Another win at last. Not the best of matches tonight imo, but a great all-round effort from the team, especially in defence. I think the attacking play will really click when Dykes and Berrigan get more game time.

Wakefield looked very average tonight, although missing various key players, injuries play no excuse in the modern game. Leo Latu's high shot was pretty bad. Not the worst, but he'll probably get a 1 match ban for his effort, or should I say lack of.

Extra praise to Adam Dykes, he was targetted all night long and he just wouldn't leave the field. As I see more of him, he's starting to remind me more and more like Jason Smith. A great all-round, no nonsense player who has lots of little tricks up his sleeves.

Still Richard Horne, Richard Whiting, Gareth Carvell and Willie Manu to return, plus the debut of French International Adel Fellous. What goes around comes around in all walks of life, and I think things are going to get better and better! <drink1>

Bring on the Dobbins. Its a shame we have to mix with the Jypsies, tramps and thiefs at 'Caravan' Park next friday, but it'll be the making of our season IMHO!

COME ON YOU HULL! <evil1>

Houghton is a very similar player to what James Roby is at Saints. Berrigan does the fancy passing work, and then Houghton makes the bursts and speeds up the game.

More and more teams are opting to field 2 hookers regular which has simply come about because the game is becoming more and more physical.

King and Wheeldon also had great games. <cheeky>

it was not the best of games last night and we did not play well but we got the 2 points thats all that matters at the moment, there was some plus points out the game though like Dykes perfomance he was first class especially with the treatment he recieved.

Yeah I thought Sing was injured again after the way he went for the loose ball. Hopefully our injury hoo-doo is over now and we can build some consistancy in our season. <wink>

Well Richard Horne is back next week (hopefully) and its also Paul Cooke's first game of the season for KR, so both teams will have a new season player to add to the current squad, ironically both stand-off players so it should be interesting.

Dicko.
