It was a high-performance race engine for a car. I know a bike is bigger, but I can't help think your shippers might do the same. Paul.

Would we have to pay for a container for it? if so we would be as well taking as much as we can fit in. we are getting quotes at the minute. the best thing to do is give the shippers a ring and ask someone to come out to give you a more specific quote. We reckon ours is going to be about £3.5k - 4k without insurance for a full 20ft container for our house move. which is a 3 bed semi contents. we get our first proper quote through on thursday so will let you know what they come back with.

Moderator - Croc. the yellow ribbon is for Maddy.x Posts: 464 Group: Members Member #21 Joined: October 29, 2006	not as much as we thought - we have had two quotes back. one is for 620cuft and came out at £2.3k other is for 620cuft and came out at £2.5k just waiting for one other this next week. we still need insurance on top of that though.
