It isn't out yet, but will be within 2008.

But looking at the youtube video, you can't deny it's awesomeness. No levels? No class restrictions? Manual combat based on skill rather than attributes? Creating cities and kingdoms? Becoming an outlaw, or even a pirate? PvP anywhere to anyone? Building ANYTHING, including giant ships? And more?

I don't care if this is a P2P game or not, I'm going to play it and never stop.

Well, 5 months later, it's going into Beta.

Graphics aren't anything to boast about, but they aren't bad, and it's nessecary to have the amount of stuff they want going on in the same place at the same time.

The world is gigantic, with it's own lore, and almost everything is explorable. It isn't overcrowded with NPCs either, excluding hirable guards, mercenaries, and things of the like.

Everything promised earlier is in there.
