G'day Alan & Sylvi With regard to schools we're halfway through compiling some very useful info about all the schools on the Sunshine Coast. It won't be long now before we add this to the main web site and the new newsletter should contain some info too. This should help you in your decision making process. I'll drop you a line when it's ready. With regard to removals, we used John Mason a couple of years ago who were just a few quid cheaper (about 50 pounds) than Anglo Pacific and Britannia. The result was a broken cup handle from an antique set (super glued back), a damaged (dented and squashed) metal tool box and slightly marked wooden freestanding wardrobes. Apparently that's not bad for a 10,000 mile door to door crossing. It wasn't worth us complaining. You'll possibly end up with worse from just moving house locally as less care is often made in the packing process. Anglo Pacific support our site and they have a self assessment form - you click the items you've got and they give you a quote. Click on the Anglo Pacific revolving logo on any of our main web pages to be taken through to their site and the self assessment online quotation process. At least it'll give you an idea! Paul. |
