As you think up titles, advantages, weapon types, equipment abilities, whatever needs to be added, put it here! I probably won't say no. Spells have their own thread because I don't plan on deleting that one once we have a 'complete' system built. But even when I get this finished we'll probably be changing it a bunch anyway. XD Even so, to make things faster starting off, getting areas filled in will make things much nicer. This thread is mainly so I you people can work on this without randomly editing the pages and overwriting anyone's work due to people doing it the same time. On the other hand, it invites people to work on the system without me. Both hands yell together and say win-win! |

Well, got some title ideas. Unsure about specifics on the abilities, we can work em out if you like the titles. Paladin Champion of Light. Follower of a strict code of honor. Light's Grace - All regular attacks deal Holy damage. Dark Knight Nothing will stand in your way, whether it be a goblin or a child! Darkness - Use HP to deal extra damage. |

Hmm, maybe rework the wording on the advantages a bit. Light's Grace - Any attacks you make can be considered 'holy' damage instead of its previous damage type. Dark Sacrifice - Freely lower your Health to boost the damage of your attacks! While I'm at it, I think Dark Paladin's need to do evil things, follow an evil code, SOMETHING. Then again, maybe it's just me. I want more then one opinion here. |

Couple advantages: Sneaky - AGI+3 when sneaking, Starting a battle by attacking a target that doesn't detect you uses your AGI+3 to determine damage instead of the traditional damage calculation means. One with Nature - When surrounded by nature, you gain OBV+3, DMR+1, AGI+2 More then the 'any sub-stats +4 advantage, due to the flaw 'must be in nature' |

Annihilator Undead - (I guess this can be a level up for fearmonger or a variation?) You have been risen from your eternal sleep to wreak havok on the world once again. You possess no soul. Heartless- +5 Stamina due to the ability to allow pain go unnoticed Wail of the Forsaken- Causes enemies around you to stop in the tracks (Remember Redeads from OOT?) Conquerer- You have no soul. 1) Stamina isn't a stat. XD DMR+5 would be an interesting advantage, but not for being 'undead' 2) Freezing people in their tracks, an interesting skill, but I'd reword it a bit. I could see that on a character, but probably not a title. 3) You already had that choice, just expect the guards to stop you swiftly! So long story short, sounds more like a character idea then a title, to be honest. |

Mmm, agreed. We don't want titles to BE your character. They're just fun little enhancements that you can get while playing to keep things interesting.

Some Advantage Idea's throwing out here... Adrenaline Rush When low on health or about to lose a fight, you feel the energy really kick in! DMR +2 and POW +2 (when critical) Sleight of Hand Tricky handwork! You can re-act so fast and flawlessly your enemies (or friends) won't even see it! AGI +1 and ACC +1 Abs of Steel You could bounce a quarter off those things! Do you work out a lot? DMR + 1 Steriods You okay? Your acting a little hyper... STR +2 and ACC - 1 Like I said just some ideas...Thinking out loud here... |

I see no problems with them. Now, not to knock on anyone, since I did this myself, but... I'd like to see some more...CREATIVE advantages and titles. Stat increases are nice and all, but stuff like my two first submissions (Dark Knight and Paladin, titles) would be nice to see. Of course, if your idea cannot be done with stat increases, that doesn't mean I would rather not have it at all. Just would like to see a nice balance of stat advantages and titles and other ones. ...Hokai, ramble ends here. Let's see some moar idears!

Hokai, sorry for double post, but I just thought of a great idear for my Weapon Ability. I've been trying to figure this out for a while, but I think I've nailed it nao. Extended Movement The blessings of the Silver Dragon give this blade the ability to control wind for movement purposes, which can be controlled by the user. For example, a simple thrust motion could cause the user to move forward, even without stepping, while a downward slash could launch the user into the air. The ability's effect is based upon the level of the weapon. For example, a level 1 weapon would cause little hops or short steps, while a level 9 could launch you across towns! Need thoughts haer on if its good / needs improvement. I'll add more things later. |

I like the idea of advantages that have required triggers like low health. Neat-o. level-based equipment abilities, I hadn't thought about that. Actually, I like it. Now I got some stuff to work with a bit. |

Itemz! Smoke Bomb - Allows the user to stealth self. Success rate is based on AGI. Power Glove - Allows the user to lift large items not able to be lifted otherwise, such as trees, or push large items like boulders, whether in combat or out of combat. 3 uses per glove, items will do more damage based on STR stat. ((Bad idea, I know XDD)) Insta-Shield! - A small pill that when tossed at the ground, creates a barrier around the user that will reflect (DMR STAT) attack(s). Can be used once a battle. --- Pill - Raises --- +1 for the duration of the battle. |

Oooh, oooh! I've got an idea of something to add! I'm just not sure what you would consider it... Instruments! I mean, Lighty's got his mini-harp he carries around, and I'm sure others will have one of these just for the heck of it. Now, the only thing to decide is: Will they do anything in battle, and what exactly ARE they? They could be items, spells, or even...accessories? I'm not sure. Just throwin that out there. |

Honestly I think instruments are something we can leave right good out of here. They would probably be forgotten and never used, or someone who try to make an RP where people felt forced to use them. |

Well, how about we leave those as 'unlisted' items. I mean, the 'food' item is more of a joke then anything as it stands. I mean, your character doesn't need to spell out he has clothes on him to be dressed, why need to state having a musical instrument? Some equipment is just attached to skill, so anyone can assume once you have the skill you also have the item. Like lockpicks attached to thieves! |
