You'll need to know where it is that you want to go but I'm sure you'll work it out. There are other reports that you can pay for too - no doubt full of great and lengthy info. The free version is a bit brief but there is still enough to whet the appetite and get a good back to back comparison. E.g. Is it a 'young area' to live or full of old folk - the male/female ratio for particular age groups? Typical house price fluctuations over a period, etc. etc. Give it a try. P.
