Musashi's Safehouse -> Warehouse @ Docks "...I should have been the one driving..." Marco commented to himself, once they arrived at the docks. ...and then Adrianna and Laila began to speak. Marco almost felt bad for Musashi, as they were definitely going to kill him at some point, when they realize they're both trying to get in a relationship with him (and moreso that he would actually LOVE that). They most definitely weren't the type who'd sit by and let a prince have a 'royal harem' or anything like that. And beyond that, 'stealth' probably was not a word of much importance, in their vocabulary. Marco just sighed, and checked his briefcase one last time, before they'd do anything. |

[Downtown Warehouse] The bullets were still flying, and the armor the HYDRA soldiers wore was protecting them. Sama wanted to shoot again, but he doubted it would do any good, and he knew he would need to conserve his remaining bullets. “Okay… when I yell ‘go’, I want you to run to those boxes to our right… we might be able to get out of that window by them.” Sama sighed, and looked at the nearest pile of crates. He paused for a moment, and then shouted “Go!” and he threw his shoulder against the crates. The one on top came crashing down, spilling some ancient and dangerous artifacts all over the ground. [Coffee Shop] Rica looked over to Kanna, who looked livid. He suddenly became serious. “You’re right… and that’s exactly why we’re going to stop Schmidt, remember? Now Kanna, you have to know where his hideout is… so take us there. We can find some clues that will help stop him.” Yes, he means the same warehouse that Musashi & Co are breaking into right now. [Warehouse at the Docks] “You can drive us back.” Nanami said, ignoring Marco’s protests. She was already holding a knife in each hand as she slipped out of the car. She was expecting a lot of Nazis to be in the area, and she was ready to fight them. Musashi, meanwhile, felt like he was between the fire and the frying pan. He liked holding hands with Laila, but he had a feeling Adrianna might want to punch him. “Okay, let’s do this…” He said nervously. He wasn’t sure what would happen if Kanna ended up being in the warehouse… |

Coffee Shop Kanna sighed and stood up, a bit annoyed that she never got a chance to enjoy her meal. "Fine then" she said tiredly. "We should go now, it's a lot more dangerous the later you wait..." The woman headed outside. Warehouse at the Docks "You sure this is the right place?" Laila asked with a frown. "I'm sure, now come on" Adrianna said, trying to avoid tripping Musashi for holding her sister's hand instead of hers...She walked ahead and the group slipped through a broken window that was unguarded..... Downtown Warehouse When Sama yelled "Go!" Crystal sprinted out, rushing to the other side of the room through a barrage of bullets. She didn't even stop when she felt something hot tear into her wrist causing her to drop the gun. She kept running though until she was behind another set of tall crates. She looked around the room for Sama. |

[Warehouse at the Docks] Once everyone had slipped inside the warehouse, they found themselves in an unusual room. There were several large crates lined up against the wall, nearly all of them crowded full of explosives. There were several guns on a table in the center of the room, as well as many papers and maps. Musashi frowned at the sight. This was definitely a dangerous place. There was no real sign that it was controlled by Nazis. Musashi walked over to the table in the middle of the room and looked down at the notes. “… What is this?” Musashi wondered. There was a detailed map of Liberty Island, where the Statue of Liberty stood. “Probably part of their plans.” Nanami replied. She frowned. None of the papers were what she wanted. [Coffee Shop] Rica followed Kanna outside. He leaned close to her ear. “We need to get back and try to get the dirt on Schmidt.” [Downtown Warehouse] The moment the artifacts spilled out onto the floor, Sama turned and darted after Crystal, trying to head behind the crates. The bullets were flying, and he turned and fired a few times. Once they were both behind the crates, Sama panted, and pointed for a nearby window. “We have to get out!” He yelled over the sound of gunfire. He paused, noticing that her hand was bloody. He wanted to help, but now was not the right time. |

Waterfront safehouse “… I don’t care for your attitude, or the fact that you seem to think that you are my superior. I’ll remind you that I report only to the Fuhrer. Now do what you need to do, but do not compromise my mission.” The operative paused. "...I speak for the Thule Society, which the Fuhrer has entrusted much to. Much, much more than merely our part in the war effort...whether that makes me your superiour or subordinate, I speak for it, and for the future of the German people that we have been asked to create..." he said. For a moment he seemed...spaced out, as if his mind was on other things or remembering things that weighed upon him, in some way or another. "And the fact remains, we carry orders from the Fuhrer that I have already stated. Now, we must get the girls to the statue-and not be disturbed...no, disturbances would be...most problematic..." [...] Didymus pried open the door and found cover not a moment too soon, as shots rang out! He raised his BAR and let out a burst, and one man brandishing a Luger fell! "Alright! We take this building by storm! Stay frosty!" [...] The operative heard gunshots. "...most disappointing. Well, I suppose this changes plans, or at least accelerates them..." he said. |

-Streets- “Hmmm...I'm sensing two of those shadow powers near each other now...” Old Man Sensei said as he, Galv, and Melanie headed back out and away from the coffee shop, Galv still fuming over Kanna. “Then we'll head there...” Galv sighed, nodding to the old man, “Maybe it's Joyce, and she's found Blake...” Sage blushed, then nodded his head, “Of course! We'll find him, I'm sure.” Sage's father would probably have focused on making out with the cute girl first. Thankfully Sage wasn't. “We'll find him, we'll get something hot and delicious to eat, then I'll get both of you home so the two of you can rest,” Sage added, “And by tomorrow we'll all be tip top again.” -Warehouse at the Docks- “...Maybe we can hide in one of these places...” Blake suggested, seeing the warehouses. He paused, frowning, feeling something...familiar... It felt like his mother and sister...only a little different. His mother had one sort of feel to him, with her shadows. His sister's was different, a bit...brighter, almost. This person felt familiar, and her shadows felt a bit different...almost like something made them a bit stronger. He frowned, ducking close to a wall. Who was it? He couldn't place it... Blake hadn't seen Adrianna very much... |

Streets Melanie was still upset about the issues with her mother, but pushed it all away as they followed the strange powers that Melanie and Old man Sensei could sense.... This lead them through town, the group only stopping when Melanie had to catch her breath. [...] "You're always so optimistic...But I like that" Joyce said, squeezing his hand for a moment....She then turned to him and leaned in a bit...But she stopped, moving back. The idea of kissing her best friend was still so awkward. "Augh, I think i'm getting distracted" she muttered angrily. Coffee Shop "Fine then" Kanna said simply, heading out and looking around the street. "But we'll take a cab, i'd rather not walk" That poor cabby would probably have to be shot by the way.... Warehouse at the Docks Samara frowned, hiding with Blake and peeking out behind a few crates. Because Blake didn't know she didn't know who it was either...Which she didn't like. "I can kill them" the little girl said simply. She didn't like to take chances. Warehouse at the Docks "What do you think mom would want with a map of the island...I'm sure she's been there hundreds of times before...Even when we were kids" Adrianna said, raising a brow. There were things written, but it was all in German. "How do you even know it's mom's?" Laila shot back in a harsh voice "Could be anyone's" Adrianna shrugged, folding it up and placing it in her pocket. "Maybe...Just seems suspicious" Yeah, steal from nazis. I'm sure that'll go over well. Downtown Warehouse "R-Right" Crystal exclaimed with a nod, mind going a million miles a minute...She took a deep breath and decided to just go for it, making a mad dash (or climb) for the window. Eventually she made it and jumpped through, landing on the other end with a tumble. "Owwwwww" |

[Warehouse at the Docks] Musashi frowned as he looked through the papers. “… These aren’t just maps…” Musashi gulped. There were detailed schematics for the Statue of Liberty. They showed the various staircases, both the ones open to the public and the ones that were only allowed for the staff to use. They also showed the construction of the tower. “… With these schematics, someone could easily figure out how to destroy the Statue…” Nanami frowned… and then she paused, and peered over to the edge of the room. “Who’s there?” She demanded. [Waterfront Safehouse] Red Skull merely shook his head. “I will do whatever I can, of course…” He paused, as one of his operatives ran into the room. “Sir! We are under attack!” Red Skull merely frowned, and turned to the Thule operative. “You should leave. Take a few of my men and the girls. I will deal with this…” […] Cherion and Gemini took cover with Didymus. There were at least six well-armed HYDRA operatives in the room. All of them wore black armor, including helmets that covered their entire faces. Naturally body armor from 1938 wasn’t as reliable as the modern stuff, but it could resist bullets at least to a point, and they had the number advantage. Snake rolled into the room, his pistol in one hand and knife in the other. “If you can draw their fire, I can get behind them.” Snake called. [Cab] Rica sat next to Kanna in the cab as they were on their way to the docks. He was being unusually silent. He didn’t want to talk in front of the cabby. |

Waterfront safehouse Didymus simply stuck to tried-and-true Marine Corps tactics-suppress the enemy, stick to cover, and advance in increments...he drew closer bit by bit, using his Browning Automatic (a fairly heavy weapon as far as what could be carried by hand went) to suppress the enemy and move up... ...though ideally this would require a partner...but he was, at least, proving a conspicuous target... |

[Waterfront Safehouse] The HYDRA agents were firing rapidly. Two of them had shotguns, three more were using lugers and the sixth had an automatic rifle. The bullets were flying, smashing into walls and into crates and barrels. Gemini drew her revolver and was firing as well, but she could only do so six times before she had to reload. Snake, meanwhile, rushed behind some crates, creeping around the room, to get behind the HYDRA agents. |

Warehouse at the Docks Marco walked around a little, looking around and checking out some of the stuff in the area they had sneaked into. He noticed the abundance of cardboard boxes, and lots of other dry materials lying around. "It sure looks like they're ready to torch the place at a moment's notice..." Marco then took off one of his gloves, licked his finger, touching it then to one of the papers around where he was looking. "Really really dry paper, as well, especially for a warehouse on the docks. It'd probably be best, if anyone smells smoke, to get out of here, ASAP..." He also had the idea pop into his mind, that for sure, the best way for a plan of destroying the Statue of Liberty to go through, would be to have a non-German agent do that, for them. Just looking at Laila and Phone-girl... they were definitely not part-German, meaning their mom fit the bill for that idea. Marco was smart enough not to mention this aloud. It'll be easier to deal with Musashi's harem after the fact, if they had to do something with their mother, than hinting them on that now. And then Nanami noticed someone, but not someone that was someone from this warehouse. If they were, she wouldn't have spoken out like that to them. It was a bit scary JUST how good she was. |

Waterfront safehouse Didymus took some cover, and for a moment he seemed, perhaps...tranquil. Then he raised his weapon again, took some more shots, and decided to wait...he was being fired at from...several directions. This should be a distraction...but I notice there doesn't appear to be any sorcerers being thrown at me...yet, at least... Liberty Island The operative had made it to Liberty Island, with some of his own troops and his captives in tow... |

[Warehouse at the Docks] When Musashi heard what Marco had to say about the kindling around the warehouse he suddenly got very worried. It WAS standard practice of anyone operating in a foreign country to take some precaution to keep secrets out of that country’s hands. The Sakura Team had obviously been a joint operation between Japan and other nations, but the mechs were often rigged with explosives so that they could be destroyed if someone unauthorized tried to service them. Now Musashi felt a lot more nervous about being in the warehouse… if this place went up in flames, could they escape? He paused, his eyes wandering to Nanami (not in THAT way). He supposed a fire was the least of her worries... Nanami, however, was ignoring Musashi, Marco, Adrianna and Laila. She was still watching the shadows, where she knew someone was hiding. “I said come out! Now!” She repeated, and now she readied herself if she did have to attack. [Waterfront Safehouse] One of the HYDRA agents was hit in Didymus’ latest barrage of shots and stumbled back. The armor had protected him, but the impact of the shot knocked the man off his feet. A second later, Snake appeared behind the disoriented HYDRA agent and in one motion he plunged his knife into the thin opening beneath the man’s helmet, killing him silently. Snake then noticed something on his belt… “COVER!” Snake yelled, catching the attention of the HYDRA agents. He pulled the pin on the grenade he just found and then he jumped too. |

Warehouse at the Docks] Adrianna frowned, not liking where this was going..."Why would mom want to destroy the-" "Don't say that! You don't know if this is hers!" Laila interrupted. Suddenly they all went silent. Nanami had heard something.... Adrianna frowned, flexing her hands and grabbing an old pipe...That would have to work for a weapon. [...] The cab pulled in front of the warehouse, Kanna stepping out and leaning into the driver's window as if she was going to pay him. She knew that something would be happening today and she didn't want anyone to be able to trace her to the location. So she shot the cabby in the head, turned to Rica and started walking towards the warehouse. "Hurry up, I want to make this quick" she said, wiping the blood off of her gun and sticking back in her purse. Downtown Warehouse Crystal was on the other side, waiting for Sama to come out of the window behind her. The longer it took her the more worried she became...She wasn't sure if she should go back in.... |

[Warehouse at the Docks] Musashi was worried. This adventure in America was not going so well. His brother was here to kill him, the US government saw him as a possible enemy, the sisters he was wooing were fighting each other, and they were in a big warehouse full of kindling… plus there was someone else here, and that worried Nanami, and if Nanami was worried, Musashi should be too. Then there was a gunshot from outside. “Am I the only one who heard that?” Musashi sighed. [Downtown Warehouse] (Gaaah! Sorry I forgot this one. ^^;) Sama came rushing out of the window and hit the ground. He was bleeding from the broken glass, and he looked a little confused, but he quickly stood up and rubbed his head. “We should run… now!” He shouted. The wall erupted with bullets – the HYDRA agents were after them, still. He grabbed Crystal’s hand (the one that wasn’t cut) and started rushing towards the street. |
