We've only just got around to sorting out health insurance and as for the recently announced tax rules, well, I haven't worked out how it's going to affect me yet. I suppose I'll have a better idea once the accountant runs through the figures. This'll keep you on your toes then. The tax year in Aus is from July 1st to June 30th. Not a lot of people know that! No, you didn't, did you... DS I did actually know when the tax year ran - for a couple of reasons really. One being a friend of mine trying to get her 139visa The other- my rellies always make a big deal of talking about their tax returns.
