Even citizens have costs to pay, on average i pay pr year for one primary school child $140 for books,stationary,paper etc $30 contribution fee $160 school camp $100 various other day trips I believe High School fees vary dependent on what subjects your child studies. As you may notice school here don't provide books etc like in the UK. Because of the visa you are on you would have additional costs to pay but i am unsure of the exact figures sorry.
