Fist of the North Star

Complete Classic on Intense mode (The whole thing would fit in the title box...) Choosing my best character (Wolf) as well as my personal control scheme (Tapping up to jump = no, C-stick for tilts), I jumped in on Hard mode because hopping in on Intense would be a lesson in mass pain. Hard mode went smoothly. A death or two, but overall, good. Too slow for Crazy Hand. Very Hard... ick. One continue, and Master Hand killed me TWICE. WTF, he hasn't managed that since Smash Bros 64. Intense... Ow. Got off a FS against Toon Link and the Mother kids, Lucario got his FS during stage 11 (Free-for-all match) but I avoided it as he went after poor Link, the space animals stage plopped me against GIANT WOLF which was immensely painful (He killed me twice) and HEY! Luigi and Peach got a lightning bolt, but the RNG favored me for once and Mario and I were made giants and raped them. One death (Or was it none, my brain just went blank) on Master Hand, DAMN he moves fast on Intense. Hey, Crazy hand trophy, woo! ... BEAT BREAK THE TARGETS STAGE FIVE IN HOW MUCH TIME?! |

I'd rather use my last golden hammer on something else anyway. Some more worthy, like I did with the Mewtwo trophy. Otherwise I'd have needed to beat All-Star on Intense. |

I assure you, it does. IIRC, Golden Hammers only cease to work on Boss Battle challenges, ironically, the biggest slice of bullshit ever in a Smash Bros game. No continues, 1 life, carry-over damage, and 500 million damned attempts later you get your ass kicked by the final boss's bloody instant kill attack. It's ju-- ....I've been watching too many Yahtzee reviews. >_> |

11. With Jiggles. Edit: Beat Classic on Intense with Lucario with 2-3 continues, All-Star with Diddy with 20-30 continues... >_> And Boss Battles on Hard with BOWSER of all chars, and Very Hard with Charizard rape. Squirtle took out Tabuu, though. Charizard's too slow to eliminate Tabuu with Rock Smash effectively. |

Jiggs was all sorts of ungodly nerfed. I used to Main Jiggs and C. Falcon, and am REALLY disappointed with the nerfs. On two related notes: 1. I got 12 Kills with Ivysaur. Yes. Ivysaur. 2. You're most likely not aware Cruel setting has been reworked. You no longer fight them head on, as that is now literally next to impossible. The most common methods are exploiting their tendency to suicide. |

Mhm, tether characters are the ones I work the best with, which basically means ZSS and Ivy, seeing as there is NO WAY IN HELL you can pick enough Pikmin for a good enough chain with Olimar. After that, Pit, Jiggly, Wario, and Kirby for going under the stage. Finally, I like using Ike and Kirby's Up+B the least as far as spam goes. |

Too lazy to read this whole topic, but: 1. USE CHARIZARD FOR BOSS BATTLES. His rock smash is amazing. I've even seen a vid of someone beating boss battles on co-op with 2 charizards in 23 seconds. Also charizard can kill Tabuu before he gets off the butterfly waves of doom. 2. For cruel brawl, use jiggly. Get on one ledge, jump out to the side, then do some jumps under the stage and pound onto the opposite ledge. Repeat back and forth under the stage. Hopefully the wire frames will suicide as they try to attack you. 3. For classic and all-star, intense really isn't too difficult. I'd reccomend ROB as he has amazing priority, long range, can laser/gyro to keep the opponent away, and has amazing recovery. 4. For btt, I'd reccomend Falco for levels 1-3, ZSS for level 4, and Toon Link for level 5. They seem to be the fastest, easy strats on the respective levels. Also not having wi-fi for my wii sucks :/ |

Did Intense All-Star and Classic. Used gold hammer for the Level 5 Target test in 30 seconds. (I think, it was one of them that was in red) For level 1 TT, I used of all characters, G&M. He was faster than Sonic. HOW?! I have NO IDEA. Level 2, I don't know. I did that one without knowing how long it took. Level 3, never did finish. Level 4, Sonic is the only one fast enough. |

...the btt challenges are some of the easiest ones. If you really need strats (note that these are from memmory, so I don't remember the exact strats: ~ 2 ~ Falco 1. Grab grab the deku nut, jump up to the step on your left, and smash throw the nut to the right to hit the target above the start. 2-4. Jump onto the platform with the smart bomb and fire two lasers to the left. One should destroy a target, and one should hit a box which will in turn hit two targets. 5. Jump and laser the nearby left target. 6-7. Jump up to the upper area and lay the smart bomb to hit the two right-most targets. 8. Run, jump and attack the closest target on the left. 9-10. Double jump, and laser the last two targets as you are falling. This can easily get sub 10 seconds, let alone sub 19. ~ 5 ~ Toon Link 1. Double jump and get the target above you. 2. Jump to the platform with the cracker launcher, pick it up and shoot the uppermost target. 3. Get on the edge of that platform and aim downwards, then fire a cracker. It should obunce off a wall and hit the target below you. If this is too hard, simply throw the cracker launcher into the target. If you didn't throw the launcher, get on the right side of this platform, and smash throw it to the left. If you did this right, it should end up hitting the two lefternmost targets as it falls. 4. If you couldn't get the launcher throw right, go back onto the starting platform and throw a bomb at the left target. 5-6. Drop down next to the falling platforms and spin slash or boomerang the target on the left. Continue falling and arrow or bomb the bottom-left target. 7-8. Jump onto the platform with the beam sword. Stand directly on top of it, and smash throw it right. It should bounce off of the wall and hit both targets beneath you. 9-10. Pull out a bomb, and throw it to destroy the target behind the wall. Then simply jump, jump, up B to get the last target. If for some reason that doesn't go high enough, either use the platform for help or pull out a bomb before hand so it can blow up on you to regive you your up B. ~ 4 ~ Pikachu 1. Get the target to the right of you, then continue onto the top-right platform. 2. Wait for 3-4 seconds for a target to come up through the ice. Destroy it. 3-4. Run far to the left and use electricity to hit the target moving towards you. Also use electricity to hit the last target on the upper level. 5. Drop down, and run to the left a bit and use electricity to hit the target there 6. Run to the right, drop of the edge, and smash attack the target when it passes through the ice. 7-8. Run left and attack the target above you. Depending on how fast you've been going, there may or may not be a second target here. If there is, destroy it, if there isn't, it should be somewhere on the screen, so just get it. 9. Go to the lower level and hit the bottom-center target. 10. Continue going to the right and jump off the edge, using down B when you fall enough to hit the final target. |

Another method with Sonic for Lv. 2: Hit the target immediately to the right with an Aerial, do NOT grab the Deku Nut. Jump up again and Spring Jump up to the platform. Throw the Bomb STRAIGHT up, and pray it isn't a dud. Just to your immediate left, break the target and push the box. Jump up and while the box is in motion, knock out the final three targets, with or without the Cracker Launcher. |
