Things are starting to change again in favour of those coming over here. That's got to be welcome news in a struggling UK housing market. Paul I did keep a real eye on it until I finalised some UK business last month. I thought the rate was not going to budge for a while so shifted the funds over. Not so bad as our lovely accountant informs me we can claim as a currency loss. I love this country and it's tax laws Hello from sunny Melbourne btw - just having a few days at an exhibition here

It was a visit to the Gift and Giving Fair. Mrs Tyke has a corporate gift business supplying car dealers and real estate agents. Very little for us to really see but a good excuse for a tax deductible break to Melbourne Thoroughly enjoyed it apart from coming back with a souvenir cold It's going up for sale soon - want more time to ourselves
