Yep. Another crappy boring battle topic. This time, you all cooperate! And it's an endless battle with lots of enemies. There will be a boss every 5 waves, and this boss requires cooperation. With everything else, you can take every opportunity to backstab and steal all of your ally's rewards. To start: Something easy. *6 soldiers clad in blue armor wielding small daggers emerge from the gate.* One more thing: Godmodding is strictly prohibited. So is the act of deciding if your attack hits a boss. The little soldiers I don't care as much about. In addition, you can use anything that appears in the area. And most of your characters innate abilities are removed. They can be retrieved by collecting some items inside treasure chests. *4 treasure chests appear in the 4 corners of the area* *2 bombs resting inside plants appear on the east and west wall* *A shed-like building appears at the southern wall* *The soldiers emerge from a gate at the north wall* ...Have fun discovering the traps, too. |

Eh. *Adder the Necromancer pops up out of nowhere* *no, he doesn't have a merc because if he did, he'd be broken and that's no good* *and he also doesn't have Beast (which gives him Fanaticism), that would also make him broken* *anyway, he creates six Skeletons from some corpses and summons a Clay Golem* *the summoned begin attacking stuff while Adder casts Decrepify* Skeletons in D2 are nowhere near fragile or weak; one Skeleton is strong, two are formidable, three are dangerous, and four or more are overkill. Just be glad he doesn't have a merc. |

Okay. I'm gonna have to limit your summoning, AI. Don't want too much chaos. Try using the stuff placed throughout the area. Such as the treasure chests... Bomb Flowers... Basically, you need to go into a cave or a building when the bomb explodes. Otherwise, you die. It'll explode in 9 turns, or when it's attacked 9 times. *Pokes shed* Closest Soldier: *Vanishes the moment he's beheaded* (Yeah, enemies vanish when they die. Why was I so strict against Curse Explosion working? This is why. You're lucky you have skeletons.) Other 3 soldiers: *Are already running toward the giant bomb* Giant Bomb: 9 turns. |

Necrosis: Well, not necessarily... There are, in fact, alternate versions of the Necronomicon. The most useful one I've found tells you how to walk through the gates of death, and how to use the seven bells of a Necromancer. For instance, Astaroth, the Weeper, kills everyone who hears it. Including the ringer, which is why it's a last resort thing. But enough of me... GRB: But Divine Protection is that wonderful Paladin shield bullcrap that protects you from absolutely EVERYTHING and is unbreakable until it wears off or the Pally cancels it. Which is why Ultramind hates Paladins. In fact, if you look at any planet he's conquered from outer space, you can see at least one point where the hive clusters are positioned to spell out "I HATE PALADINS." In any case... *Shoots the Bomb twice and then leaps into a shed and closes it* |

GRB: *Shoots bomb twice and goes inside* Soldiers: *Mindlessly hit the bomb 3 more times* Giant Bomb: 0 turns. *Explodes* *When the smoke clears, there is nothing. No bombs, no grass, no fountains... Barely any shed. The treasure chests, however, are still there. Despite one being in the middle of the freakin' explosion. There is also a massive dent in the area where it used to be.* *Gate opens* *5 heavily (And I mean HEAVILY) armored soldiers wielding massive balls and chains emerge* *They start swinging wildly, knocking even the indestructable treasure chests around* |

GRB: ... Can I have my Spartan Laser now? Please? Aw hell... Ummm... *Pulls out a rather large spellbook, licks a finger, and leafs through it at obscene speeds* Dadadada... AHA! *Closes spellbook, puts it away, and casts Seed of Corruption on one of the soldiers* Seed of Corruption causes shadow damage for 18 seconds. Once times up, the second explodes, causing additional damage to the pour sap who it's imbeded in, and anyone standing near him. Also... *Uses Immolate and then Conflagrate on another soldier, and then backs away and watches as the conflgrated soldier runs around on fire* Immolate doesn't do that... but when you're Conflagrated... 1. You take lots of damage. 2. You run around on fire, screaming your head off, because Conflagrate is much stronger flames. |
