Grab a stool and put an order in at the bar - and tell us about yourselves. First rounds on us. Ask the daftest questions you are afraid to ask - bet those of us settled in Oz have asked them. I've even had one young arrival if I can write in Australian!!! Oh and BTW............ I'm Tyke and I'm a forum addict. There ,that feels better

Anyone for tennis? Posts: 654 Group: Admin Member #1 Joined: March 23, 2006	I don't care if there are just two of us on this forum, I'm posting every day. Even if it's a blog. I don't care. For ages (couple of years) now I've tried to get this forum alive. I've spent money with Google (what a waste of money that's been - here's the proof...) so read between the marketing lines. They'll probably tell me I'm using the wrong key words. Pah! Anyway, rant over. It's another beautiful day on the Sunshine Coast. I'm off to Brisbane today to go to the RACQ motoring festival. I went yesterday and arrived a day early! Yes, I know, I know... Paul. PS - I've joined British Expats. What a place that is! My inbox is full of replies from posts I make there. Always heaps and heaps of people. Mostly the same people. Mostly arguing... It's sad to think how many little forums struggled to get off the ground these last two years - and failed. Still. who's in this for the short term, eh? Thanks for the kick up the pants, Tallyho!

Very much feels like a Winter's day here - I'm not moaning though!! I did feel really sorry for some guests arriving this morning though - not the most welcoming weather but at least they are seeing it at it's worst. Just left them now - poor loves are really jet lagged

Hope it perks up ready for the summer hols soon- plus I'm camping for a week!! I always check in every day and try and post something - I apologise now if its no use to anyone but hey ho.
