Nourasia space "If you do not respond, we will only take that as a refusal to withdraw." Didymus said into the comm channel. |

Nourasia The Crog's in their ship looked to eachother, none of them making any movement to leave their ship. They would do as they were told and wait until they were shot at....And then.... The Crog's smiled. They had been waiting to take some lives. One of the Crogs spoke into their own comlink to Didymus. "Do it. And when you do will present you with the head of the Queen." Aikka froze in his spot in Didymus' ship. His hand clentched. The Royal Kingdom. "Just because you murdered my husband does not make you the king of our country." "Perhaps" Kross said with a slight shrug "Afterall it seems as if your son has taken that position..But don't worry...I'll get rid of that problem soon enough....Afterall he's arrived." Nori's eyes widened |

T.R.S. Crusader A voice on the intercom sounded throughout the ship. "King Aikka, colonel Didymus requests your presence in the war room." The message repeated itself. In light of recent events, Didymus felt that Aikka should be present as a decision was reached. |

T.R.S. Crusader Quickly gathering his things Aikka rushed back into the room where Didymus resided. He looked to him, in his hands his bow, arrow, and dagger. |

T.R.S. Crusader-war room "It seems the crog are threatening your mother." Didymus said upon Aikka's arrival. "They wish to use her as a bargaining chip. It's probably going to be something along the lines of "if we attack, they..." well, you get the picture. I figured you should be present as our next course of action is pondered. That being said, what are your thoughts?" |

I can't see what you're imagining

-Galactic Forum: Storage Area- A large blue police box was there, and started to disappear. With an odd noise, it vanished entirely… -Angel Island- “I want to check House Acorn first,” Sonic told Knuckles, “Just to make sure. And I’m worried about my brother, Manic, too…Hope he’s okay, at least.” -Galactic Forum: Narroh’s House- “If you ever need to leave your house with an escort, please, call this number,” Old Man Sensei told Kanna, handing her a card. On it was just two words ‘Plumber’s Hotline’ with a series of digits, a phone number, below it. “Now, I wish you a pleasant day,” Old Man Sensei said, bowing to Kanna, and heading off. -The Royal Kingdom: ???- A large blue box appeared. “Errr…are you sure we should be here?” Ben wondered, poking his head out the door, “I thought they didn’t allow outsiders on their planet…” “Yah, true,” The Doctor said, stepping out and taking a deep breath of air, “But I’ve been here before.” “When? And what happened?” “Oh, about…Five hundred years ago…Or it might have been five hundred years in the future,” The Doctor frowned. “As for what happened…Well, that’s a story for another day.” “Well where exactly are we?” Ben wondered. He paused, hearing skittering noises. “Stables,” The Doctor answered. Ben looked over at the Time Lord. “Nourasian’s ride these giant…bug…things,” The Doctor explained, “Race them a lot too. Like during the Great Races. Maybe I should enter the T.A.R.D.I.S. in one day…” Ben chuckled, picturing the blue police box flying through a series of races. “Anyways!” The Doctor said, clapping his hands together, “Let’s get to the Throne Room.” He started off briskly, humming to himself, Ben following him. “Now this is what I miss,” The Doctor grinned. (This is stuff The Doctor does...XD) |

Nourasia Space A warp-hole opened, not terribly far from where the U.T.R.'s fleet was positioned. From out of that warp-hole came a single-person fighter. The ship was easily recognizable, and instantly the Republic's fleet would know who the pilot was. Samus Aran was here on orders from Philanthropy. Of course, she might have come anyway. The Crog were a gang of brutal, vicious warmongers. They reminded her too much of the Space Pirates. The attack on Nourasia had been bothering her since the blockade started. Sadly, her business with Philanthropy had kept her busy and she'd only just been able to leave a couple hours after Didymus had departed. Thanks to the Chozo technology used in her ship, she was able to warp across the galaxy at nearly unheard-of speeds. She flew right past the UTR fleet, and intended to weave and zigzag her way past the blockade. She had a target, and she was going in. |

Nourasaia: The Royal Kingdom "My people will not surender to you just because you plan to use me as a bargining chip General." Nori stated. She was still staring out the window avoiding any looks at the Crog. Kross didn't seem to mind though, instead he continued stading near the woman, watching her with an amused look. "Perhaps" General Kross said "But of course the only one I need to convince surender is your son....And i'm sure he would do anything for his presious mother." Suddenly the former Queen spun around, her long orange hand whipping behind her with much speed. Kross was amused to see that Nori had a strange look between panic and anger on her face. "Leave my son out of this" "You expect me to leave your son, the King of Nourasaia out of one of the greatest wars of his time. I doubt it fair queen. Your son, King Aikka, is right in the middle of this." Kross then reached down and grabbed the female Nourasain by her arm before dragging her towards the entrance. By now she suspected that the TRS ship had became tired of waiting. It was time to show them that the Crogs were not joking. As soon as the two reached the outside (Nori was horrified to see the figures of two unconsious guards at the door....Probably the way Kross got in) he shifted his grasp to her neck. The two stood on the doorstep of the Nourasain kingdom. T.R.S. Crusader Aikka felt sick, this couldn't be happening. He looked to Didymus, a bit frantically. "Is there any way we can gain a visual from up here. I need to see this for myself. " How did the Crog's get into the palace so easily? Perhaps Nourasaia was in more trouble than even he first precieved. Galactic Forum: Narroh’s House Kanna looked at the card that was handed to her, studying the numbers carefully...Perhaps she would keep this handy. She gave a nod and even a very quiet (and extremely subtle) thank you, before heading back up the stairs and into her home. When she arrived she was greated with the sound of the television, Jason was sitting a a nearby couch, half asleep from boredom. Kanna rasied an eyebrow and passed him. Afterall she had just had quite a long night and morning. "Where is your sister?" she asked looking back as she reached the hallway. "In her room" Jason answered with a shrug "By the way you smell like liqor" Kanna rolled her eyes and went into her room, a shower was in order. |

T.R.S. Crusader-war room "Hmm..." Didymus said. "...possibly. However, if we attempt to get through the crog interference that they're putting up-possible at this range and with our equipment, even if only in limited amounts-and they detect that, it may be considered a threat and it may provoke them...I'll try it if you'd like." (If Aikka answered/answers yes to that, then in the interest of saving time...) Didymus pressed a few buttons, gave out an order, and, after asking where Aikka wanted to see, brought up a visual of that area... However, whether or not Aikka did indeed wish for him to punch up a visual, Didymus quickly opened a channel to Samus's ship. He wasn't going to tell her to back off-not nessessarily. "Miss Aran," he said, "be advised. We believe we may have a hostage situation here with a nourasian V.I.P., and an attack on the crog may provoke them to dispatch said V.I.P." Again, he did not order her to back down, just warned her (and resisted the urge to remark on how pleasant it was to speak with her ). |

-Nourasaia: The Royal Kingdom: Palace Grounds- The Doctor hid behind a bush, as did Ben, watching a few Crog guards pass by. The Doctor grinned, “Ahhh…see, easy? Don’t even have to fight our way through.” Ben sighed. Something bad was going to happen…He knew it. (Perfectly fine if The Doctor and Ben get spotted and all that.) |

Samus' Ship When the voice of Colonel Didymus buzzed in her helmet, Samus paused. A hostage situation? That complicated things. She had dealt with hostage crisis's many times before, but it always required a more stealth-based approach. Her current plan wouldn't work. "Thanks for the advice, Colonel." Samus replied. "Hold on, then." She flew back, avoiding the blockade and staying a small distance between both the Republic Fleet and the Crog Blockade. A small part of her ship opened on the top and a small sphere came out. Soon, it was scanning. It ran on the same technology as her visor scanner, which was able to acquire information about anything or anyone just by being within scanning range. The key difference was this scanner had a much higher power and could scan from a greater range. She was too far to actually scan the Castle, but that wasn't her goal. Instead she was scanning the routes the Crog could see. There wasn't much room to slip in unnoticed -- not enough for her ship. Still . . . "I'm moving in. I'll be holding on the planet's surface and gathering information only. Although I normally wouldn't, I will share that information with the Republic for the purpose of saving any hostages." Samus informed him over the comlink. Suddenly, she hit a button on her ship and the roof popped open -- Samus ejected, in the middle of space, and curled into a morph ball. Her ship closed once more and Samus floated down towards the planet's surface; protected from the atmosphere by her suit, and now too small to be seen by the Crog. |

Nourasaia: The Royal Kingdom Kross grinned slightly as he watched a few of his own soldiers react to his arrival outside the palace, Queen Nori in tow. The Nourasain queen did everything in her power to stay stone faced but with time it became harder. Afterall it was hard to breathe with a large Crog grasping your neck. "Back down" Kross ordered, assuming that he could be heard by TRS ship. As if to prove they were not kidding he squeezed his fist causing Nori to cry out. From the ship Aikka frowned...It was in fact mother...And Kross. He clenched his fists. "I need to get down there" Aikka stated. |

T.R.S. Crusader, war room "Get down there?" Didymus said. "Hmm...well, there are a few ways to do that...we can either try to send you in via a orbital dropsuit...but I don't know if we've got any of those around, and it's still risky. And any we do have are designed for human use. Then, there's a drop pod, but that's detectable enough to be very dangerous. Finally, there's a third option: we just attack, and you can see if you can slip through to Nourasia's surface amdist the battle and/or when we punch a significant hole in the crog blockade." He paused, and took a deep breath, before asking: "The safest option, for you at least, is the third of those. As for the other ones, you're free to try them if you'd like. What sounds good to you?" |

T.R.S. Crusader, war room "But if we attack, they'll kill her" Aikka stated loudly, obviously not liking any of his options. He was almost afraid to do anything, one false move and they could kill her. Aikka suddenly felt very small....And very inexperienced...He didn't know what to do. But he couldn't admit that. He was the king now. A king of a nation....A nation that was crumbling. |

T.R.S. Crusader-war room "Hmmm...this is a difficult situation, indeed." Didymus said. "Well, I could deploy some special forces units with dropsuits-if we have any-to attempt to rescue her...alternately, we wait till Samus gives us some info. And...hmm...if I may ask, you've run through this blockade, weaker though it may or may not have been, before, right? If so, than, although they'd certainly detect you, perhaps you can do so again. If attacking is indeed out of the question, than we can wait for Samus, deploy covert units, or you can try to get through the blockade yourself. It wouldn't be our fleet attacking, but Kross may nonetheless see that as enough of a threat to...well, with the situation being what it is, I don't want to make any moves without your consent. I think I've pointed out a few options, does one of them sound acceptable? Or do you have anything else in mind?" He paused, and examined again the display showing the crog fleet around Nourasia. He could already see several weak spots. All they needed to do was rescue Nori, and they'd wipe the crog fleet from orbit...but no sense getting ahead of himself. He knew what he'd do once the battle started, but now, he needed to focus on coming up with a strategy for rescuing Aikka's mother. He looked over at Aikka, and to say he looked worried would be something of an understatement. Didymus would have pondered about some deeper values of calmness, personal stakes, and such, but now was not the time. They needed to stay focused. "Please." he said. "Inaction will not solve this. Well, perhaps Samus or some other person and/or people will, but in the meantime, we should stay focused on finding a solution in case they don't." |
