He's also in Spy Kids 3-D, but you only get to see him for like five seconds and he only says like one line. Such a disgrace!

He a good actor, and is in a lot of movies.. I think he did a great job at frodo, just pj didn’t do a very good job in making him good… er… I mean, pj messed him up, made him wayyyy to weak… |

After seing Hooligans, I think he is cool and yes, I agree with you about his part as Frodo. He didn't make the movie by himself. It was indeed PJ. He made also Faramir more weaker than in the books. |

Although PJ portrayed Frodo as physically weaker than he should have been, he and Elijah did a beautiful job portraying Frodo's internal strength. Through the portals into Frodo's soul that were Elijah's eyes, I could see the reflection of fear, pain, determination, wisdom, and weariness that were all a part of bearing the ring. Even at his weakest physical moments, PJ and Elijah made sure that Frodo's inner strength shone through, even as that light became dimmer as the end neared. I know many people think that Elijah was too young (and too thin!) to play Frodo. Elijah seems wise beyond his years and I have no problem seeing him as Frodo, not only the movie Frodo, but also the book Frodo. Miss

Im Totaly agree with you Frodosmiss ! ..... I think the same ..... Elijah make a great job interpreting Frodo ! ...... I think its so hard act !!(really ! , im studing film director and it's SO hard !) , and i think he had much stress to can did it well ........and Peter Jackson had his own idea about how to can show the inner of Frodo ................. I think Elijah not interpret the out ,the strong aspect of Frodo .. because In the story the must important aspect of Frodo its that he was a pure and good soul ..... he's the only that can destroy the ring because he's purity ........ he has not evil ..... that 's the must important aspect in Frodo's Character ....... and Peter Jackson focus in that .......... and i think Elijah it's the only actor that can play it .. |

I completely agree with you Miss. I have seen Hooligans and Lij plays so great in it. He really places himself into a character and no matter which character he must play, he changes himself into it. I also liked him as the artful Dodger, he WAS him. And the same with Frodo. Lij didn't make Frodo weaker, PJ did it with this script, but still Lij played Frodo extremely cool and I didn't mind he was so young. I also agree with you Luthi  You said it right. It is tough to play a good character. |
