Anyone for tennis? Posts: 654 Group: Admin Member #1 Joined: March 23, 2006	It means I get two minutes off to say hi to my online pals. Hello!!!! It means I get to clean the house because guests are about to arrive. It means the weather's about to warm up and there are more reports of dust storms and bush fires to contend with. Peeps from the UK are Brisbane bound on their way over from a short stopover in Perth. Sadly Perth's had bloody awful weather for far too long (past 6 months I think) and on the phone yesterday Perth was described as cold and cooler than it is in Britain. Whoops. Brisbane should see the other end of the fuse set alight. 33 degrees is forecast, 20 at night - another far too hot spring day in my mind. Mrs Pom's off to Perth at the weekend too. Just for a few hours (touchdown in Perth airport) before heading up north by plane again (another 2500 kms on top of the mammoth jaunt from Brisbane to Perth!) to a mining site somewhere in the mid to top end of WA. Hardly a busman's holiday. She a technical writer for the mining industry and likes to travel to far off exotic places. Unfortunately she's yet to discover such beauty in an underground or open cast mine. Guess she needs a real holiday... Tally Ho! - Caught your posting. Sad, sad, sad. This'll cheer you up! Anyone else got mad plans for the weekend? P.

Nowt too exciting happening this weekend unfortunately - out last weekend with the girls at the Winking Man Rock Night!!! Good fun and plenty of vodka was had by all! K
