Hi,

Just reading the thread about Meet Up's but I'm not sure where you guys live. Are there any posters from Adelaide?

Cheers

We're in Montville, Sunshine Coast, Queensland.

I notice that our newest member, "newlife", lives in Hope Valley, Adelaide. Perhaps worth a pm?

Paul.

Cool, I think I will as I've never heard of Hope Valley! lol

My husband and I was just up where you live a couple of weeks ago. Shame I didn't know then. We could have popped in for a cold one.

I'm glad to be back in Adelaide though, your weather is far too humid for me. I was taking 3 showers a day!

I'll put one in the fridge for you next time

November was lovely up here. Stop yer whinging! It was cooler than usual and there was quite a lot of rain but it didn't seem to get in the way of work and play like it often does. Now it's become a tad sticky as summer rolls on.

I love the evenings here during the spring, summer and autumn when it's never too cold and the spring, autum and winter days when it's never too hot. That only leaves winter nights when it's rarely less than 6 degrees and I'm usually inside anway and summer days when air-con in the car and the shopping malls is a blessing. We don't have any in the house, die-hards that we are, but we're 400m above seal-level so it's rarely over 28 degrees anyway and the humidity is less than on the coast. Problem solved.

Did you get my PM?

Paul.
