Does anyone make words up to fit a situation/object.

No???????

Well it happens in our house and seems to be spreading through our friends.
We might all be mad,I dunno - but I really think an awful lot of peopledo this aand just don't say anything.

Here are some of our - more added as I remember them.
Feel free to add your own to The Lexicon of Slightly Useful Words.

Pinkle = that stange colour that is not pink, purple or lilac.

Flobble = the wobbly bit on a dog's chest ( mainly when they put on a bit of weight) PPS - we have to watch our 3 dog's diet as their Flobble's get big very quickly.

Ear - Puffs = Fluffy bobbles on dog's ears - yeah,we have Bedlington Terriers.

Tweazel = that splinter that will not come out with tweezers unless you dig that hard that you've done twice as much damage.

Hopsital = The place I could end up in after drunken antics. :rolleyes2: :rolleyes2:

Just adding................ "Legpits"

Having groomed the dogs yesterday(phew ,marathon 6 hr job) - I had to clip their armpits.
But hang on - a dog does not have arms, only legs.
So the correct term added to the Lexicon is...
Legpits.

This is gonna get a lot worse when I start to add terms for the boat/fishing
