Selling Uk Property; the new home pack

Anyone migrating from the England/Wales and are selling their houses:

Home Information Packs become law on 1 June! (£350 min)

The Pack must be prepared by the person marketing the property or their representative(a Trustworthy estate agent no doubt) and made available to buyers from 1 June 2007.

Properties on the market before 1 June 2007 won't need a Pack, unless it is unsold on 1 January 2008.

So may be worth getting it on the market before 1st of June to avoid the extra expense. x

Half way down this page it tells you whats compulsary...its things like heating efficency (cant spell that). Yes the buyers have a survey done as its structural.
