Ok, since I have no idea for a plot in IWI, I'll just write this here fake AC:WW story about how EVIL Tom Nook and Crazy Redd are. Note that I'll overexaggerate a lot of things and in this story, I'll have neighbors that I don't in my game. Neighbors: Filbert the squirrel, Hazel the squirrel, Rolf the white tiger, Wolfgang the wolf, Lobo the wolf, Pierce the hawk, Mitzi the cat, and Opal the elephant. Why didn't I put this in the Fanfic forum? Well, I put a lot of my topics in Spam-a-lot. The alarm clock went off. I hit the desk several times to turn it off, but the clock was still making that racket. I grabbed the nearest thing and hit the desk with it, and a crashing noise followed. I opened my eyes to find out that I had grabbed my prized Fishing Trophy and broke my clock with it. Oh well...time to go shopping for a new clock. Suddenly, a ninja popped up out of nowhere holding a Whire Katana! My older brother Dominic took the katana and said, "I told you not to touch my stuff!" The ninja took off his hood. It was just my younger cousin Forte. He whined, "But I can't be a ninja with a sword!" Dominic blinked and said, "You're not related to me, are you?" He went downstairs to the kitchen. I turned to Forte and said, "You know him and his sword collection. Be careful, kiddo." I went outside and ate an orange from a nearby tree. I'll eat a proper breakfast later. At Nookington, Tom Nook was acting very strangely today...well, stranger than usual. As I was inspecting an item, an axe flew out of nowhere and stuck itself into the wall. I turned around, and Tom Nook says, "****! I missed! Wait...uh, you didn't hear that!" He shoved me outside and closed down the store. Something's going on here... More later. |

I was getting hungry, so I walked back to my house. Then I realized that I didn't check my mail. There was only one letter. A death note. It didn't say who sent it to me, just a poorly drawn skull with a knife through it. I threw it away, having lost interest in it. I walked inside, and I saw Forte watching our new widescreen TV. He said, "Redd's here today." Ugh. Crazy Redd. The biggist con artist I have ever met. I said contemptuously, "He can go jump into the river. I'm not falling for his tricks again." Forte turned around and replied, "I heard he's selling a Triforce." As if. "So what? Dominic already has 7 of those." Forte shrugged and said, "Great, he can start a collection." I gave up the "argument" and grabbed an apple from the fridge. Dominic walked in somehow holding a Tuna. I asked him, "What did you bring that home for? We already have 3 of those." He said, "Well, yeah, but Nookington is closed. Maybe I'll just stick it in the fridge and have sushi for dinner." Nook. "Hey, speaking of Tom Nook, he's been acting strangely lately. An axe appeared out of nowhere, and Nook muttered, 'I missed!' Then he threw me out," I said. "Eh, he's always been insane. Following you in the store, making you work for him, overcharging you for a room the exact same size as the other one, saying weird things, the list goes on and on," Dominic replied. After lunchtime, Nookington was open again. This time, Nook had a strange grin on his face and a red blot on his shirt. He claimed it was ketchup, but I fear it may be something else. The axe was gone, and so were Timmy and Tommy. I stood there for a few moments, then I ran out of the store. Pierce ran up to me, and he explained that he wanted to come up with a secret greeting. After some thought, I said, "Fear the RAWK!" He seemed to be glad and said it sounded cool. I guess he played Paper Mario. Then Opal ran up to me and said, "Have you seen Dominic?" I replied, "Yes...he's my brother." She seemed shocked. I was shocked. Didn't she see the resemblance? Opal said timidly, "Listen, can you keep a secret? Of course you can! Look, I sort of, kind of, maybe have a crush on him." Oh my god. What did she eat for lunch? "What? Why? He's a gothic kid who runs around with a rose in his mouth and a knife in his hand!" Opal smiled dreamily. "I know!" she said. Ok...now she's scaring me. "Right...that's too scary a secret to tell. You can count on me." I said while backing away slowly. Good lord, what's next? 5 hours later, I pushed the plate away. "Yeah, that was some good sushi..." I mumbled. Then I realized that it was Saturday. K.K. is coming to The Roost. I walked there, and when I went down the stairs, I saw Crazy Redd holding the Master Sword and fighting Brewster! Brewster was unarmed, but K.K Slider appeared out of nowhere and hit Redd on the head with his guitar. Unfortunately, Redd stabbed Brewster before he fell unconscious. With his last breath, Brewster gasped, "Redd...Nook...evil...too late...death...leave Kurast..." K.K. half-mumbled, "He's right. Redd and Nook are undead liches, even though they may not seem like it. You got to get out of here, man. Don't face death like Brewster had to. Be free...and alive." I'm doing this out of sheer boredom, don't hurt me if it sucks. |

K.K. pointed to the stairs. "Get out of The Roost. Redd won't stay unconscious forever." I did as he told me to. I ran. As fast as my legs could take me. I ran across town to my house. Gasping for breath, I swung the door open. Thank goodness, Tom Nook hasn't gotten to my house. Dominic was watching TV. He turned around, and asked cautiously, "Uh, Enker, is something wrong? What happened? Why is your face red?" "I, uh, I ran a marathon. Yeah, I felt that I wasn't getting enough exercise," I answered. "I mean that your face is literally red," Dominic said. Oh crud. I had no choice to tell him. I explained, "Ok, look. Here's the thing. I was going down to The Roost to get another bootleg of K.K.'s songs, but Redd was there. He killed Brewster with a Master Sword. Brewster told me to leave Kurast while I could, before Nook and Redd kill us all. They're undead liches, and they won't die easily." Dominic turned the TV off, and he yelled, "Forte! Get down here! We have a situation!" Forte came scampering down the steps. "What? What's the problem? Is the town on fire?" I shoved him to his room. "Don't ask any questions, just take all of your prized possessions and some food. We're leaving," I hastily said. More later, I need to restart my computer because I downloaded a new version of Winamp. |

Here's some things you should probably know... Enker: The main character, the story is in his point of view. He is 12 years old, and the first in his family to move to Kurast. Dominic: Enker's older brother, he's not one you want to mess with. He always has a black rose in his mouth. He is a member of the Iron Wolves clan. He is 15 years old, and he is not much of a people person. Forte: Enker's younger cousin, he is every bit the kid. He is 9 years old, but smart for his age. Filbert the Squirrel: I know he's actually a chipmunk, but squirrel sounds better. >_> Filbert is 12 years old, and Enker's best friend. He's a lazy but nice beast, and as long as there are potato chips, video games, and fish in the world, he's happy. He can be really serious and, oddly enough, smarter during dire situations. Hazel the Squirrel: Hazel is a friendly and forgiving beast, and also sensible. She's a good friend of Forte and Enker, and she likes gardening. She is 14 years old. Rolf the White Tiger: Rolf is pretty much like Dominic. Except he's not as cold and he's not gothic. They're actually good friends, even though Rolf keeps owning Dominic in fishing contests. Rolf is 15 years old, and a proud member of the Iron Wolves clan. Wolfgang the Wolf: Founder and president of the Iron Wolves clan, Wolfgang spends his time collecting carnivore fossils, turning his house into a haunted mansion, and arguing with his twin brother Lobo. Wolfgang is 16 years old. Lobo the Wolf: Vice president of the Iron Wolves clan, Lobo is more social than Wolfgang or Dominic, but not by much. Lobo is more of a fisher than a fossil-collector, and his dream is to catch a Shark and a Hammerhead Shark. Lobo is 16 years old. Pierce the Hawk: Pierce is an athlete. He loves bug-catching and thinks fishing is too slow and too boring. He is a risk-taker and a jumper-to-conclusions. He is 12 years old, and he is like a brother to Forte. Mitzi the Cat: Mitzi is a social beast, but sometimes she likes to relax in her garden. She is very good friends with Hazel, and they often have gardening contests. She is 13 years old. Opal the Elephant: Now Opal is just plain weird. She is a snob, and cares most about clothes. She is most likely to be seen shopping for clothes or watching a romance movie. Or putting on too much makeup. Or name-calling others because they have poor taste in clothes. You know, what rich snobs always do. Opal is the richest beast in town. The weird part is that she's letting all of those romance movies go to her head because she has a crush on Dominic! She is 13 years old, and needs to get a life. |

I was gathering all of my stuff when Dominic handed a Black Katana to me. "For self-defense," he said. "I have another one." "Thanks," I said. The way I saw it, we're going to need it. Then I thought of something. "Why don't we use Gyroids to protect us?" I asked Dominic. "Way ahead of you," he answered. A line of Gyroids marched out the door. "Armed with slingshots, shovels, and axes." Forte appeared in the doorway. I motioned him to follow me. The 3 of us stepped out, and Filbert had appeared out of nowhere. He asked, "Uh...are you moving or something? Did I pick the wrong time to visit?" Oh crud. I totally forgot! Filbert shrugged. "Don't worry. I was just coming over to tell you that I won't be able to make it. Brewster's funeral is today," he said. "We'll be there," I replied. At the lake, everyone showed up. It was 8:00 PM. There was something in the water, but I couldn't tell what it was. I whispered the tale of Tom Nook and Redd to the nearest villager, then I told him to pass it on. I looked back at the lake, then I saw Blather's head! The stuff in the lake is blood! Everybody turned around to see what I was looking at, and they screamed. Chaos ensued, but all was silent when the evil laughter of Nook was heard over the noise. I issued commands to go to the newly-made dock. Kapp'n got a new job as the captain of a grand cruise. 3 years seemed to pass by as we waited for Kapp'n. Finally, a dark shape loomed over the mist and an anchor dropped to the sand. Everybody scrambled to board the ship. The villagers seemed to feel secure while on the cruise. Forte was talking to Pierce. "Are we going to die? Are Nook and Redd going to kill us all?" he asked nervously. Pierce replied, "Hey, don't worry. I'll look after you. And we're going to get out of this situation!" I hoped his words were true. Glancing behind, I saw Opal holding a plate of food and Dominic. "Why, hello there, Dominic! Fancy meeting you here!" she said joyfully. Dominic rolled his eyes and answered, "You've been following me ever since we got on the cruise." Opal was suddenly interested in the food in her plate. "Er, why, yes, there's a good reason for that. My, this is quality fish!" she said. She started walking towards Dominic, but I tripped her. Dominic looked at Opal, then he looked at me. Then he said, "She's her own worst enemy." |

I checked my watch. Something's wrong...the nearest coastal city isn't an hour away. When I looked over the side, there was no land in sight. Then I realized what was happening. The boat was going in circles! When we least expect it, it'll head back to town where Nook and Redd will be waiting! I ran to Kapp'n, but he was tied up and everything. I released him, and I asked, "Who's driving the boat?" He muttered one word: "Redd!" Just what I feared. There was no way to get out of this...unless... Suddenly, a scream pierced the air. I ran outside to see Nook holding an axe and standing over terrified Celeste. I took my Black Katana and stabbed him. He fell over, but I knew he wasn't dead yet. I threw his body into the sea, and I disposed of Redd the same way. As I watched the bodies float away, I mumbled, "Good riddance!" Drizzle started to fall. By the look of the clouds, this light rain will turn into a massive storm. I directed everyone to go inside. In a few minutes, the drizzle became a storm, complete with thunder and lightning. I stared outside the window, even though I couldn't see anything besides the occaisional lightning. Something troubled me, but I didn't know what it was. A strange feeling compelled me to take a flashlight and look outside. Trying to keep steady, I looked around to find out what was bothering me. There he was! Nook! Back from his watery grave with his axe! I walked backwards to avoid his wrath, but the cruise jolted and I fell. I started to crawl backwards to what I thought was the door, but it was just the wall. Nook took slow steps towards me, and just when I thought I would be killed... CRACKA-BOOM!!!!!!! I opened my eyes to see that Nook had been struck by lightning! Of all the things that could happen! Every hair on his body was standing up like needles. His paws were stuck to the axe handle, which disintegrated instantly. The red-hot axe blade make a sizzling sound with every raindrop that fell onto it. If Nook wasn't the living dead, he would be dead as the proverbial doornail. I kicked his carcass into the sea once more, and I crawled back inside. |

With the rising sun came a new day. I climbed out of bed and stepped outside. It was a bit foggy, and there was an awful chill. Not a promising omen. Oddly enough, it was still foggy when midday came. Suddenly, there was a grinding sound as the cruise ran aground. (Wow, rhymes!) The fog cleared up, and we were back in town. I could barely recognize it, though. What was once glorious Kurast was gone, destroyed, or ablaze. There were no buildings, no trees, no grass. it was a horrible sight to behold. Me and the others got out of the cruise. We didn't have a choice, for the cruise refused to move. Fortunately, there was no sign of Nook or Redd. An eerie shriek sliced through the fog. I ran a few steps and tripped over something. I got up, and I was staring into the lifeless eyes of Pelly! I ran as if a thousand armed Gyroids were chasing me, and when I met the others, I recalled my experience. It wasn't safe to stay in barren Kurast. We sat in a circle around a campfire as we tried to formulate a plan to escape. The scouts, Hazel and Filbert, returned and told us that the gate was left wide open and there was an old train station and a train behind it. Kapp'n was still with us, and he explained that he knew how to drive a train. However, our Gyroid armies are slowly dwindling as Redd and Nook use hit-and-run tactics to get them out of their way. We had limited time and a small chance of doing this. I lied down on my sleeping bag. It was not easy to sleep that night. The villagers arose, and it was time for another meeting around the campfire. Pierce stepped forward. "Ahem. Now, Enker, Forte, and what's-your-face, us beasts fell into slumber much later than you did. During that time, we have come to the conclusion that you can not escape from Kurast without sacrifices. Therefore, two of us must stay behind to command the Gyroid armies and seal the gate so you and others can live to fight back another day. Sad concept, I know. But it must be done! Nook and Redd will be trapped, for even with their persistance, they won't be able to destroy the walls, and they can't swim. So, who will go?" |

Pierce looked around. There was no answer. Opal sneered. "You came up with the plan, why don't YOU go?" He looked a bit shocked. "Erm, well, exactly! I am the plan-come-upper, thus I am granted the permission to leave Kurast with my limbs intact." More silence. Finally, Wolfgang stood up. "If you yellow-bellies are too cowardly, I, Wolfgang the great, will fend off Nook for you lot." Lobo looked significantly nervous. "Uh, Wolfgang, you sure about this?" A look of forlornness crossed Wolfgang's face. "Life's just not worth living anymore when you don't have a home and a complete Tyrannosaurus Rex fossil." The canines sat down, and Pierce stepped forward once more. "Yes, are there any other brave souls?" The only voice that could be heard was that of the wind. Pierce frowned. "Right then, dismissed. The plan will be put into action today." An hour later, as I was lounging about, Filbert walked up to me. "Look, Enker. It's been great and all, but I've decided to be one of those who will stay in Kurast." "Surprised" is not the word for how I felt. "Are you crazy? Listen, we can make it out, the two of us, we can stay friends." Filbert shook his head. "I'm sorry, Enker, but this is something I have to do. Like Wolfgang said, life isn't worth living anymore if you've got no home, no possessions, and no food." I sighed. Filbert seemed really determined about this. "Alright then, if you're really sure about this. Take my Golden Shovel. I already have 5 of them." He nodded. "Glad you understand. I hope you'll always remember me. Just don't go nuts or anything." He walked away with a Golden Shovel in his hand. I started to follow him, but then I heard voice. I looked around a tree to find Wolfgang and Lobo. Lobo was trying to convince Wolfgang out of going. "Please, don't go. We can make it out, the two of us, together." Wolfgang frowned. "Sorry, but you heard what I said. There's no changing my mind. But here...you can have this." He handed Lobo a capsule holding a creature of some sorts. Lobo looked astonished. "This is a Metroid...your most prized possession, the one thing you treasured most over your T-Rex fossil." Wolfgang half-smiled. "No use for the dead." Lobo put away the Metroid. Filbert emerged next to Wolfgang. "We're ready to go." For the first time ever, a single tear spilled down Wolfgang's rough features. "Farewell..." The midday sun shined brightly. We were able to get to the gates, but then, somebody shouted, "Ambush!" Nook and Redd jumped from the bushes with fivescore of Gyroids! Filbert, Wolfgang, and our army of Gyroids held them off while the rest of us boarded the train. It was taking Kapp'n quite a while to get it running. I opened the window and yelled, "Filbert! Sling that shovel away, run for the train! Come on, we'll pull you in! Throw the shovel away!" Filbert stepped away from the battlefield, letting the Gyroids handle it. Nook emerged from the carnage, grabbed a nearby axe, and limped towards Filbert. He called back over his shoulder to me. "Get away from here, Enker! Get away! I ain't going nowhere! This is as good a day to die as any. Remember me, remember Kurast. You'll be back to avenge me and the other souls, I know you will. Now go, don't waste the chance we gave you! He had no more time for words. Nook was upon him. Chopping the shovel handle with a few vicious strikes, Nook ran through Filbert with his axe. I saw and heard everything. I'll never forget this moment. The train started to move, and it quickly gained acceleration. One day, I will have revenge... I woke up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. As I was walking back to my room, I saw a bloody axe....and Harriet's headless corpse! I stifled my scream and grabbed a conveniently placed flashlight. There was no one else in the room but me. But something had to have killed Harriet, and I learned the answer to that pretty quickly. It was Redd! I yelled and grabbed the bloody axe. Redd was shocked for a split second, and that was all the time I needed. I sliced Redd in half, then I chopped him up into little fleshy chunks, screaming all the while. Suddenly, the light turned on. I turned around, and Dominic was standing in the hallway, looking quite surprised. He backed away. "Uh...carry on." I put the remains of Redd in a bag, then I threw it out the window. Good riddance! I strolled back to my cabin, knowing that the world has been rid of 1 more evil. Next morning, all of the special characters had disappeared, except for Kapp'n. They must've got off the train at a town. Yeah. I'll just keep telling myself that... |

We were low on food, so the train stopped in Boondox, my hometown. At first, I barely recognized it. I had made many donations to Boondox, and now, it looks awesome! I met my parents and my aunts and uncles and the rest of the family. They seemed happy to see me, and gave me many gifts. However, while I was lying awake during the night, I realized that something was not right. Every so often, I caught a glimpse of a shadow of a fox or a raccoon. They're watching, waiting, and my own family is unaware of the danger. But it was too late to tell them... I was awakened by a dagger tickling my nosetip. "Wakey wakey, Enker..." a creepy voice rasped. I opened my eyes, and Nook was staring at me right in my face. His mouth was smeared with dried blood, and he was using a sharpened piece of bone as a toothpick. "Your family was delicious. Now it's your turn!" He pulled out a cleaver. Before he could stab me with that giant knife, I rolled out of the way...and into the river. Nook jumped into the river, and when I turned around to see how far back he was, I was so surprised, I almost stopped swimming just to laugh at him. He was outrageously fat, and he was rolling around in the river, trying to swim or get back on dry land. Frankly, it was hard to tell what he was trying to do. Nook hissed at me. "That darn Redd! 'Wake him up and eat him,' he said. 'It's much more satisfying to hear their screams as they die a slow death,' he said!" After a few seconds of trying to stifle my laughter and miserably failing, I started to swim again. When I became tired, I looked at the bottom of the river. It was noticably deeper, and the current was noticably faster. Looking back to where I was going, the awful realization hit me. Waterfall! |

It was no use. Swimming against the current certainly didn't work, so I tried to swim for shore when I realized that the river had become wider at the waterfall. Gee, how convenient. Well, at least I didn't die at the hands--or mouth--of Nook. As I fell, my life didn't flash before my eyes, as if I wasn't going to die at all. My butt was practically touching the water when someone grabbed ahold of me and pulled me into the waterfall. I looked around, gasping and panting. I was inside a cave, with the waterfall concealing its entrance. Dominic, Forte, some Gyroids, and the surviving Kurast villagers were there. Everyone except Dominic was sleeping. He walked up to me grimly. "We're in the same sticky situation we were in last time. Someone must stay behind and stall Nook and Redd once more. That has to be me and Lobo." |

WHOAMG UPDATE I sat on the train staring out the window, but I wasn't interested in the scenery. For the hundredth time, I reviewed it all... how the horde of Gyroids fought viciously to stall Nook, how I saw Dominic and Lobo be swallowed up by the mass of Gyroids, and how Forte had asked me what was going to happen to him. "He'll meet us later," I had said. And now, I do wish that my words were true. Sometime later, Pierce came into the room and sat down next to me. He had a bandaged leg and several other wounds. "Well, if it ain't Enker! Moping about, I see. How're you doing?" I couldn't bear to turn around to see him. "Please... leave me alone. I've lost Filbert, and now Dominic..." Pierce persisted, though. "Well, can't just lie about doing nothing all day! We're fighting a war here, see?" Why can't the floor just swallow me up? "But you don't understand, Pierce." Pierce just snorted. "Don't understand? I'll tell you what I don't understand. I don't understand why a great leader like you can just sit there letting depression take over! I've seen plenty of losses myself. You're just like Rex who's just caught a cold! Why, if Dominic were here right now, he'd throw a bucket of cold water over you and tell you to get on with your life!" "D'you really think so?" He slapped his bandaged leg, winced, and laughed. "Of course I do! After all, he didn't sacrifice his life just to let you feel sad! I bet he'd tell you so himself!" I thought about this, and smiled, renewed with determination. "Why, you're right, Pierce. He didn't do this for nothing! But er... did you really experiece plenty of losses?" "Well, how do you think I felt when I saw a carp swallow up one of those pond skater thingamajiggers?" I chuckled at the thought of it, and Pierce laughed too. Rolf walked into the room, and he announced, "We're heading into the town of Harrogath. We'll stock up on supplies and recruit new animals there." Rolf left the room with Pierce following. I looked out the window and thought some more about recent events. Then it hit me like a ton of bricks. Redd is not dead yet! |
