Every week I'll put a new character up. Here's my only rule you need evidence if you make a claim about the character.

Here's what you can do for Ginny!

- Declare your undying love or loathing for her.
- Predict her fate
- Discuss her character development
- Discuss her relationship with Hermione, Ron, and Harry.
- Discuss her insecurities
- Discuss your questions about her
- Post up music videos you have made about her
- Post up fan fiction with Ginny in it
- Post icons/manips/images of Ginny
- Post your poems/songs you have written about Ginny
- Talk about Ginny in the HBP

So get at it! I'll have my post about this young Weasley later.

- I don't hate Ginny, but I don't love her either, but I do think that she's the best match for Harry
- She'll live, and after Voldie's dead, she'll live a happy life married to Harry
- Saying from where she started in book one, I think she's really went from a minor character, to a major one, and has changed for the better
- She's become like sisters with Hermione, seen as a love interest with Harry, and Ron's just her brother, but he sees her as more than just a little sister now, he sees her more mature than she was
- I think the only insecurity that she had was her obsession with Harry.
- .....dont' have a question right now
- ....never made a music vidieo
- Broom Cupboard she's one of the two main characters in it. ^^ Being a Seer's Not All It's Cracked Up to be she's not in it much....but she's in the seccond chapter in a funny manor ^^"
- *doesn't have scanner to post picture that she made*
- ....none
- I liked Ginny in HBP. Especiall since she got together w/ Harry, and she was calm and understanding about Harry breaking up wtih her as well. (as far as we know) and didn't go on a rampage about it.

that's my veiws on the stuffs you asked about Ginny Weasly, who I am delusional and say will get together w/ Draco Malfoy. ^^

Q: Does the character of Ginny Weasley provoke feelings of hate, love, or indifference?
A: A lot of people enjoy and love the character of Ginny. Fan fiction writers for example love her to death because we know she’s a strong personality but do we really know her? Nope, so they have a good time turning her into something original for their plots. I like Ginny, I think she’s a stand up girl who can kick some ass, but at the same time I don’t feel comfortable saying I know her. The simple fact is I don’t know her as well as I know Ron, Hermione, and Harry. I will discuss Ginny in HBP later on but I still don’t think I know her—maybe a few more readings of HBP will change that to love.

Q: Do you feel that Ginny is doomed to death or will she live to have 100 babies with Harry?
A: Ginny’s fate is up in the air just like every other characters. My thoughts on the possibility of her dying is as follows. No. I don’t think she will die, important people will die of course, but I think that these kinds of deaths of Ginny, Ron, and Hermione are just something the reader could not get over to focus on what needs to be done. I don’t think JK Rowling will kill her off, and I do believe this will end happy even if it’s bitter sweet.

Q: What is her relationship with Hermione like?
A: A perfect sister-in-law relationship. *laughs* No seriously, Hermione gives Ginny advice on how to win over Harry—very sisterly indeed. And I’m pretty damn sure Ginny tells Hermione that her brother is a daft thick bloke who will eventually get the frickin’ point. I think Ginny and Hermione are pretty close and I think that is the one friendship that hasn’t been explored too much by JK and it was nice to get a hint of it in HBP.

Q: What is her relationship with Ron like?
A: The little sister who can hold her own against the overprotective brother who doesn’t know how to say he cares. They are the classic brother/sister who are close in age, to me they are equals and in HBP you definitely get the sense that maybe Ginny is above her older brother in maturity. I think Ron really loves his baby sister, and the incident in Chamber of Secrets turn him into a overprotective oaf lol and I more than imagine that they were really really close before Ron went off to Hogwarts. I also think Ginny loves her brother like any little sister would, worshiping him at 9 and defying him at 15.

Q: What is her relationship with Harry like?
A: I don’t know, to me we didn’t see very much of their relationship or their friendship. But I will admit they are good together Ginny can stand her own against the great Harry Potter, and Harry Potter is pussy whipped *laughs*. I think their cute together but I’m pretty indifferent they could get together or not get together and I wouldn’t lose sleep. I think there is something extraordinary happening though between these two and their relationship is not done yet.

Q: What do you think some of Ginny’s insecurities are?
A: She is the only girl in the Weasley family for a long while, that is immense pressure. Not to mention she has all these older brothers who are as stubborn as they are prideful with protective streaks a mile high. You can say she has forced herself to be a fighter, and to be a strong personality because that’s the only way she can get a word edgewise. I don’t think Ginny has insecurities now, I think we see her go through her insecure times in the second book through Riddle’s diary. That was when she felt alone, felt she had no one to talk to, and felt like her older brothers were ignoring her, not to mention she had a crush on the great Harry Potter. After the Chamber of Secrets we don’t really know how she overcame such a traumatic even, but she does which shows her strength. We also don’t know how she overcame her insecurities but I think that she has grown up real quick and real good. I think Harry would agree with me on that.

Q: Do you have any questions you would like answered about Ginny?
A: Yes, tons! She is a new character --- everyone screams “WHAT??!!!” *laughs*. To me Ginny doesn’t become a character till the fourth book. Now stop screaming at me! I’m not explaining why either! I would love to know what exactly happened with Riddle’s dairy. I would love to know how she bounced back how she delt with it. That’s the main points that I want clarified, chances are—I will be denied the information.

Q: Explain Ginny in HBP.
A: Ginny in Half-Blood Prince was brilliant. She became her own character and you get insight about who she is as a person. To me there were a few things I didn’t like, as a Ron/Hermione shipper for instance the way she yelled at Ron after he was being a boy about her kissing Dean. That alone proves the myth about the Weasley temper correct. She is sporty, she is tough, she is witty, she shares Harry’s sense of humor, and she gives Harry something to smile about through this extremely tough life. I like that. She is a good girl for Harry. But at the same time she is her own person, I wouldn’t call her “Harry’s girl” if I were to describe her to people. Why? Because I think that her character is stronger than her relationship with Harry. I liked Ginny in Half-Blood Prince, but I didn’t like how fast the Harry/Ginny relationship progressed.

Q: Does the character of Ginny Weasley provoke feelings of hate, love, or indifference?
A: I, personally, don't feel things so extreme as hate or love towards this character. However, I am leaning more towards dislike. She's changed much too abruptly from the gap between the fifth and sixth book and I don't like it much. It was too much.

Q: Do you feel that Ginny is doomed to death or will she live to have 100 babies with Harry?
A: I don't think she'll die. I, somehow, also don't believe she'll have 100 babies with Harry either. :D

Q: What is her relationship with Hermione like?
A: Ginny's the only girl friend that Hermione has, so I think Hermione values her friendship a lot. I also think that they were close because of the fact that they met and were acquainted very early on in the midst of all the boys. I think, though, that Ginny's moved on from Hermione over the years, found more friends that she can relate to and are wound a little looser than her. Hermione probably has noticed this, but also was so preoccupied that she didn't notice THAT much.

Q: What is her relationship with Ron like?
A: I agree with kaos in this. I also think that Ginny's a little b*tch towards Ron, which got on my nerves a bit. But hey ... I can't talk. I'm pretty much the same towards my little sister. Hypocrisy is sweet. :)

Q: What is her relationship with Harry like?
A: I always thought Ginny and Harry would get together, like a reincarnation of Lily and James. But after her transformation, I detested the relationship. I always imagined that she would be the calming voice behind Harry to keep his head deflated and to make sure he was still on earth. But I didn't imagine she'd snap at him and boss him around and act like she was the queen of the universe (which is MY position, thank you very much). So ... whatever.

Q: What do you think some of Ginny’s insecurities are?
A: Again, generally the same as kaos.

Q: Do you have any questions you would like answered about Ginny?
A: I'd like to know what happened with Riddle's diary too. I also want to know how she felt being discluded from the trio's ongoings, because she obviously knew about their activities.

Q: Explain Ginny in HBP.
A: Ginny became an overnight bee with an itch in HBP. But I won't blame her, because a lot of characters went through an incredible transformation in these books and surfaced as these completely new set of characters with entirely different personalities. I resented how much J.K. forced change onto every one. I liked how she was building up the change through each book, but I hated how she just dropped the weight completely on this one. It was a delicate book on its own, and her creating all these new atmospheres in characters like Ginny and Hermione made the book much heavier than it should have been. But that's my perception. I am hoping against hope that Ginny will cool her head off a little bit in the seventh book.

Yes, I'm a bitter fan on this topic. But that's part of the fun. :D
