Keep in mind that we're currently making changes to the forum. (Last major change was around March 2008).

As you can see, the SWU Staff are making changes to SWU. THe entire forum will get a new look and it will be the second time since we opened that we are going to redo the entire look.

New Factions include, with new team icons:

• New Republic
  
• Galactic Empire
  
• New Jedi Order - Replacing the Jedi Faction
  
• New Sith Order - Replacing the Old Sith Order Faction
  

The RP will be reorganized and new outposts for the Factions will be placed as well as new Planets.

SWU has made it past 12,000 posts and we are about to turn 2 years old on March 26, 2008.

The new skin will feature out 2nd anniversary as well as many great things.

Just for everyone to know. Dont get used to this skin!
This is not our "official" skin for v5.0. I will be creating another one for SWU and it will resemble this one. Its almost done.

Just as a reminder, new user groups and factions will be placed as well as updates to the forum and possibly a cbox. We wont go offline, but until I get this forum up and running, how about we make the RP active again?

**March 26, 2007 is our 2nd Anniversary.

Also we will not be converting to ZetaBoards. This could change, and start a debate.

We will be online during the altering change to SWU: v5 Hoth Nights.

If you see anything out of shape or sore to the eye, dont be alarmed. We are fixing the bugs out of the skin. The graphics will be online shortly when we take care of the mainstream skin.

Well, not exactly the new plot but I am in the process of creating a winter skin for SWU. It will be similar but not entirely based on SWD. Here are new things to expect

I recently got CS3 so I really like to test its graphic creating abilities on SWU. Im sure the banner, and skin will be 10x better than our old skins. Lets keep things moving and bring back our 50 active Jedi/Sith we lost in the past year. Our 2nd anniversary is coming

Well its been 3 months now since we closed. We have decided to keep this forum open for the remainder of the year and next year.

Keep in mind that the skin is not quite finished yet. The RP is now open with the same plot.

On March 26 We have turned one years old!
I'd like to thank all of our members, who are responsible for this. Without you, none of our milestones throughout last year would be reached.

Since a topic wasn't started on this I just wanted to say this is a very nice skin, interesting shades of red. (I'm color blind so I might be wrong about the color.) I also like the new buttons at the side of topics, you know for an open topic or a closed topic and stuff. Well, thanks to whoever did this and let's keep up the good work.

Please, before you RP in the new era. Please create a new character. We are 200 yeras after the events of Episode XI. Im sure your character died or has been killed in those 200 years.

Thousands of years past when the Mandalorians engaged in a war. Now in 1900 ABY, the time has come. The Ancient Sith have been resurrected by a unknown fallen Jedi. The Jedi are defenseless and the planet of Coruscant unarmed, Together the Mandalorians and Ancient Sith will crush and devour the keepers of peace in a outbreak of battles known as the Great Mask War.

Things to know
* The Sith, are now called "Ancient Sith". So if you were a sith in our last RP era, then you are now part of the evil Ancient Sith.

* The Bounty Hunters group is are now Mandalorians.

* If you are a "Unaligned Member", which means if you have 100 posts or more. Your group is now called "Unaligned Select". Meaning Select means the best of the best. In most cases, you are in the highest rank of basic member.

* Jedi Select, Ancient Sith Select, and Mandalorian Select will be granted to you when you reach 500 posts.

* The Role Playing Section has been revamped.

* The skin is now finished, This will be our skin for the Ancient Sith-Mandalorian Era.
