G'day Dave Well I can't recommend anywhere south of Brisbane because it's not my backyard. That's Gold Coast country and it's quite suburban in places and glitzy and tacky in others. The hinterland is really nice though. Mount Tamborine. Put it into google. Go north and the first big place you'll hit is Caboolture. Again, one for google. Big place, busy and it's ok. That's about 40 miles out. 60 miles takes you to the first of the real Sunshine Coast cities, towns and villages. Check out the main site under "About Us" - "Sunshine Coast" for more details. Happy reading. Paul. |

Coomera... Sounds like Woomera... An old missile testing station in South Australia. What made you decide to want to settle there Dave? Any pics? I'm going to have to dig out my A-Z... Paul. |

It is an up and comeing area between Brissie and Surfers. The QLD government are pumping BILLIONS of $ into the area. Google Coomera to find out more. |
