Sorry folks but I've been "off the boil" these last few days with countless amounts of paper-shifting (not half as much as Mrs Pom, mind). To cut to the chase, as someone who's looking at buying a property (or gaining a mortgage) this website that Jayne recommends is bloody marvellous. It just so happens that I've located the details of a property I'm interested in and note that it sold about 18 months ago, and I know the price it sold for too! This has helped in giving me a ball-park figure for offering a price. Thanks Jayne. Any more trick sites for the would be property buyers out there? Paul.
