After having been on a couple of forums the same dilemma comes up for people as to whether to use an agent or complete the process by yourself.

It would be good to see how it balances.

I would imagine it depends on your personal circumstances if you we're to do it DIY.

I did mine myself, and in all honesty, there was nothing that phased me. I think, that as long as you have a bit of common sense, then save your money and go DIY. ;)
