps and details of and about Liberty Island... "...well now...no time to waste..." he said, "We're going to Liberty Island..." |

-Warehouse at the Docks- “It's, uhhhh, complicated...” Aaron said, tying the makeshift bandages around Nanami, being careful. “No one has weapons trained on anyone, but, I really just say we should just disengage and regroup somewhere...” He finished, making sure Nanami wasn't bleeding to death, nodding at the work. “That should do it for now,” Aaron said, “When we're somewhere safer, we'll get real bandages on you. I can, uhhh, help, if you want.” Aaron was nervous. Not because he was crushing on Nanami like his sisters were on Musashi, but because he was worried Nanami would stab him repeatedly with a sharp object. -Waterfront Warehouse- “My dad would have a field day with all this...” Jenny said, looking at the bits and pieces of the monster. She dug through her bag, pulling out a few vials. “Didymus, would it be an issue if I took some samples?” Jenny wondered. |

[Waterfront Warehouse] Snake wiped some… monster-person… off his hands. “Eh…” He grunted. “I’m reminded of why I hate grenades…” He grabbed a cigar, lit it, and started to puff away. He didn’t care if smoke could ‘disrupt’ the crime scene. He would have liked to see one of the guys in white suits to say something to him about it. Snake rubbed his neck and looked to the others. “Liberty Island, huh?” [Warehouse at the Docks] Nanami paused. The bandages would hold for now, but this was a temporary fix. Luckily she had a more permanent one back at the safehouse. “Thanks.” She muttered. Then she FINALLY let Laila go, setting her down on the dock. |

Waterfront safehouse Didymus was quiet for a moment, then opened the top of one of the orbs of water. He began sprinkling it around the room, before finally answering Jenny's question. "I wouldn't take any...if they're really anything of particular note, it's only going to bring you trouble..." He then nodded. "And as it stands, we need to get to Liberty Island, post-haste...the lives of two young lasses could depend on our efforts here..." |
