Moderator - Croc. the yellow ribbon is for Maddy.x Posts: 464 Group: Members Member #21 Joined: October 29, 2006	We are considering landing - getting hire car from the airport and then going to a hotel. Can anyone recommend any hotels which would be appropriate for us to stay for up to a week. 2 adults and 2 kids (aged 16 and 11).

We stayed with family last time we went over, but my auntie (in NSW) had a massive row as i was so tired and she wanted to take us partying and to the sights. Our orginal plan was to stay with family this time and my cousin wanted me too, but after the last time,we decided it would be best for me to get over the jet lag gently in a more calm way and get focused on the tax,medicare, mobile, money stuff etc. Plus we are going to NZ as soon as possible after we land and get stuff sorted to see our best friends who emigrated 18months ago. Plus my other best mate who lives in perth after emigrating 12months ago. These are long term best friends who I miss like crazy, so it has to be done I suppose. I have just emailed the short term let on the front page of the forum to see what sort of a deal comes through with that. It looks a lovely appartment.
