Dockyard The group eventually arrived at the docks, Didymus looking wary... ...what PRECISELY was making him wary was something he would not elaborate on. "Alright, stack up...listen, the suspected building is right up there..." He shed his trenchcoat, to reveal he was carrying a Browning Automatic Rifle, which he swung around via a slung and was now brandishing. "...this is going to be a raid. It's going to be loud, fast, and if it's the right location, it's probably going to be full of all sorts of fireworks that this baby isn't meant to deal with." Dockyard safehouse The operative led Red Skull along, following the sound of Japanese shouts and of men falling. Finally, he kicked open a door... ...to find a pale-skinned Japanese person, clad in a small suit/skirt getup, weilding duel balded fans, one of which had just been withdrawn from the neck of one of the German lookouts. She looked to them, then muttered something in Japanese, and was suddenly before them when a moment before she had been several yards away! But the operative cried out something else, striking out with his palm, knocking the girl back! She hit the ground, and struggled against some invisible force, which held her down... "Foolish little girl, believing herself the master of all see sees...she has no idea..." he said. He moved his hands, and the girl was brought up into the air, otherwise hanging limply-but trying to struggle. "Come. Have some of your men tie her up now." the operative said. |

[Dockyard] Snake took note of the rifle, but said nothing. He often used the big guns in bad situations, but his preference was his knife and his sidearm. He put out his cigar and got ready for battle. “We’re ready.” [Dockyard Safehouse] Skull watched the girl for a moment. He shook his bony head. “Interesting… it’s good you caught her. Is there a reason you’re keeping her alive?” Skull asked. He was one who didn’t value life. |

-Coffee Shop- Kanna was here. Kanna, Melanie's mother. Probably Galv's second greatest enemy, Ryan being the first, of course. So he stood there, slightly terrified. Unlike Ryan, Galv could not punch Kanna in the face. Melanie probably wouldn't approve. So he stood by quietly. Old Man Sensei had wandered off to the counter to order something to drink. -Streets- “Of course I'd come check on you!” Sage said, smiling, “You're my best friend! And my...uhh...girlfriend now. Even if you weren't, that doesn't matter! And I like Blake too, he's a good kid.” He gave Joyce a quick hug, making sure not to hurt her arm, then took a sip of his own coffee. “Your parents said they were going to check the park last night...So why don't we head to the bakery? He likes to hang out there sometimes.” “...Thank you...” Blake said to himself. Totally not crazy. He headed down, looking around. Maybe he should eat something now...With him using his powers, the edge wasn't as bad... -Convent- Jenny followed the others. She did not have as much combat training as the others, but she knew some. |

Coffee Shop "It's....Fine" she said, unsure if she should mention the bun in the over...She knew Galv and Kanna never got along....The woman may jump off the handle....On the other hand, she wasn't sure when the next time she'd see her mother.... "How are the children?" Kanna asked suddenly, snapping Melanie from her thoughts. "Joyce and...Blake right? How old is he now?" Streets "Good idea" Joyce said, sipping at her hot coffee. "The boy who works there is pretty nice, he may have let Blake stay the night....Oh, I just hope he didn't have to be outside...He's just a kid after all" [...] "I bet your powers are stronger this way too.... Samara told him "And your parents would never recognize you like this....You could run far away." Downtown Warehouse Crystal blinked, looking into the crate at the knife...It looked sharp but not too threatening. It looked like something that should have been in a museum. "What does it do?" she asked, noticing how troubled Sama looked. Musashi’s Safehouse Laila looked a little annoyed, talking into the speaker "Why do you care who her friends are? I'm more worried about the fact that our mom may have been blown up!" Laila exclaimed, glaring....Even though Adrianna couldn't see her. "Just an observation Adrianna said, before a very awkward pause ensued. Musashi, what's the address?" |

[Coffee Shop] The awkward levels were rising. Galv didn’t look comfortable at all. Melanie and Kanna were both shuffling around like a pair of teenagers. Rica, however, was all smiles as he sipped his coffee. “We should have a big family get together.” Rica suggested. He knew any chance of getting Kanna to spend another night at his place were gone. Maybe forever. But he couldn’t overcome his troll-y ways. “All of us, the children, Ethan. It’ll be fun.” Rica chuckled. I’m would not be surprised if Kanna straight up stabs him. [Downtown Warehouse] Sama was still pale. That knife… he closed his eyes for a moment. “It’s a long story… um… reader’s digest version? The knife belonged to a cult way back in like, the dark ages… they used to sacrifice children… messed up stuff… anyway, this British knight killed them all, and eventually the knife found its way to England… and the guy who owned it, this British Lord, he became Jack the Ripper… and then the next guy who owned the knife, he also became a serial killer…” Sama rubbed his neck. “That knife is haunted… I remember, six years ago, in London… someone with that knife killed my foster dad… and tried to kill his daughter… and me.” Sama paused. He hadn’t really intended to mention his foster sister. “Some Germans guys… this weird one… he wanted the knife. But some guys from the government stopped him, and I never knew what happened to the knife… til now…” Oh good, a mass murder knife that the Nazis want. This will end well. [Musashi’s Safehouse] Musashi quickly gave Adrianna the address and then looked over to Laila. “I’m sure your mom is fine. If you want, we can go looking for her.” “No we can’t.” Nanami snapped. “But…” “No.” Nanami was firm on this one. |

-Coffee Shop- Kanna was asking about the children...and Joyce had an arm in a sling and Blake was missing. “...Joyce has a boyfriend...” Galv finally said, “I guess I'm realizing a bit what you must have felt like when I was dating Melanie...and Blake...he...he ran off last night. About his...” He trailed off, not sure how to word the issue. “About the shadows he inherited from you.” Old Man Sensei finished Galv's sentence, returning to the group with a mug of hot cocoa. “Greetings, I am Old Man Sensei,” the old Asian man said, nodding to Kanna and Rica, “I'm an old friend of the Hawkins' family. Also the Vire's, whom I believe you know.” -Streets- “Blake's a smart kid, I'm sure he's okay,” Sage said, trying to keep Joyce's spirits up as they headed to the bakery. “There's a few abandoned buildings in the area...he might have hidden in one of those too...” “I could...” Blake said, frowning, staring downwards. Using his powers took the edge off a bit. It helped him hurt a little less. How much would he have to use his powers to stop the pain entirely though? “I don't want to go to far...” Blake sighed, “I miss them already...” |

Coffee Shop Kanna was trying to think of what to say to her daughter...Luckily she didn't have much time to think. “...Joyce has a boyfriend...” Galv finally said, “I guess I'm realizing a bit what you must have felt like when I was dating Melanie...and Blake...he...he ran off last night. About his...”[i/] Instantly Kanna went quiet and frowned....She looked to Melanie. "You're looking well" Melanie finally said with a weak smile. She was trying not to look too worried....Or shocked. Or just plain out cry. She was trying to to linger on the subject of her son. "You as well" Kanna finally said to her daughter....It was a half lie. She looked sick. "What are you doing here?" "I could ask the same for you" Melanie said back. "I thought you were out of the country...Working" Or being a nazi. Either one. “Greetings, I am Old Man Sensei,” the old Asian man said, nodding to Kanna and Rica, “I'm an old friend of the Hawkins' family. Also the Vire's, whom I believe you know.” "Ethan still lives here as well?" Kanna asked, brow raised....Much better topic. Musashi’s Safehouse "Don't go anywhere....Not until I get there" Adrianna said, before going silent for a moment as she wrote. "I'll be there soon. Bye" And with a click she was off the line. Once she was gone Laila turned to Nanami "And why can't we go?" she said, hands on her hips "She could need help!" Downtown Warehouse Crystal stared wide eyed at the knife. It was crazy to think it had such a history. "If it was responsible for all of that bad stuff...What is it doing here? And what do we do with it?" Good question. Streets "You're confused....You don't know what to do anymore do you....." Samara asked.... Just remember, bad things come from being around them.... [...] "Oh goodness, you don't think he had to stay in a run down building?! There's creeps in there at night i'm sure!" This was just freaking her out more.... |

[Coffee Shop] “Hahaha… they grow up so fast.” Rica chuckled, upon hearing about Joyce’s boyfriend. He then looked to Old Man Sensei, and raised an eyebrow. Then he turned to Kanna. “Of course Ethan lives here. We go bowling sometimes. He’s got an unfair advantage with the strength, but I cheat, so it evens out.” I honestly have no idea if he’s telling the truth or just being a troll. [Musashi’s Safehouse] Nanami narrowed her eyes to Laila. “And whose going to help her? You? We’re talking about Nazis, Laila. You have no idea what they’re capable of.” Musashi was quiet. He knew what Nanami was talking about… they had traveled through Germany, and they had seen what the Nazis could do… what they were doing… “… I want to help Laila’s mom.” Musashi said. “She and Adrianna are my friends, and I can’t just ignore their mom being in trouble.” THEIR MOM WANTS TO KILL YOU. FOR MORE THAN ONE REASON. [Downtown Warehouse] Sama shook his head. “I have no idea… why would they keep something so dangerous in a warehouse?” Sama groaned. He grabbed a cloth and wrapped up the dagger, and placed it in his bag. “We can’t leave it here. We have to take it.” Yes Sama, steal from a government warehouse, that will convince the CIA you’re innocent. |

Musashi's Safehouse As Musashi and Laila were on the phone with the girl who seemed to be Laila's sister, Marco just listened in, rubbing his chin while thinking. “… I want to help Laila’s mom.” Musashi said. “She and Adrianna are my friends, and I can’t just ignore their mom being in trouble.” "Hmmmm... So you're trying to go out with two sisters at once, eh Prince Musashi?" Marco hypothesized, to just throw a nice kink into the drama-filled situation at that moment. He also had a thought... If this mother character was involved with stuff around the place that had been bombed just prior to that bombing, "seemed to have some German friends", and this Adrianna girl was not "disposed of" upon learning about those friends... Those German friends were probably not that friendly to anyone that wasn't friends with them. ...and that wouldn't be good. He also wondered if Nanami also thought about such a scenario. |

[Musashi’s Safehouse] Musashi opened his mouth to argue with Nanami some more, but then Marco spoke up and froze Musashi in his tracks. The boy immediately paled a little and started to scratch at the back of his neck while uttering a nervous laugh. “Eh heh heh heh… well, it’s not exactly… I mean… I suppose… but not because I’m some kind of man-smurf or something, I just… ah… we need to focus on stopping this war!” Musashi went from being pale, to being very red in the face and decided to try to change the subject as quickly as he could. Nanami, meanwhile, just shook her head at the idiots. Marco was at least useful when he was annoying Musashi instead of her. Still, right now she didn’t have time to worry about either of them. It was pretty clear to her that Laila’s mother was involved with the Nazis. She had been at the hotel before it was bombed, and she had been at the lounge before it was bombed and the officials murdered; and now she was lurking around in the dark with Germans? It could all be coincidence, but Nanami didn’t chalk anything up to that. Just like she didn’t chalk it up to ‘coincidence’ that the Emperor had sent Kojiro as the one to take out Musashi. Their enemies were increasing, and becoming more dangerous, and until Nanami had solid proof otherwise, Kanna’s name would be on the list of enemies. |

Musashi’s Safehouse "Hmmmm... So you're trying to go out with two sisters at once, eh Prince Musashi?" Laila went red in the face, turning to Marco and wrinkling her nose. "He doesn't like my sister! You must be blind as a bat!" Hahaha. "Anyways let's focus on what's important! You guys can sit around and do nothing but as soon as Adrianna gets here i'm going to look for my mom. I'm not scared of some crazy Germans!" Coffee Shop Kanna groaned loudly at Rica, before turning back to her daughter. "You really should come see them...The children" Melanie said quietly. "Blake hasn't seen you since he was a baby" Of course this all depended on if they could find him... Kanna sighed, and shook her head. "I can't. I won't be in town long" Downtown Warehouse "I'm sure nothing bad will happen with it with us...." Crystal said, half hopefully and half sarcastically. |

[Musashi’s Safehouse] “I’m going with you,” Musashi said, turning to Laila and taking her hand. “This is dangerous. Buildings have been destroyed and people have been killed… I’m not going to let you face that danger alone.” Nanami groaned, sighing and crossing her arms. She knew that unless she broke both of his legs, Musashi would follow Laila… and even if she did break his legs, he might find a way to follow her anyway. Maybe instead of waiting for Musashi and Laila to sneak away for a third time, she should take a different approach. “Okay. We’ll go looking for your mother… but we go together, and you do as I say. I will keep everyone alive, but you WILL listen to me.” Musashi gulped. Nanami was at maximum intimidating right now. “Y-Yes ma’am…” Musashi gulped. Nanami nodded. “Good. YOU,” She turned to Marco. “I want to talk to you. And Musashi, if you two run off without me I will stab you so that you’ll never have children.” Musashi turned a little pale. “Okay, okay! Geez, crazy ninja lady!” Nanami ignored him and grabbed Marco by the arm, pulling him into another room. [Coffee Shop] Rica frowned. He knew why Kanna didn’t want to see her grandchildren, but he also knew that the kids should see her. Laila already hated the fact she never saw her mom… Blake and Joyce would be in a similar boat. Still, this was one time when Rica didn’t troll Kanna. This was a little too personal even for his sarcastic touch. [Downtown Warehouse] Sama wasn’t as sure. His mind was swimming with horrible memories… memories that he wasn’t in a hurry to share with Crystal, or anyone else for that matter. “We should probably keep looking… I don’t want to get caught here…” Suddenly, there was a sound like shattering glass. Sama paled up, and immediately pressed himself against a box. “Hide!” He shouted to Crystal. Down the hall, three people had just broken in through a window. |

-Coffee Shop- “Yes, and your son Aaron is a student of mine as well,” Old Man Sensei added to Kanna, “He has a lot of potential. Sadly Adrianna doesn't seem to have the same amount of patience he has.” He sipped his cocoa, looking at the group. They were all quite interesting. Galv frowned, glancing towards Melanie, then looking out the window. Blake was still out there. “...My dad showed up a couple days ago too...” Galv frowned, “He wasn't here for very long, but at least he made a little time to see his grandkids.” -Streets- Blake frowned, then leaned against the wall. “But...they love me...and I love them...they're my family,” he said. The shadows around him fluctuated a bit, his emotions running high. He closed his eyes and focused, changing back to his normal appearance. “I can't be something I'm not...” Blake said, shaking his head, “I'll master this power, somehow, without being someone else...” “Blake has those powers, I'm sure if he ran into trouble he could use them to protect himself,” Sage said, trying to calm Joyce down, “He'll be fine...He's a smart kid and he's tougher then he looks.” |

Waterfront "...this is your last chance, I know Miss Sunrise is armed, but what of you, Miss Archer?" Didymus regarded Gemini, then Cherion...Snake he had a feeling could do a lot with just a pistol and knife, but for others, himself included...sometimes a bit of a higher caliber was preferred...(hence his BAR). "Otherwise, stay close, don't do anything stupid." He reached into his pouch, and handed Snake a few small glass spheres of water. "When things get crazy." he said. Waterfront safehouse "You may not recognize her, but this is one of our targets..." the operative simply said. "A Japanese girl. One who believes she knows a thing or two about...these arts..." he said. "...a fitting sacrifice..." he muttered. "Take her to the other one." he said. |

Musashi's Safehouse Marco laughed amusedly as Laila denied for Musashi, what was near definitely true to Musashi, especially considering Musashi's reaction to both Marco himself, as well as Laila. "Sure, sure..." he said, before the subject was moved back to Laila and phoned-girl's mother. ...until he was quickly pulled away and thrown into another room by Nanami. "Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeees?" Marco asked Nanami, before quickly approaching her, leaning in right next to her ear. "You think it's a good chance that girl's mother is the one having fun with nitroglycerin in town, lately?" he then whispered in her ear, to make sure no wandering Musashi's or Laila's could overhear. |
