For that I suppose you could look into the cost of a similar vehicle here. Be aware that it is a lot easier to buy in the same state as you're intending to live. Sometimes each Australian state (or territory) is treated as if it was a different country and its registration of vehicles is just like that. A vehicle that is registered in South Australia, for example, won't be in Queensland. Each state has its own number plate type. I've bought two vehicles recently, one from SA and one from Victoria. Both will need to be registered for Queensland, a costly process, or so I'm told.
