Hello All,



As many of you are aware we have had some technical issues that have been causing various issues for a select group of our players. We have tried to resolve this issue in the best way we can, unfortunately there is no perfect scenario. The 'rollback' that many players have experienced cannot be fixed, however the issues causing those rollbacks can.



We have a resolution to these issues now and we will be offering compensation to those who have been affected by this issue. While we will not be able to fully replace the items and time that may have been lost as a result of the rollback, we are offering not only Maple Points for items lost, but we will be awarding with 2x exp cards to our affected players as well as a 2x exp/drop event through Sunday night!



We offer our most sincere apologies for this error and we believe that the following will help all those who have been affected by the rollback.





Below are the items that will be compensated FOR AFFECTED PLAYERS:



-          Extend expiration date for 2x EXP Cards, 2x Drop Cards, Store Permits, and Hired Merchant items (if expired, we will give Maple Points)

-          Award Maple Points for used Owl of Minerva, Safety Charm, and VIP Teleport Rock items

-          Award Maple Points for used gachapon tickets that resulted in lost ETC items

-          iTCG items will be replaced to players via Delivery System during next server check

-          We will fix marriage statuses for affected couples.

-          Players who lost EXP and mesos due to roll back will be given 2x EXP cards (all day – 4 day ticket)



Things that will be fixed today:



-          Expiration dates will be extended

-          iTCG items will be sent via Delivery System during next server check

-          Marriage statuses will be fixed

-          2x EXP Cards will be given out

-          Trade/Block/Ranking will be fixed



We are currently still evaluating player losses by cash items and iTCG items.  We hope to systematically find the affected players and award Maple Points next Wednesday, November 28th, during Server Check



We offer our sincere apologies to all of our players for the instability in the service over the past week.  We hope all of you can understand that we are doing our very best to rectify the situation so that you can enjoy MapleStory over the holidays.  To kick things off again on a positive note, we will be running a Double EXP and Drop event for ALL of our players from Wednesday through Sunday 8 am to 8 pm (Today?s double EXP and Drop event will start after the Server Check).  For those affected players that lost time due to the rollback, this will mean FOUR TIMES OR QUADRUPLE EXP throughout the event.
