We're caught up in this capital investment nightmare so we've been waiting since dec to find out whether our visa class is still valid. Anyway to cut a long story short we're gonna re apply for new visa class as we just wanna be there now. I think the last time I posted was just before we flew over for a reccie - we feel in love with the place and so can't wait to be living down under! Fingers crossed we'll get there eventually! Jo

If it's any consolation, we have had a rubbish summer with lots and lots of rain. Ok, so we needed it and the place is looking lush and green but, it was a lot of rain. As cath and aircon know we started our visa process 16 months ago - now in the process of re applying as we're caught up in the capital investment fiasco and we wanna be there in oz asap! We're hoping to move to sunshine coast - (bless you Cath! ) - but it obviously depends on where we can get jobs. Where abouts are you chick? Any news from anyone??? Jo x
