Plus I have a brilliant neighbour here who will let me use her house as though it was my own...whereas over there I will be reliant on strangers/family, so wanted to reduce the timings without any added worries/stress. How long is your stuff taking to get over??? They have quoted the same time scale. 8-12 weeks.
