There's a few of us that post from Qld, all suffering a long hard winter Brissie's expecting over 30 at the weekend! Madness, and very unusually. Members stretch from the Gold Coast in the south, through to Brisbane and up to the Sunshine Coast in the north. Not many of us so it's cosy rather than a full-on facebook sort of thing. We came out here (Sunshine Coast) a few years ago. I'm self-employed (apprentice millionaire - aka event organiser) and the wife's a technical writer for the mining industry after throwing in the towel as a pharmacist. If we can be of any help to you guys if you're looking to settle down in this region just ask a question in the main part of the forum and we'll do our best to help out where we can.
