I don't know how the Commonwealth bank do it, but I hear they are (sorry, were) the only ones that offered this because - I understand that most migration agents send their (CB) stuff out with the migration forms. I figured it was because they were the only bank that had a branch in London? Anyway, good on HiFX for doing this. Trevor L
