It SUCKS. Every sublevel (except 4 and 8) is covered with bomb-rocks and vicious enemies. I entered with a full 100 Pikmin once, and came out with only 68, and I didn't even get everything. I DESPISE of those Bomb-rock snitchbugs, and how you can easily throw Pikmin off the ledge. And don't you dare get me started on that boss at the end, he's pure hell. (is he the so called Man-at-Legs?) Any tips on how to beat this cave? |

Yes, that is the Man-at-Legs. The Subterranean Complex is hell for just about everybody, though you got to admit the music's good in some of the sublevels. My advice for Man-at-Legs? Stock up on Ultra Spicy and Bitter Sprays and spray to your heart's content. |

Well... first dismiss your Pikmin and leave them with a Captain, then use the other Captain to look around the area, defeat weak enemies, (Dwarf Bulborbs, etc.) and set off any bomb rocks lying around. Then rejoin the group of Pikmin, choose a path, and hope all goes well. Also, the game saves after every sublevel, don't be afraid to use the Reset button if things go wrong. |

1. The reset button gets annoying. 2. The bomb rocks sometimes reappear (like the ones from the Dweevils) 3. You can't just go right through the sublevel, you have to get the treasure. |

1. I sit near my Gamecube where I play, maybe you should relocate yours. 2. What Dweevils? You set those off, and they don't come back. If you're talking about the Careening Dirigibugs, you kill those with Pikmin. 3. Um, DUH. |

I have tips... First, always get the captian to observe each area. After finding the treasure, beat the creature and take it back to the ship. Second, if you don't want to lose any Pikmin, always Soft Reset (not reset with the GCN button, use X + B + Start). Third, when facing MAL, use Purple Pikmin ONLY. Spray them with a Spicy Spray, then throw them onto MAL. When he is going to attack, take cover with your Purples. Repeat with the Spicy Spray and throwing, and he will be dead in no time. |
