I can't see what you're imagining

-Nourasia: Planet Side- “...Let's go,” The Doctor said, looking up at the sky, then headed to his T.A.R.D.I.S. He snapped, the door opening up. -Nourasia: Space- “Understood,” Peterson said, blasting forward, continuing to open fire. He gave out more orders, continuing to chase after the Zerg. Then, a red beam of energy shot from the other side of the Zerg, a Dracon beam slashing through part of the fleeing Zerg. From the other side of the Zerg, a fleet dropped out of Z Space. It was the Yeerks, their Pool Ships spilling out Bug Fighters, engaging the Zerg as well! “...Yeerks...” Peterson paused, scowling, “Why'd it have to be Yeerks?” -Orion- “I'd suggest just going without telling her...but I don't think even I'd survive her wrath with that...” Samuel frowned. “She's still in no condition to travel...” Ethan said, “She needs more time to rest...” “I'm sorry...” Erin said, “Solana's...our baby...Is that okay, Jason?” -Planet Planit- Galv calmed down, now that Kale wasn't threatening him. “Yah...we just...argued...” Galv said, “About...family...” He sighed, then shook his head, “My name is Galv...Galv Hawkins. You?” -Xavier's School- Shadow turned to Xavier, focusing his energies, fighting back. “Eddie...” Shadow growled, speaking into his comm, “I...need...it...” There was a flash of light, Eddie teleporting an odd gem to Shadow's energy signature. It was red, glowing softly, and Shadow grabbed it. “GRAAAAAHHH!” Shadow yelled suddenly, more energy glowing through his body, “Chaos Spear!” He fired a blast of energy at Xavier, looking enraged beyond reason now... |

Nourasia Molly didn't look particularly touched by Jordan's chivalry."So!? I may not be a soldier but I would have been here by myself if you got yourself blown up!? How do you think I would feel then!?" She punched the boy again "Think about someone other than yourself why don't you!" Yes. Girls are complicated. Meanwhile Nori came in, smiling brightly and embracing her son. "I am glad you are unharmed." Aikka gave a small smile "The same for you...Is everything okay down here?" Nori nodded "Yes, the fighting was minimal on the ground....I trust everything went well in space." Aikka nodded "They retreated....We are not sure why though..." "I suppose that will have to do for now, it will give the troops a chance to rest at least." [...] Crystal followed the Doctor and Sama closely, leaving Nourasia for the time... Orion "It's fine" Jason said, a bit distracted "Though....What would you say if I had to go somewhere for a long time...Without you" Of course he didn't....But he was testing her. Planet Planit "Kale Ronaro...Nice to meet you" The boy said. Melanie gave a little sigh of relief that the two weren't fighting, but jumped as a sudden crack of thunder was heard. Kale noticed and motioned past the graveyard. "Perhaps we should get out of the rain...My parent's bookstore is close by" "Thank you" Melanie said, looking over to Galv. She wasn't quite sure if they had made up yet. |

Nourasia The Zerg fleet was in full retreat. They never even got through the planet atmosphere, the human resistance a little too much for the alien fleet. It might have been numerous, but every creature was part of a massive hive mind, and every death hurt the mind. chaos sighed in relief as he watched the skies above turn back to their original color as the debris and the incoming Zerg fleet cleared. KOS-MOS and the others repelled these things, and Nourasia was safe. For now. The boy sighed slightly. This wouldn't last for long, but it was enough for now. However, he couldn't help but growl a bit in frustration. He wasn't of any help yet again. He had to admit to himself. He was a healer. His power was defensive, not offensive, and he would have been more of a liability than a help up there. He couldn't survive in outer space. He couldn't heal people while being fired at by the Zerg. And he couldn't have helped KOS-MOS, even if he wanted to. It made the boy want to rip his hair out in frustration. He was supposed to be useful! He was supposed to be beside KOS-MOS in every venture! He was supposed to always support her, always help her, always be there! And it hurt to think that he was just a setback. For perhaps the first time in his life, the boy cursed at his own pacifistic nature as he looked up, hoping that his friend would come back soon, all the time wondering how he was going to apologize... ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Sentinel 3 Things got quiet after the last communique from the Harlequin. No one attacked the Third Doctor or Rei or Jenny. No one even showed up to do anything. They were left completely alone to their own devices. Which wasn't exactly a good thing, considering that Three has been nastily poisoned. But as dusk approached and the sun began to set after a few hours, it was time for the Third Doctor, Rei and their companion(s) to move towards the designated location at the space port. This was the only chance they would get at this exchange. The only chance to do this fairly and without bloodshed on either side. |

-Orion- “No!” Erin said, grabbing hold of Jason tightly, “You can't...I'm coming with you...” She was shaking now, afraid to see Jason leave her... “I need you...” -Planet Planit- “Umm, right, yah...” Galv said, nodding, “We can call a cab or something from there, I guess...” While they weren't fighting anymore, Galv didn't seem to want to spend too much with Kale. He got close to Melanie, making sure his umbrella was covering her from the rain. -Sentinel 3- Jenny was frowning, worried. “I still think we can take them...” Jenny said, “And force them to give us the antidote...” She was checking her stun gun. |

Earth The secretary still did not look amused. "General, the president is well aware of the situation at Nourasia. He's monitoring it with select members of the EarthCom council now, in addition to any other tasks he may be juggling. I-" "It's alright. Send the general in; the council can work fine without me for a few moments." the president's voice came over the intercom. The secretary nodded. "Yes sir." she said, and opened the door for Raynor... T.R.S. Crusader Yeerks. YEERKS. Why NOW?! "Blast...we may need more here...um..." He punched open a channel. "...yeerk fleet, please state your business here." |

[Nourasia] Sama climbed aboard the TARDIS, relieved to have a way out that wouldn't get him arrested... “Ooh, snazzy ship! And Sama, you look good... that your new girlfriend? Nice ta meet ya, lady!” Sama froze in place as Rinoa jumped through the still open TARDIS door. “W-What are you doing here?” Sama stammered. “Hey, I'm not the idiot who punched the vice-president and is wanted for treason. I can go places. Mr. Doctor, I am Ambassador Caraway of the United Terran Republic. I saw you guys getting ready to leave, and though I should stop you.” She grinned. The Doctor was also someone with a less than stellar reputation in the Republic's eyes. “Don't worry, I'm not interested in getting either of you in trouble. Heck... I once tried to overthrow the Republic and destroy their entire system of government to get back at my dad.” She was entirely too forthcoming with stories like that. “Anyway... my entire job as Ambassador is to create mutually beneficial treaties with will help the United Terran Republic... because of my reputation and the results I've gotten in the past, I'm usually allowed a fair amount of discretion...” She grinned. “... I'd like to discuss with you the possibility of a treaty between the UTR and the Plumbers. You are the head-honcho for the Plumbers, are you not?” […] Jordan frowned a she punched him again. That was getting annoying... “Molly... I'd never get myself blown up! I made a promise to keep you safe, and if I get killed, Don Wei would kill me!” […] “... chaos... what's wrong? You torn up because you were useless? Honestly, a weapon who won't kill... what good are you? Hmph. Some days I regret you even exist.” A tall man in a pinstripe suit and a fedora hat appeared from behind a tree. He had tortoise shell glasses over his eyes, and wore a fancy tie. The man spoke with the slightest hint of a southern accent, and his hair was thinning under his hat. “... Hello, chaos. I think you and I need to chat.” You know him, you hate him... the man who co-founded NERV... the man who helped make Kanna as smurfed-up as she is... the man behind SeeD... The Researcher: Mister Burke, was back. [Nourasia: Space] The majority of the zerg had already fled when the Yeerks cut them off! However, the now trapped ones attacked, swarming at the Yeerks – and the Humans! And one Overlord happened to explode near the Crusader... luckily nothing hopped aboard. … Hah. [Sentinel 3] Three coughed into his hankerchief, spitting up copious amounts of blood. He frowned... he had already ruined one of his favorite frilly shirts. “... Bah. Jenny, I admire your spirit, but I doubt we could fight them. I can barely move in this state.” Three knew that if they did not get that antidote somehow, he would die... and he also knew that if he died... well, he had no idea what that would mean. Would be become the Fourth Doctor? If he did... what did that mean for the current Doctor? Would Time itself be torn asunder? “... Jenny. Listen to me. If this goes badly... if I started to regenerate... I want you to use this on me...” He handed her a small metal cube. “Simply throw it anywhere near me, and it will do the rest... I created it over this past year, just in case I were to regenerate somehow... I can't risk destroying the history of my other self... this is of the utmost importance, do you understand?” [Earth] Raynor let out a sigh of relief and walked past the secretary into the President’s office. He saluted the man immediately and stood at attention for a few seconds. “... Sir. When I saw the Zerg attack Fornax a year ago, I went into a panic. I know better than anyone what those monsters are capable of. I promise you, they are a grave threat. The Zerg, however, are a simple society. They will have one matriarch... one Hive mind who controls them all. If we destroy that Hive Mind, we can turn the swarm into mindless animals who will turn on one another, and become little more than fodder for our troops.” Raynor let out a small sigh. “The worst aspect of the Zerg, as you know sir, is that they infest other species to do their bidding. The common knowledge is that Zerg infestation is irreversible and permanent.... the common knowledge is wrong, sir.” Raynor gave a smirk. “... I believe there is a way to reverse Zerg infestation. Considering our troops are, at this moment, fighting the Zerg, I figured this was important enough to interrupt you. There is a way to reverse the infestation. One that was discovered by my people. I didn't bring this to you sooner, because quite frankly we're not done studying it, and it's still dangerous... but given what is happening right now over Nourasia, time is a luxury I don't have.” Raynor paused. “Sir... Asuka Soryu was taken by the zerg a year ago. She's a powerful psychic, much like Sarah Kerrigan was. If I'm right, she will have been made the new Hive Mind. If that's the case... then reversing her infestation is the best chance we have at defeating the Zerg. If we simply kill her, the Zerg will just find a new Hive Mind... but if we can cure her without breaking her link to the Swarm, it will make them cannon fodder. That can be done, sir. But to do it, I'll need three things... and you may not like them, sir.” “First, I'll need the help of Colonel Didymus and Colonel Peterson. They were both close to Soryu, and can be of vital aid. Mainly because she'll probably try to kill or infest them. Secondly, I'll need... Metroids. That's the key to breaking the infestation, sir. Metroid suck energy... it IS possible to get one to remove the infestation from an infested person. It's highly dangerous, as I said... but as it happens, a old acquaintance of mine has been breeding Metroids to feed on Zerg energy signatures. I realize that breeding Metroids is illegal, sir... but if it's any consolation, he's not human.” Zeratul was a craft bastard. “... Finally... I need my people. Philanthropy. Two of them have active warrants, including their leader. That leader, as it happens, is another person who knows Soryu well, and could be an asset.” Raynor paused. “So... that's all sir. If you'll authorize this, I'll see to the details. If not, I understand sir... but I urge you in the strongest possible way to let me see this one through.” |

Nourasia chaos frowned... But remained where he was on the ground, looking upwards. "... I expected you to arrive, though not this quickly. We never found your body. We never found the compass. And somehow, everybody seems to be convinced that you're gone for good. But I knew. I knew you were still out there." He sighed heavily and sat up, finally looking at the man with clear, questioning eyes. "Tell me, why didn't you stay away? As long as I never discovered that you were alive, I would not have actively sought you out. Neither would KOS-MOS. It would have allowed you free reign, allowed you to build up strength and a power base. But you..." chaos couldn't help but let out a dark chuckle. "You decided to forgo that, abandon that advantage and come to me now. I don't know whether to thank the gods for this advantage... Or whether to wonder what you're really after." He finally stood up, stretched, cracked his neck, stretched out his shoulders and faced the man, turned slightly sideways. "I don't care much for your opinion, Burke. You tried to create me into an image of destruction, but I turned into an agent of creation instead. I don't much care for your company either, but there is not much I can do now, is there. Tell me. What do you want?" |

[Nourasia] Burke stepped a bit closer to chaos, but did not close the gap entirely. The man had his hands shoved in his pants pockets, and he made no move to attack chaos. He simply stood for a few moments, his eyes scanning across the grassy landscape of Nourasia. After a moment, he took a cigarette from his jacket and brought it to his lips. He lit it, as chaos asked him a serious question. "Tell me, why didn't you stay away? As long as I never discovered that you were alive, I would not have actively sought you out. Neither would KOS-MOS. It would have allowed you free reign, allowed you to build up strength and a power base. But you..." “... You make it sound as if I should hide from you, chaos. That's laughable. Make no mistake, I know of your strength, and that of KOS-MOS... but as long as I have the Compass, you are no real threat to me. You know it as well as I do.” He grinned. “I stayed away for a year. That's an awfully long time... and more than enough to return me to full strength. I daresay I have gotten even stronger than our last encounter. The simple truth, chaos, is if I were so inclined I could destroy you here and now...” Burke puffed on his cigarette, and then tossed it down and stomped it out. “But I have no such desire. In time, you will come to obey me through your own choice... or you will live long enough to see this universe you've grown to care for so deeply be consumed by the everlasting flames of an eternal war. The Metarex... The Zerg... The Yeerk Empire... The Daleks... and the Humans... there are so many truly destructive races out there. It would be folly to ignore what is before your eyes.” Burke chuckled softly. “This universe... is doomed. Those like you and The Doctor may think it can be saved, but I have seen the truth scum that controls this universe. It is only a matter of time, and I feel that time is quickly running out... say goodbye to your precious universe, chaos.” Burke laughed once more. “As for what I want... I want to sit back and watch this universe burn. I think on some level, that's all I've ever wanted... Ah, but first, I'll need my android back. KOS-MOS can prove quite useful to me.” |

-Nourasia Space- “Relax U.T.R., we're not here to enslave the Nourasians...We're here to help,” a voice answered Didymus. It was human, and didn't sound very much older then Didymus himself. “We have the Metarex, and now the Zerg as mutual enemies. The enemy of my enemy is my ally, no?” “You're still our enemy though...” Peterson said. “If it'll make you feel any better, we won't advance any farther then we have as we help you take out these Zerg...” -Nourasia- The Doctor listened to Rinoa carefully, nodding his head slightly as she talked. “A treaty? Sorry, but no,” The Doctor said, “That would mean we'd be bound by that treaty...and I was never one for following the rules.” He frowned though. Something was...wrong. He felt like there was something he needed to take care of on this planet still. -Mobius- Fox McCloud piloted his Arwing, moving through the atmosphere at a comfortable speed. He was mostly out for practice. The skies were clear. And then a shot rang out. His ship was hit suddenly by a laser, the Arwing shaking, but still in the air. “What the heck?!” Fox yelled, pulling his ship up, trying to find out what shot him. A single saucer hung in the air, then another appeared with a flash. From them suddenly came several figures, hovering trash cans with plungers, to Fox's eyes. “We have a situation here!” Fox shouted through his communications. “Something...I don't know what!” He opened fire, the Arwing's lasers bouncing off the Dalek's shields. “My weapons don't seem to be working...” Fox added, “This...isn't good...” -Xavier's School- Shadow turned to Xavier, focusing his energies, fighting back. “Eddie...” Shadow growled, speaking into his comm, “I...need...it...” There was a flash of light, Eddie teleporting an odd gem to Shadow's energy signature. It was red, glowing softly, and Shadow grabbed it. “GRAAAAAHHH!” Shadow yelled suddenly, more energy glowing through his body, “Chaos Spear!” |

[Nourasia] Rinoa frowned and crossed her arms. “W-Wait a second! Don't just dismiss me so quickly!” Rinoa protested instantly. “There's a lot of benefits to a treat, for one thing--” “Rinoa... don't bother. He's even more stubborn than you are.” Sama laughed a bit. He knew Rinoa well enough to know she was trouble, but if even half the stories Snake told him about The Doctor were true, Rinoa was out of luck before she even tried. “You stay out of this!” Rinoa frowned, jabbing a finger Sama's way. Then she looked to The Doctor. “You don't like rules, huh? Neither do I. I once led my own rebellion... but I'm trying to find a new way to peace... I've heard of you! You're supposed to be nine hundred years old, and you're supposed to know a ton of people in power all over the universe...” Sama groaned. “So THAT's what you want... you want the Doctor to introduce you to a bunch of Presidents and Kings so that you can try to make peace agreements between them and Earth?” “Is PEACE a bad thing?” Rinoa crossed her arms. “No... but you're going about it in the wrong way. If you just try to get people to join you because The Doctor vouches for you, then it's him they're agreeing with and not you, or Earth...” Rinoa hesitated. “... You're not a part of this conversation!” She turned back to The Doctor. [Mobius] “My weapons don't seem to be working...” Fox added, “This...isn't good...” “Gee, ya think?” A second Arwing flew in to assist Fox. It was one of his subordinates, Falco Lombardi. An attitude-prone pilot who was as skilled a pilot as Fox, but nowhere near as great at thinking. “What the heck are these things?” Falco asked aloud as he shot his lasers at one of the Dalek's. [Xavier's School] Xavier gasped at the sight as Shadow took a strange gem in his hand. His body began to glow, and it made his enemy frown. Xavier was worried now... Shadow looked increasingly dangerous, and he was having a harder time reading him. “Stop Shadow!” Xavier cried out, but it was too late – Shadow fired a Chaos Spear! “Noooo!” Gordon Freeman jumped forward and used the very Portal Gun Shadow was after to open a portal in front of Xavier! The Chaos Spear flew through the portal, and then out the opposite portal – which had appeared behind Shadow! |

Nourasia "So you think having to face my dad is scarier than facing me?" Molly said, hands on her hips and brow raised. "I'll have you know i'm ten times scarier than ol' Don Wei." "I'm assure you Molly that we meant no harm" Aikka said, rejoining the two before Jordan could be punched again. "We merely hoped you would provide suitable defense for my mother-and as it seems you have gone above and beyond that." Molly seemed to calm down a tiny bit, though she still looked a bit annoyed. "Just don't leave me behind again" "Jordan wouldn't dream of it" Aikka said with a slight grin, returning to his mother's side. Lady Nori now spoke. "Come, we should move inside...Everyone seems to be resting and we need to come up with our next move" [...] "Uhh nice to meet you" Crystal said to Rinoa, following the two but staying close to Sama. The girl seemed strange to say the least, but who was she to judge? They were all a bit odd right? Crystal merely took a seat and listened to the other girl's offer along with Sama....Of course the Doctor shot the idea down in less than a second. "Perhaps it isn't the best way to go about gaining the trust of other planets" Crystal chimed in, looking interested "But should we really be dismissing something that could prevent more battles like what we just saw on Nourasia?" Xavier's School Amy looked absolutely horrified now. She turned furiously to Xavier "You remember when you said you'd keep this under control!? Well it doesn't look under control to me!!" she yelled, tempted to jump into a dangerous situation all for the sake of a boy....Kinda like what she did for her Sonic. "Shadow you stop this instant!" the girl called out, rushing to him. Yes. Amy is an idiot. Orion Okay...So maybe telling Erin that he was leaving was a bad thing....Jason quickly placed his hands on her shoulder's and hushed the frantic girl. "Calm down...Calm down...I'm not going anywhere, I just said that to see what would happen...." carefully Jason moved the girl's chin up so that she was looking at him. "Why do you get so scared like that?" he asked carefully "I'm not going to leave you...." Maybe Claire was right, maybe Erin had some major issues-no no no! [...] Unaware that Ethan and Rica were planning on leaving her behind to eventually search for Melanie, Kanna was sitting with her children in the other room. It seemed as if all of her children were vying for her attention, something that was getting her a bit dizzy. Why did she have more children again? Well they were darling....But bothersome, just like two certain men. Kanna sighed and bounced Aaron on her lap. "Hopefully you all will be smarter than your older sister when you grow up" She told the boy "You'll stay out of trouble, and stay away from girls until you're thirty...." Planet Planit Kale lead the two teens down the street and into a dark shop, with a sign in another language in the front. When they were inside Kale turned on a few lights, and suddenly they were surrounded by thousands of books. "Wooooooooooow" Melanie said, looking with wide eyes. "This is amazing" "It's my family's shop, feel free to look dry off and look around until the rain stops. I can turn a few more lights on so you can- "Uh no thanks!" Melanie interrupted "This is plenty of light" Kale looked a bit confused but nodded "Okay then, i'll start a fire. Excuse me for a minute" Melanie nodded and Kale excited, leaving the two teens alone for a moment. Melanie looked over to Galv, curious to see if he was mad. She tried to look over sneakily, eyes darting from a book she was looking at. |

[Nourasia] Jordan frowned a bit. Who was honestly scarier? Don Wei. He still had the power to fire Jordan... whereas all Molly could do was punch him.” Soon enough, Nori was motioning the group inside. Jordan crossed his arms and shrugged. “Our next move? Shouldn't we be going after those bugs, to keep them from coming back?” He then remembered that Nourasia didn't really have a space fleet equipped to go hunting down the Zerg. He frowned and stuck his hands in his pockets. […] “EXACTLY!” Rinoa was suddenly at Crystal's side, having thrown an arm around the girl's shoulders. Sama shuddered. This could not possibly end well. He knew Rinoa's reputation for getting into trouble... she was even better at it than he was! “Doctor, here's the deal. You don't like rules... maybe, but you also don't like death, do you? If you work with the UTR, you're far more likely to stop these things quicker, and with less casualties... I'm not saying this would even have to be permanent... maybe just some accord on a temporary basis, while the universe is in such trouble...” Sama frowned. Once, he would have welcomed the idea of the Plumbers formally working with the UTR... but after what had happened thanks to Mengsk, he wasn't quite sure anymore. He'd become a bit jaded towards the government he'd once served. [Xavier's School] This was a bad situation... Xavier knew it. Shadow was out of control, and all hopped up on the power of the chaos emerald. There were ways to stop him... but all of them dangerous, and possibly fatal to both the telepath and the hedgehog. “Shadow! Stand down at once!” Xavier commanded again, attempting to psychically hack Shadow's brain. |

T.R.S. Crusader "Shoot...that was too close...and I don't want to take any chances..." Didymus said. "All hands..." he said into the ship's intercom. "...sweep for boardings, check for infection. Infirmary, you be ready to start curing. I want marine teams sweeping the ship and security lockdown in effect. I'm moving the Crusader out of the front for this operation..." he said, and the crusader itself began with withdraw behind the safety of the rest of the fleet. "And yeerks...I you can help us cut the zerg off, but I can't speak for the willingness of the Nourasians to allow you any closer to their planet..." Earth Riley listened to Raynor, and it was clear he was not amused. The doors were shut. The office was secure. The conversation was private, with the exception of the EarthCom counsel (which itself was secure) listening in via transmission. "I am aware of the nature of the zerg, general. Most of your statements about their hive mind are public knowledge. As for Soryu..." Riley motioned to some of the files punched up on his displays, before concealing them again. "I am aware of that as well. We are a tad more on top of the situation than you may think-TerrInt is a bit better at its job than most people give it credit for-and it would have things no other way." He listened as Raynor went on about his plan, and did not look pleased. "Your unit is already suspect for skirting the boundaries of what we can and cannot do in the first place, and now you're walking in here asking me to authorize an operation of questionable legality using creatures that are looked with fear and disgust upon by the rest of the galaxy. AND you're asking me to enlist the aid of wanted fugitives. I understand you don't care much for rules and due process, and that your unorthodox strategies can produce results-but we are all-in theory, at any rate-bound by our constitution. And adhering to it does not automatically produce worse results, which I ask you to keep in mind. We've been working on a way to cure infestation ourselves, but if you already have had a method, you should have come forward sooner-even if it did involve metroids, the very fact you knew it was being developed was reason enough for you to step forward." He paused. "Finally, what you're asking is that I pardon two of your members on VERY heavy charges simply because...you promise they can do something good. Perhaps I can, perhaps I can authorize this endeavor, it may be legal enough...but what you're doing is asking me to do questionable things and insisting that I trust that somehow you'll handle everything." He paused. "You don't know what you're asking. The fact is, you should be well aware that Philanthropy is the least trusted standing segment of our military-and that trust has waned considerably over the past year." He paused, letting that statement sink in. "Again, I MAY be able to authorize your little stunt...but it's time you stopped treating those to whom you theoretically answer as though they were a bunch of unenlightened idiots. I want details. I want to know exactly what you have in mind, how you plan to accomplish this, and every aspect of this plan before I authorize it." He sat down. "So please, start talking. The battle rages as we speak." |

I can't see what you're imagining

-Nourasia- “No,” The Doctor said again to Rinoa, “I'm sorry, but The Plumbers can not have any formal treaties with any government. If I were to enter a pact with the U.T.R., I would have to do so with every other species...” He sighed, shaking his head, “You are the good guys today. But I've seen what humans can do. I've seen what a number of species can do. You might be my ally today, but tomorrow, I may have to stop you.” -Nourasia Space- “...I'm coming aboard,” Peterson told Didymus. “I don't think there's much I can do here...” That, plus every second he was in his Geloog, with the Yeerks within firing range, made him want to attack them. He turned his mobile suit, heading to The Crusader. -The Crusader- “We have every intention of cooperating,” the Yeerk said to Didymus, “As you can see, we are holding our position.” -Mobius- “I don't know, I've never seen them before!” Fox said, shooting at one of the smaller objects, a lone Dalek. The Mobian based weapon was unable to phase it's shield, the Dalek firing on the ship. The Arwing's engine blew, and Fox started falling out of the air! “No!” Fox yelled, trying to will his Arwing back into shape, struggling at the controls, “Come on...come on...” “Fox McCloud...You have been chosen...” “What the...?” Fox muttered. Where did that voice come from. “You have been chosen to wear the ring...” Fox thought he was going crazy as his Arwing plunged closer and closer to the ground. In front of him floated a green ring. “What the heck kind of Deux Ex Machina is this?” Fox frowned, looking at his instruments. He couldn't get out of the dive now, and he couldn't eject. Not at the speeds he was plummeting... “Alright, fine!” Fox yelled, grabbing the odd green ring and slipping it on. His Arwing continued to plunge, and right before it hit the earth, there was a flash of green light... -Xavier's School- Shadow spun as his Chaos Spear was redirected, holding up the gem, which simply seemed to absorb the energy! “Amy...” Silver said suddenly, “Be...careful...” Shadow glowed more, as rage seemed to continue to over take him. He narrowed his eyes at Amy as she ran at him. “Stay away!” he yelled. -Orion- “I...I don't want to be alone again...I didn't...I don't like being alone...” Erin muttered, looking up at Jason, “You...you like me...right?” Issssssues. Aaron was enjoying all the attention his mother was giving him, smiling happily and nodding a little, though he had no idea what she was talking about. -Planet Planit- Galv was frowning, though not because of Melanie, but because he had a bit of difficulty seeing in the dim light. “...Melanie...” Galv sighed finally, “I'm sorry I called my dad...but I can't cut my family out of my life. They were missing for a while before I even knew they existed...And I want to see them again. Not tomorrow, or even next week or next month...But before the next year, I would like to see them again...And I hope you'd still be...with me...” |

GRAPPLING HOOK!
![]()

Nourasia Crystal frowned, knowing that they were beat. She had been in the Plumbers long enough to know that when the Doctor made his mind up there was no changing it.....Perhaps it was for the best? Or maybe he was just being stubborn and strange. Either way Crystal wasn't going to be the one to fight him on this. [...] "Perhaps..." Nori said, leading them into another room. It had a long table with a few papers scattered across it...In addition about a half dozen men were sitting down. Lady Nori took a seat, and Aikka glared at the back of her head before doing the same. Molly just watched all of the curious stares in she and Jordan's direction before taking a seat. "Nourasia is now a democracy, so as such we must exercise our right of a free debate to your plans" one of the men called out, looking towards Aikka. Aikka did nothing in response to it, rather he took a sip of water from a nearby glass. "We do not have the ability to go after the Zerg, after all Nourasia is only equipt with minimal ships to travel into space-" "Then we should just strengthen our ground troop!" another Nourasian called out "Aikka brought a hand up, silencing him "Perhaps, but it would not wise to be just sit around and wait for attack" "Then what do you propose" Aikka turned to Molly and Jordan "How would you two like to help us with a bit of reconnaissance?" Xavier's School- "As if!" Amy called out, continuing forward "That doesn't work for Sonic and it isn't gonna work for YOU!" The girl finally reached the boy, shielding her eyes from the massive outpouring of energy coming from Shadow. She had to admit it was pretty scary...But she wasn't going to back down. "Now CALM DOWN!" Orion Jason suddenly felt bad, having upset his girlfriend so much. Quickly pulled the girl in a tight hug, frowning. "Calm down, you aren't alone" he reassured her "I'm here, I haven't gone anywhere" Considering he kinda 'died' that was a lie. Luckily now he didn't have to worry about that. "Considering who my dad is I don't think I have to worry much about going away any time soon" Well....Hopefully. Planet Planit- Melanie frowned, turning to Galv and noticing his discomfort. It was strange but neither could be truly comfortable around the other...Yet they always made it work. "........Sorry........" she said quietly, sticking the book she was holding back in it's place and looking at her boyfriend. "I don't want you to never see your family again....It's just.....Well....I don't see the point in going back....Not for me. Everyone's different...My mom had new babies, and my brother had someone else to take care of...And a dad...They'll be okay without me." She felt strongly about this, but at the same time she was defeated. Her mom had always taught her never to fight such things. Melanie sighed, pulling off her wet coat and dropping it onto the floor. "But if that's what you want then we can go..." she decided, walking over to him "I'm sure your parents will be very happy to see you" |
