May be you'll get here before there's a population cap, as it's been suggested by the mayor of the region on more than one occassion. He doesn't like the idea of just building houses (and large ones at that) for the sake of it on prime natural habitat. It's a fair point. Anyway, I apologise for not scribbling something sooner to you but 12 plus hour shifts have been the norm of late. PC
